This gîte is furnished in an old farmhouse and is located at the edge of the forest, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. It is very popular with children because of the presence of animals and a playground. With comfortable bedrooms and numerous facilities, it is ideal for large groups. The extraordinary view is the Christmas on the cake of this great stay!
The house is located in a beautiful area, close to the border with Luxembourg, in the Ardennes Roy. Various cycling and walking routes can be found in this region, as well as nice places such as La Roche, Durbuy, Marche, Rochefort, Bastogne. The nearest restaurants and shops are 3 km away.
Relax on the spacious sofa by a warm fire after a healthy winter walk, or enjoy the sunshine in the enclosed garden. The house has a private terrace with attractive furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 toilets and a shower. There is sufficient parking space available.
The house owners will welcome you upon arrival. Because of the quiet nature of the surroundings, we kindly ask you to limit the noise after 23:00.

Nice house for large groups in beautiful surroundings. Friendly owners. In the neighborhood you can do 2 beautiful walks. Visiting the Han Caves was also fun.

A very nice house and fully equipped. Clean and spacious. We greatly enjoyed the terrace and the garden with deer and kids. Definitely recommended!

- friendly welcome with tour- the fireplace was already burning ... lovely cozy and comfortable warm-house with all comforts, beds on the small side- 3 showers, 4 toilets, washbasins in some rooms- spacious entrance hall to shoes and biking to get rid of- nice tips in the area hiking route 22, MTB route 5- We were there during the All Saints holiday Halloween tour in Nettinne and the Grottoes of Han and the zoo are very cool during this period.

Super holiday for a weekend or longer away with the whole family. Incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. Beautiful views and also the kitchen and living and living room with cozy fireplace are a must. We will definitely be back!

We were welcomed. They could communicate with each other with their hands and feet, since our French was not as up-to-date as their English was. It is a super beautiful area and the cottage is ideal for large groups.

The area at the cottage is incredibly beautiful! In addition, the house is very complete, also in terms of kitchen stuff. That was very nice. Beds were made when we arrived. Everything was clean and looked well cared for. We really enjoyed the large couch where we could sit together. In addition, the deer, chickens and toy sets were very nice despite the fact that we could not use them much because of the weather. The jeu de boules court has been in use a lot, very nice !! We really enjoyed together!

Had a very nice weekend. Accommodation was nice, clean and did fine for 17 people. Large sofa in the room which was "very cozy at night. Outside fun games and room for children" even wild deer in the garden. Environment is beautiful, shops etc. at a distance of 10 minutes. Other activities around 30 minutes. Reception was great, beds made and conversation in English.
