This holiday home has a wonderful view of nature and is located near several hiking trails and places of interest. It is very popular with children because of the presence of animals and a playground. The cosy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate several families.
The house stands in beautiful surroundings, near the border with Luxembourg, in the Ardennes Roy. Various cycling and walking routes can be found in this region, as well as nice places such as La Roche, Durbuy, Marche, Rochefort and Bastogne. The nearest restaurants and shops are 3 km away.
The gîte is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse and is accessible by stairs. Relax with a good book on the covered terrace or light up the barbecue for a pleasant afternoon in the enclosed, sunny garden. In the lounge area you can enjoy an aperitif by the fire. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite dishes and Wi-Fi is available in the house. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

general impression is good. However, it must be mentioned in the advertising that there is no toilet upstairs. Access to the apartment is not good for less mobile people. The playroom must be shared with the adjacent house.

The reception was super. Due to circumstances we had to adjust the arrival date at the last minute and cancel the ordered dinner. The hostess was very flexible and adjusted everything and cooked for us a day later (very tasty lassagna). Communication went in English by mail and was very nice and snel.De accommodation is beautiful and has a terrace with beautiful views. This can only be reached via a steep steel staircase (can be difficult with a dog) 10 people can sleep but the whole is better suited for max 8 people. Everything is further provided from dishwasher to fans. At the accommodation are many animals including deer, chickens, rabbits and carp ... (very nice for kids). There are also opportunities to entertain you (petanque for adults and play equipment for children). These may have to be shared with the guests in adjacent accommodation.

Arrival was warm. The accommodation was clean, however, noisy in terms of walking at night with 9 people. The area was really bizarre, the view beautiful from the living room. We really relaxed.

A lovely house. Large living area and kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms not very generous and warm. You always have to climb a staircase to get to the house. With two dogs that do not walk stairs it was a bit of a drag. Lovely garden with trees where you can stay in the shade. Nice deer, rabbits and chickens present. Many playgrounds for children. Large cage pond with a safe fence around it. We have a great time and look back on a very nice weekend!

A very nice, cozy house. Well decorated. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to help with the feeding of the deer. Beautiful view. Enough to do in the area.

Beautiful, cozy house with everything you need to have a good time in the Ardennes. The house was like a cozy inn, with near-perfect amenities. The reception was also good, done by a nice woman who enthusiastically explained everything at a rapid pace. Only thing to note was that the wifi was generally bad. All in all, highly recommended!
