The advertisement was misleading because we saw pictures of the second half of the house warin another family! Apparently there were two parts and everyone sees all the pictures. That other part was child-friendly. The kitchen was quite miserable and all the stairs cracked loudly. It was very soundproofing in the house and the rooms like the kitchen were cramped. With baby's or little kids it was a bit awkward because there was a stairway to go outside and for little kids too dangerous because at the garden From behind it goes steep downhill with stitching down below! However, there was a nice empty cowweed at which we basked. The owner suddenly stood in our kitchen in the middle of our stay! Had we not agreed and we absolutely could not !!!

The house is in a beautiful setting. From the garden you already have a nice view and you can linger well as the sun schijnt.Er was an extensive kitchen facilities and there are plenty of cups, saucers, etc. for our group of 12 personen.Verder was the contact with the owner very enjoyable.

The area was very quiet. There are opportunities for hiking. The house does need urgent maintenance. Many things were not working properly or lemonades outdated. Value for money okay. The house is not expensive but let themselves be regarded site.

We were a group of 9 adults and 5 small children. The terrain is ideal for children because there is a large outdoor area. The house is for large groups well equipped. The Mobilliar has come a bit old and the beds squeak, but it was all very clean. A cozy little old farmhouse with flair. For shopping for daily needs there is a little further, but ok with a little pre-planning. The owner is very friendly and communicative, but only in French and Dutch.

A great house to go away for a weekend with a group of friends. The beds and seats are comfortable and it's fine gelegen.Enige negatives are that it takes several hours for the living room really hot in the living room, and to boil a pot of water, you may also charge an hour (electric heaters)

The house is spacious, but .... We believe that it does not meet the requirements of Belvilla, as we used to. Everything in the house creaked, stairs, doors and beds. Moreover, it is very noisy, as there is "a person awake at night, the whole family was awake. There are many flies, that makes sense in a rural area, but there was no door or window open, there was no hor or fly door for ventilation. But even with doors and windows closed swarmed the flock to fly inside. The house owner is a friendly man who is trying to speak Dutch.

They were still "cleaning" when we already half an hour at the given time in the house could, full smelly containers outside and inside so we had huge inconvenience of flying !!!! The containers and garbage bags were not collected until Thursday. The grass was at least 20 cm long, broken umbrellas without a foot, barbecue was unhygienic to use (really dirty), 1 of the 2 bathrooms did not work !!! The working bathroom was only half in order (including broken shower head !!!) Wardrobes unusable, fire safety not in order! Electricity was perilous, kitchen unhygienic ..... too many to mention. We had nothing of privacy by surrounded scouts camps that came to water and electricity in our house. Washing machine and toilet downstairs was unusable. Happy of the beautiful weather and the flycatchers we have bought ourselves, or we left the same day back home !!!

The holiday home is in a very beautiful location, on the edge of a tiny village, in full nature. Very quiet, green and with views. The house is classic and is also so unfocused. It has no modern design, but that's okay, because some people prefer classical, charming or historical. Everything is there and it's comfortable. The interior of the house is ideal for families with children. The holiday home consists of 2 parts Tchapé Mele and Sol Battire. Sol Battire is more suitable for children because you can watch them much better when they play in the garden. The design of the bedrooms is also more child-friendly at Sol Battire. At Tchapé Mele, the sleeping and living areas are spread over 3 floors. There is a sauna, jacuzzi and various bathrooms and toilets. The price-quality ratio is very good. In the immediate neighborhood there is not much to experience. For activities and excursions you have to travel at least a few kilometers. But if that's no problem there is plenty of opportunity to make a great holiday program in the area and you also have to travel almost 5 kilometers to the nearest supermarket, but the advantage of this location is that you are very quiet and withdrawn. look for such experiences You will find mental peace there The holiday home is on a small road with hardly any traffic, so you don't have to move around for nature experiences, because you are right in the middle of it. , small rivers ... all close by or within walking distance.It is advisable to keep the windows and outside door closed because otherwise quite a lot of flies will come in. House does not match the description. It is old and not well maintained. There is a lot of junk and bulky waste in intermediate spaces and where the table tennis tables are located. Don't open the fridge there, you're going to lose your stick. The hot tub and shower in the basement are broken. In the kitchen, tiles come loose from the wall, there is a hole in the counter for the sink and the sink does not drain to the drain. There is a toilet with a glass door that you half look through, if you do sit down there you are sitting next to a broken piece of furniture that is moldy. The owner is connecting fire detectors and you can see cables and wires sticking out of the walls in all rooms. We went here on the assumption that we had an entire house at our disposal. We were not bothered by our neighbors but there was still a group in the building.
