Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, clean and plenty of space. When we arrived the fire was already a wonderful welcome. Nice view from the house. The sport attics were really a big plus of this house. Space to play football, ping-pong, billiards, etc. The kids have entertained great! Bouillon is fun to visit, and the war museum in Bastogne in bad weather an interesting trip. Close to Chateau Neuf find everything you need (shops, cafes, restaurants).

Beautiful location, the house is visible from miles away.

Quiet location, some overdue maintenance but certainly not a nuisance.
It is noisy due to the wooden floors, but if you take that into account, no problem at all.

The furnishings and kitchen are good with sufficient pots/pans, etc.

A house located in a quiet area as described. The key was in the designated place and we could enter immediately! A very clean house with all necessary amenities. For the children (11y and 13y) a blissful play area where they could go to their hearts content! The garden is completely and well fenced so our dogs could walk around in the garden while we were inside!

Very good communication before arrival with the person in charge, and we did find the keys on arrival :) For the rest...several small details surprised/disappointed us upon arrival compared to what we thought to find by seeing the photos: There is a courtyard next to the house where the barn is, where there is the possibility of parking the car, which is nice since the house is between 2 roads (which we noise level, and certainly not at night). The gate should be redone, it is rickety and therefore difficult to open/close, but hey...it's only a detail. Be careful that on the other side of the house, there is a light palisade to close the other small "courtyard" (where there is a white plastic garden table and 4 matching chairs), but that in high winds, that -it falls, because it is not fixed.. ;) Return to the courtyard on the barn side: this is the courtyard where we see a module with slide and swing. When we arrived, when we passed the old gate, we found a rectangle of grass with this module. I think the petanque court was there before, but when we came, just grass (it didn't bother us, even if we had taken our boules with it, I'm just saying this for information). But here, the module was in the hedge all the way to the top, it was so high compared to the photo, difficult for our children to play in it, not to mention the dog poops in the grass ;) So we have never been to this side of the house. And what is shown in the photo as a "garden" resembling an orchard, is actually behind a fence, and cows are resting there ;) On the other side of the house, where there is a small shaded courtyard, there is a small orchard in a triangle, which you can access via an old low wall, avoiding the trees, not necessarily obvious or planned, there is a garden in front of the kitchen window, almost closed on the barn side by the hedge which has grown so much

A must for anyone who wants peace and privacy in a beautiful setting. Also recommended is a visit to the observatory in the nearby Grapfontaine (temporarily under construction). We had a wonderful holiday in this holiday. A friendly hostess, a cozy house. Especially the sitting room was very cozy, with lovely sofas! There were three chairs out front and a picnic table, but ordinary garden chairs were missing. And for a few cobwebs you should not be afraid of as "one old house. The house has many games options: pool, table tennis, table football. Well enclosed garden, but a rickety fence. The heater was on and the beds were made. The key was at the agreed location, no manager was seen, contact via email which went well. A few Dutch channels on TV. But: many (about 50, I think) fly into the house, according to the owner, because of the countryside and autumn. No mosquito screens. Very noisy house, if you talk upstairs you can almost hear it downstairs. House is not mouse-free, which kept our dogs alert. Curtain for the upstairs bathroom window that you can look right through. It is a nice farm, but with overdue maintenance. such as the passage to the other piece of garden has grown closed (no way through) from the dining room is a door to a small garden, we could not sit there because it did not look good. The picnic table was broken. we are jeu de boule enthusiasts but that jeu de boule track was not there (it was described that it was there) we did not have small children, fortunately because the climbing toy that was there is life-threatening (slide loose, screws sticking out, holes in the seats of the swings ect ect) outdoor kitchen was a fallen dirty broken barbeque. Inside, the locks in the doors must be fixed, I was locked up. and it should also be mentioned that there are 2 bedrooms together with a door, so no privacy at all. And in the bedroom of 4 people, the 2 separate beds may have 2 new mattresses, which are not suitable for an adult to lie on,

The microwave did not get warm, so we had nothing to do with it. broken toilet roll holders in the toilets ect ect

And on arrival there is no one then you have to call that you are there and lie there and key under flower pot

Ditto on departure a message that we will leave at 10:00 am and that contact with the owner is a bit strange and then there is an empty basket with welcome inside. it's not about the content, but the contact with the owner. I can provide photos of the defects if you wish.

So far we are very satisfied with the accommodation. Beautiful location with miles of views. The house has been neatly delivered. Clean and tidy! There is plenty to do in and around the house. you can enjoy sports here and walk in the area. The dogs can also roam freely around the house. Have had a wonderful week with children and grandchildren in beautiful surroundings. The house and garden are enclosed between two roads, which pass by time and time tractors and traffic. The house has many games options: pool, table tennis, table football. Well enclosed garden, but a rickety fence. The heater was on and the beds were made. The key was at the agreed location, no manager was seen, contact via email which went well. A few Dutch channels on TV. But: many (about 50, I think) fly into the house, according to the owner, because of the countryside and autumn. No mosquito screens. Very noisy house, if you talk upstairs you can almost hear it downstairs. House is not mouse-free, which kept our dogs alert. Curtain for the upstairs bathroom window that you can look right through. You can reach the 3rd bedroom through the 2nd bedroom. The dishwasher works poorly. In the meadows around the house many bulls and howling foxes. Enough space to sit in the room and the kitchen with a large table with chairs.

We have contacted the landlord on the outward journey to indicate when we will arrive. The key was in the designated place. Communication went very well during the holidays. We were able to contact her with questions. The accommodation is very nice. Many facilities. Fortunately we also had some rain, so that the children could "sport" inside as they called it. It is a nice farm, but with overdue maintenance. such as the passage to the other piece of garden has grown closed (no way through) from the dining room is a door to a small garden, we could not sit there because it did not look good. The picnic table was broken. we are jeu de boule enthusiasts but that jeu de boule track was not there (it was described that it was there) we did not have small children, fortunately because the climbing toy that was there is life-threatening (slide loose, screws sticking out, holes in the seats of the swings ect ect) outdoor kitchen was a fallen dirty broken barbeque. Inside, the locks in the doors must be fixed, I was locked up. and it should also be mentioned that there are 2 bedrooms together with a door, so no privacy at all. And in the bedroom of 4 people, the 2 separate beds may have 2 new mattresses, which are not suitable for an adult to lie on,

The microwave did not get warm, so we had nothing to do with it. broken toilet roll holders in the toilets ect ect

And on arrival there is no one then you have to call that you are there and lie there and key under flower pot

Ditto on departure a message that we will leave at 10:00 am and that contact with the owner is a bit strange and then there is an empty basket with welcome inside. it's not about the content, but the contact with the owner. I can provide photos of the defects if you wish.

We had a great holiday in this house a real aanrader.Vriendelijke owner and a great welcome the fireplace was lit (cozy) and we got a bottle of apple juice apples from the orchard and there was a bunch of flowers inside as we have never received a holiday really leuk.Voor children the gym and playroom great this house is highly recommended for families with children they will not vervelen.Kortom this house we can highly recommend for a great holiday can not be otherwise say.

The house is spacious with lots of sports facilities in the house. Cozy and comfortable. There is plenty to do for nature lovers, families with children and sports enthusiasts in the area. Sufficient Bouillon and Dinant were very nice!

We had a wonderful holiday in this holiday. A friendly hostess, a cozy house. Especially the sitting room was very cozy, with lovely sofas! Because it was "evening sometimes chilly, we could create the fire and we enjoyed very much. The playroom was a welcome playground. The garden is well enclosed so your kids with confidence out late playing. The view from the house is so grand and beautiful, well that was a delight. Truly a place to unwind. Within a radius of 50 kilometers to see than you can see / visits. Minuses in two weeks more we found a teapot and tea strainer , and also lacking a household sieve. There were three chairs out front and a picnic table, but ordinary garden chairs were missing. And for a few cobwebs you should not be afraid of as "one old house. Furthermore, highly recommended for this price!
