Boasting of the wonderful location close to everything and a private terrace, this stylish 7-bedroom holiday home in Bouillon is perfect for a relaxed holiday. 14 people can sleep here, and it is suited for a large family, several small families, or professional groups.
You can easily get into activities like kayaking on the river la Semois, 30 m away only. The town center is located at a walkable distance of 100 m, where you will find facilities like tennis courts, restaurants, etc. Walks, hikes, treks, etc in natural beauty can be enjoyed at the forest, 600 m away.
Cook up a lavish meal in the open kitchen or just enjoy watching TV in the sitting room with your loved ones. A furnished terrace with a barbecue is available for fun evenings. Table tennis and billiards dont let you get bored here. Cot and high chair are available, making the place comfortable for kids. Washing machine and tumble dryer are there to help you with the laundry. Parking is on-site.
No overflow, no party will be tolerated in order to guarantee the tranquility of the neighbors. Any disrespect or noise at night will mean immediate expulsion.

Nice spacious, new and clean house. Ideally located in the village and as a starting point for cycling and walking. Would definitely come back again.

A large house so that we can easily stay with 12 people. The rooms are beautiful and prober, I dare say luxuus.De arrival went wrong. We had to call several times. A woman came by, but didn't have our address with her. Her book had a different address. When we showed our residence ticket 1L 51 NW ST, we were allowed in and she went through all the rooms with us and provided the necessary information.mvg jan.boeckx@edpnet.be

House very nicely furnished, except for the Nespresso machine, everyone is there. Meanwhile 6 double rooms and 1 room with a bunk bed. With the exception of 3 rooms, all bathrooms are adjacent to the room. Handover uncomplicated. Previous contact with the owner not possible - no answer to mail or telephone. Bouillon sensational place, great for hiking, biking, relaxing! Great locations and shops, all on site. Sunday big market. Reminds me of northern Italian lakes

We were here for a weekend with 10 adults (5 couples). The house is ideal for this with enough bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Very well maintained and tastefully decorated house. Good location in the center of Bouillon, with bakery and shops within walking distance. The terrace behind the house overlooks the Semois. Beautiful walks in the immediate area. The seating area is a bit small for 10 and more people, but you can solve that by sliding a few chairs. The dining table is also just too small, so we placed the (heavy) kitchen table against it. The kitchen is small but practical. Everything you need is sufficiently available. The only downside is the very large but very noisy (industrial) refrigerator. You can hear that throughout the living room, including the sitting area. We have occasionally set the refrigerator a degree higher to get rid of the noise. This house is definitely recommended!

We had to wait more than 1/2 hour before we could get the key. Fortunately someone came by who happened to know the person who could help us with the key. Apparently they could have informed us how we could get the key before leaving for destination.

We had received a code from the owner to get the key. All right, we enter the building. Turns out we could only get on the 1st floor. If you see anything on the 2 storey site. With 5 or 6 bathrooms, you also expect to pay for this, especially if you are with 2 families, with a total of 8 people. A "housekeeper" came by, all in French. Difficulty with everything came in handy and inappropriate even inside our home.

Good rooms and beds. All bathrooms equally beautiful. Living room and kitchen nicely and comfortably furnished. Everything included in the price. Carefree vacation can start immediately upon arrival. Nice terrace for sunny seasons. Large enough and sufficiently furnished. Bouillon and surroundings are surprisingly beautiful and pleasant. The welcome was warm.

Cozy place to enjoy the quiet Bouillon, the house itself has a kitchen and living room with everything you need, as well as very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, only take into account a small terrace, but it is directly on the Semois where there is enough space.
