What a fantastic place! The children had fun in the garden, and we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms modern. The nearby dining options were convenient, but we also loved cooking together. The only downside was the distance to the airport, but it was worth it for such a charming stay.

We stayed here with 24 adults. The house is fantastic. Large, beautiful, good materials, good beds. Decorated with great taste. Sauna, jacuzzi ....... The garden is large and beautiful, although we did not enjoy this time of the year. The arrival went very well. We were accompanied by telephone to get in, to put water and heating on and on. Later, someone came to see it on the spot. The area (the Gaume) is very nice for walking.

A splendid stay for our family weekend. Beautiful dining room with large round tables with candelabras and chandeliers. Many spacious bedrooms with made-up beds! Outside the house, a nice play area, swimming pool, sauna, and 2 jacuzzis. Well-equipped kitchen, more than enough tableware. Good and easy contact with the manager.

If you want a nice place to spend time with a varied group in the middle of the beautiful Belgian forests, then this is the place for you. All facilities are available: several rooms downstairs to relax in, nice rooms with enough privacy for each one, space, outdoor facilities (lawn, sauna, jacuzzi, game consoles, large chess board). Easy contact for questions/problems. You will happily accept the inconvenience of having 2 kitchens (instead of 1 large one). In the summer it must be even better given the possibility of sitting outside and BBQ.

Multiple times during the weekend we got called under the pretense "the sensors picked up... / the neighbors called..." for things like a door left open or a car that supposedly was wrongly parked. The house is very solitary with large trees encompassing the area, and some of the cameras outside were constantly turned on, scanning left to right. I'm not even sure if this is legal, but if it is, we did not feel comfortable. Upon departure, after cleaning the house, we got accused of losing multiple items which were already absent in the first place when we arrived. Luckily we made videos beforehand to disprove this claim. Finally, €400 from our deposit was withheld because we did not separate the garbage and the water in the jacuzzi was cloudy. There was still trash from the previous group that had not been taken yet and the water was already cloudy on arrival so there is no saying if we will get this deposit back. Conclusion: It felt like we were in an episode of Big Brother. Even though the house is quite nice, would not recommend solely because of the host.

After a phone call to the owner, someone from the village came to open the gate manually and show us around the house. (Our tip would be to make sure that there is someone there immediately upon arrival at 4 am to welcome and provide information.) The house itself was fantastic. Particularly attractive, in good condition and fully equipped. The beds and rooms were fine. With 32 sleeping places, there was more than enough space in this large house for our family group of 18 people. The beautiful garden with extensive lawns, beautiful borders, ponds and fitness equipment was really special. The owner even came by to mow the grass! Contact with the sympathetic owners was pleasant. Although we did not always receive an answer to our first questions via e-mail, the subsequent contact with the app went smoothly and without problems. All in all, we had a wonderful and memorable week in the "flower house". Highly recommended as far as we're concerned!

In other words, we had a great weekend in this special house.

We were there on time, but were not allowed to go in yet, but afterwards it turned out that a few weeks before the place had been pretty demolished by "guests", and many items had been stolen, which probably made them - unfortunately for us - so strict. However, it must be said that this was also about the only downside. The "chateau" was a great place to stay for our group of cyclists. Everything was replenished, the jacuzzi "s and the sauna worked again, there was a large ( coal) BBQ and what we needed was most of it actually present. The bedrooms and beds were also fine, and heard no complaints from anyone about not being able to sleep well. The 2nd floor was also easy to reach, because there is actually an elevator! There were also screens on the windows almost everywhere, so no problems with mosquitoes! More than enough bathrooms / bath / showers / toilet for everyone. Large communal (dining) room with excellent chairs at 4 tables, and 3 comfortable sofas near the large TV, and plenty of crockery. Very strict with separating waste, but most of us were empty beer cans and bottles, and we took the rest with us (it was easier). A beautiful and very large enclosed garden, so that we were not bothered by anything, but no one was bothered by us and "in the evening the chateau was beautifully lit in color. It was a beautiful location, which was nice. Good walking in the neighborhood. Negatives: no one seen from the rental, we were told that someone else would come by to show us around, this has not happened. No one came to help us when the water temporarily ran out, when both jacuzzis and also the vinyl record player did not work .. that is very bad! However, it must be said that this was also about the only downside. The "chateau" was a great place to stay for our group of cyclists. Everything was replenished, the jacuzzi "s and the sauna worked again, there was a large ( coal) BBQ and what we needed was most of it actually present. The bedrooms and beds were also fine, and heard no complaints from anyone about not being able to sleep well. The 2nd floor was also easy to reach, because there is actually an elevator! There were also screens on the windows almost everywhere, so no problems with mosquitoes! More than enough bathrooms / bath / showers / toilet for everyone. Large communal (dining) room with excellent chairs at 4 tables, and 3 comfortable sofas near the large TV, and plenty of crockery. Very strict with separating waste, but most of us were empty beer cans and bottles, and we took the rest with us (it was easier). A beautiful and very large enclosed garden, so that we were not bothered by anything, but no one was bothered by us and "in the evening the chateau was beautifully lit in color. All in all, everyone thought it was a very successful weekend, with a top accommodation!Definitely recommended for larger groups.

On arrival, the gate of "La Maison des Fleurs" was closed. Due to an electrical fault, the key's sensor was not making contact with the gate. After a phone call to the owner, someone from the village came to open the gate manually and show us around the house. (Our tip would be to make sure that there is someone there immediately upon arrival at 4 am to welcome and provide information.) The house itself was fantastic. Particularly attractive, in good condition and fully equipped. The beds and rooms were fine. With 32 sleeping places, there was more than enough space in this large house for our family group of 18 people. The beautiful garden with extensive lawns, beautiful borders, ponds and fitness equipment was really special. The owner even came by to mow the grass! Contact with the sympathetic owners was pleasant. Although we did not always receive an answer to our first questions via e-mail, the subsequent contact with the app went smoothly and without problems. All in all, we had a wonderful and memorable week in the "flower house". Highly recommended as far as we're concerned!

It was a beautiful location, which was nice. Good walking in the neighborhood. Negatives: no one seen from the rental, we were told that someone else would come by to show us around, this has not happened. No one came to help us when the water temporarily ran out, when both jacuzzis and also the vinyl record player did not work .. that is very bad! Finally a neighbor (?), who apparently has access (?) just entered the site to take the measurements of one of our things without saying a word and then leave without a word!?I don't think that's a normal course of business.In short: It's a shame that we were not helped during problems and that the equipment present does not function as advertised.Verder a beautiful and luxurious stay.
