Best it was a very nice house but the kitchen inventory stay well behind if you want to cook something, the beds were very good and not saggy, the shower upstairs and downstairs were delicious. The basement was nicely decorated with billiards and table tennis and the jacuzzi was lovely because it was snowing at the time when we were in it.Mvg Erwin

We spent a week in this house with 8 people, it was great. There is enough space and enough utensils for as "a big group of people. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We are to spend the day there pulled out. To the caves of Han Le Sure and castle in Bouillon and in Bouillon essentially kayaking. Beautiful environment. Even in rainy weather a lot of light enters the living room. Comfortable seats in the living room are also a plus. The kitchen is spacious enough. Had a wonderful holiday with two families with teenagers. Whole welcoming owners who simply appreciate it if you visit their farm which is just fun. Upon arrival, all a gift (bottle of wine, etc.) that we have received anywhere else until now and visit farm also free eggs. Tips for extra luxury a second TV on the 1st floor in the reading so that an xbox or playstation can be connected. Wifi is available throughout the house, but bandwidth is low so expect here not too much. Kitchen is well equipped. Not everyone can relax at the same time for TV, but the room is too small for two sofas. Although not in picture, there are plenty of chairs at the dining room table. All in all a lovely home in a beautiful location in terms of peace. However, we find the final price by all bjidragen to electricity, gas, water on the high side. Consumption is unknown because the heater is not explained, and we could not control. Wood is everywhere in the environment for the taking but 7 euros for a packet. That's a pity. It was a very spacious house with a place for 13 adults. This was not clear in advance via the website. It was very well located, well equipped and contemporary furnishings. The additional costs for electricity and water plus the cleaning made anyway for a high final invoice. This makes the difference with a hotel for less. The owners provided a friendly welcome. There was, however, asked us to vacuuming and sweeping though we paid 80 euros for cleaning.

Easily accessible even to leave the motorway you find yourself quickly in beautiful, peaceful nature. The location of the house offers a wonderful view of forests, hills, pasture. We saw from the living room twice a fox, a kite flew out of the valley up just beside our house !! Enough room for the kids. Lots of space, all tastefully decorated and comfort. When booking was that the house could not be rented to groups of young people, the majority in our group of friends is around 30 years so I do not rallied us more among the young. However, the hostess on arrival was quite frantic about our group composition. They obviously expected a group that would make beer outside castles crates. The communication was in French, we thought that the owner also spoke Dutch. Everything went hand and foot. The cobwebs hung everywhere and were very large, it was not clean. Lots of ladybird nuisance. The floor was littered with them. Bathrooms dirty, faucets dirty. The welcome of the owners was very friendly and informative. They have a farm in the valley and have invited us to come look at their newborn goats and calves, and feeding. That was great! In the Christmas week, we enjoyed the peace with six children and six adults, wifi was good, basement room, but if you want to do a trip, it is somewhat disappointing. House is located a few km from Neufchateau where shops and restaurants are, so that's our opinion close! Owners were very helpful with supplying timber and dispose of waste. Excellent new location. We enjoyed ourselves with the family. Beautiful views. Foxes and birds of prey pass close to the house. The owners are friendly and helpful. However, they only speak French. For shopping you have to go Chateau Neuf. that is 10 km away, as Martilly no stores. Florenville is a must to eat out. \\ R \\ nWhat we missed was a parasol in garden furniture and a wood burner outside. Furthermore, more than ok. Take into account the additional costs. It was a lovely holiday. The house is well maintained and offers all modern comforts. Good kitchen, bbq, wifi (hardly used because it is holiday), etc. There is a lot of peace and the view is beautiful. In the area we walked, old villages and a large abbey visited, in an old mine been, and much more. In short, enjoy it! The owner is very friendly. house is in perfect order .. quietly located.enkel very many wasps on site there was also a jacuzzi, super nice but now everyone who has been in it has gotten a bacterial effect. so our kids are full of red spots and have to take antibiotics now.

The house is large and fully furnished. It is really equipped with everything: complete kitchen with all appliances and in very good condition. Two full bathrooms. The living room has a very large dining table, spacious seating area with large TV with digital receiver with all Dutch, Belgian, German and French channels. The bedrooms are very spacious. In the basement there is also a large playroom with pool table and ping pong table. Outside there is a large terrace with picnic table and bbq, surrounded by a large lawn and with a further view of the fields. It is very quiet because there is no traffic. There is a lot to see and do in the area.

Beautiful environment. Even in rainy weather a lot of light enters the living room. Comfortable seats in the living room are also a plus. The kitchen is spacious enough. We have a pleasant stay behind. The house is top notch. However, notice that the cost is high. In total we paid for a weekend from Friday afternoon to Monday 11am 585 euro and 209 euro rent expenses, including heating which we did not use.

Easily accessible even to leave the motorway you find yourself quickly in beautiful, peaceful nature. The location of the house offers a wonderful view of forests, hills, pasture. We saw from the living room twice a fox, a kite flew out of the valley up just beside our house !! Enough room for the kids. Lots of space, all tastefully decorated and comfort. It is a beautiful new house with all possible comfort and stunning views. On arrival we were surprised with a bottle of wine, fresh eggs and a bag of sweets. The owners are very friendly people, very accessible and offer a great service. We, our children and grandchildren really enjoyed the visit to the farm of the owners. They were allowed to join the newly born calves feeding. The billiards, table tennis and table football table is a welcome change as the weather anything setbacks.

Best it was a very nice house but the kitchen inventory stay well behind if you want to cook something, the beds were very good and not saggy, the shower upstairs and downstairs were delicious. On arrival the owner was very unfriendly. We respected the arrival time that Belvilla gave us, but he claimed that we should have called earlier. His wife quickly did the explanation in French. No effort was made to clarify this in Dutch or possibly English. The cottage itself is a nice house with a beautiful view. However, do not book this house for the jacuzzi! When the bubbles start your eyes start to peck at the chlorine. Our skin started to itch and bathing suits are discolored from the large amount of chlorine or other substances in the jacuzzi. This is extremely harmful! Too bad we didn't have a great experience in this house. I don't recommend it. The location is also not very ideal. You often have to take the car to go somewhere.

We had beautiful sunny weather but also with snow and rain stays in my view it. The communication was in French, we thought that the owner also spoke Dutch. Everything went hand and foot. Explanation of everything also in French and at a rapid pace so we had to figure everything out ourselves. The house looks clean at first glance. I think this is because it is so big. The cobwebs hung everywhere and were very large, it was not clean. Lots of ladybird nuisance. The floor was littered with them. Bathrooms dirty, faucets dirty. Very unfortunate because it is a beautiful house. Before you can use something you have to clean and vacuum it yourself. If you consider that you pay € 100 cleaning costs, I don't know what they clean from that, but not the house! All in all, the area is beautiful, but we no longer rent this house.

It was a lovely holiday. The house is well maintained and offers all modern comforts. Good kitchen, bbq, wifi (hardly used because it is holiday), etc. There is a lot of peace and the view is beautiful. In the area we walked, old villages and a large abbey visited, in an old mine been, and much more. In short, enjoy it! The owner is very friendly. He and his wife introduced themselves properly before and they gave us plenty of advice on restaurants and tourist attractions. We were even allowed to come and look at the farm. In the Christmas week, we enjoyed the peace with six children and six adults, wifi was good, basement room, but if you want to do a trip, it is somewhat disappointing. House is located a few km from Neufchateau where shops and restaurants are, so that's our opinion close! Owners were very helpful with supplying timber and dispose of waste. The kitchen is more than equipped. The tourist tax 1 Euro per person per night seems to us more than you should and also charge for the use them well. But the house continues to be recommended!

It was a very spacious house with a place for 13 adults. This was not clear in advance via the website. It was very well located, well equipped and contemporary furnishings. The additional costs for electricity and water plus the cleaning made anyway for a high final invoice. This makes the difference with a hotel for less. The owners provided a friendly welcome. There was, however, asked us to vacuuming and sweeping though we paid 80 euros for cleaning.

Excellent new location. We enjoyed ourselves with the family. Beautiful views. Foxes and birds of prey pass close to the house. The owners are friendly and helpful. However, they only speak French. For shopping you have to go Chateau Neuf. that is 10 km away, as Martilly no stores. Florenville is a must to eat out. \\ R \\ nWhat we missed was a parasol in garden furniture and a wood burner outside. Furthermore, more than ok. Take into account the additional costs. Had a wonderful holiday with two families with teenagers. Whole welcoming owners who simply appreciate it if you visit their farm which is just fun.
