Our stay from Friday, September 12 to Monday, September 15 with our family and my parents; 8 adults and 2 pets was generally very nice. The house is spacious, cozy decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a family weekend 🥰 we really enjoyed the peace and the coziness together. The location is ideal: a small supermarket almost next door and a few nice dining options nearby. For those who love silence and nature, this is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle. A few points of attention: the stairs and floors creak quite a bit, which can be somewhat disturbing in the evening. Also, the sauna that was mentioned with the cottage was unfortunately out of order, which was a disappointment because we were really looking forward to it. The large garden is beautiful and perfect for nice weather, but unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it due to the rain. Lastly, a personal downside: I lost my earrings and ring during the stay. The owner said he would look for them, but later I received a message from Anne that nothing had been found – very unfortunate. Despite these small disappointments, it was otherwise a lovely stay, and for the quality time with family, we would definitely consider coming back – hopefully with a working sauna and a bit less creaking noise.

Outdated house. Especially the bathrooms could use some refreshing/renovation: new shower(head) and drain. Water remained high in the shower tray. Bad beds/mattresses, especially the double bed in the attic room. In the other attic room, there was no blackout. The kitchen could definitely use an upgrade, the coffee maker didn't work well, the cabinets were well equipped (lots of plates and glasses) but very messy, poor frying pans. Spacious enough for 8 people and 3 dogs. The fenced garden was definitely a plus. Just annoying that there is no barrier between the living room and the front door (need to be careful that the dogs don't run outside).

Water comb out everywhere, just not where it should be. Sauna no light door handle defective Sauna trowel only half of it there. There was a bowl under each siphon because no siphon held the water. Dishwasher did not work properly, the dishes were not clean at all, unfortunately a flop of the holiday not recommendable

Sauna that was there was not working. Hob was due for replacement. In the bathroom, there were faucets that were not working. On arrival we received the key from someone who was cleaning the house. During the rest of the holiday we did not see or hear anyone. We left at 10 am without seeing anyone. There was no explanation whatsoever about the house.

What we got for our money here felt worth it. Arriving, we found everything clean and ready for use, from bedrooms to kitchen appliances. Our family had room to play outside with the boules court and relax after day trips exploring castles nearby.
