We were very satisfied with the holiday accommodation overall. The first impression was very nice and immediately convincing. The location of the house is very good – quiet and with many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. The house itself is well laid out and offers enough space. Our stay took place over Christmas and New Year's, so during a very busy time. We are aware that the rental during this period was likely very tightly scheduled and therefore there were hardly any opportunities to exchange or repair small items directly. Upon closer inspection, we noticed a few minor defects, such as slightly chipped dishes or individual strips that could be repaired. The billiard table was also somewhat unusual, as it did not quite match the available balls. It is positively noteworthy that everything was available that one needs for a pleasant stay – we lacked nothing. Especially the owners or landlords were very friendly, helpful, and extremely nice. At the beginning of our stay, they even took the time for a tour of the house, which we greatly appreciated. Another highlight was the beautiful, large garden and the functioning hot tub, which we enjoyed using. Additionally, we always felt very safe and comfortable in the accommodation. Overall, a very nice holiday accommodation in a great location, with minor, understandable points for improvement that hardly diminish the positive overall impression. We had a very nice time.
