This is a large, luxury holiday home in Gouvy Ardennes nearby Houffalize, ideal for large families, it has 11 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 24 people. This reclusive home comes with an indoor pool and sauna.
This beautiful region offers numerous activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and skiing. At 2 km from the house you can go horse riding and at 7 km you will find the traditional Achouffe brewery. A recommendation for winter sports fans is a visit to Gouvy and Baraque de Fraiture.
The traditional building style has been left largely intact, which gives it a warm and cosy feel. This holiday home has a large seating area with open fireplace and it has a luxury kitchen with dining area. In the house, you have a nice bar with foosball and darts.
The holiday home is situated in a quiet village at only a few kilometres from Houffalize.

Surrounding area is superb, the house is very atmospheric and comfortable with all the conveniences ... Beautifully located, you're away! Negative note The internet is not out of this time ... and the relapse option 4G is not working properly, so that's just take care if you counted on it ...

Price-quality this was certainly not the best choice. The quiet location is a plus and the pool was fun for the kids. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped and the dining area is spacious. The seating area is not so cozy. Communication in advance with the owner was difficult, questions remained unanswered and promises were not kept. There are photos (multipurpose room, bar) on Belvilla that cannot be found at this location at all, so we made the wrong choice. The beds/mattresses are of questionable to poor quality. on site (400 EUR for 4 nights).

Pool area was fine. The other parts of the house were not clean and poorly finished. The house is not really suitable for that number of people, you do not have the opportunity to sit quietly apart somewhere.

Very spacious villa with indoor and outdoor enough facilities for young and old. The rooms are big enough and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Very happy also of the organization. Definitely worth a visit!

The house was not clean. To the eye it looked clean but in between the cracks of the table were the remains from the previous tenants. Behind the toilet in the room below it really was not clean! On departure, we have removed the broom under the sofa in the room to see if there are s ...

No complaints about the house or swimming pool. One remark: the state of the pool table was very disappointing. Also in a very unsuspecting place, on the 1st floor near the bedrooms. We were nevertheless annoyed.

When booking, there should be a list with the membership cards with which you get a discount, so that you can immediately tick that discount option, After all, I have already missed that discount with all previous bookings because you don't think about it! On a villa of 7000 euros that would have been quite a bit of money that I could have spent on something else,,,
