We have been from 7/21 to 7/31. A week before departure, the hostess called to coordinate a few things, so we already felt welcome. On arrival we were very kindly received. We got a small tour of the apartment and everything was well explained. Everything was there, air fryer, oven, coffee maker and even an alarm. The apartment looked like you see in the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy. The view is breathtaking!

We were warmly received at the agreed time and everything was clearly explained. The accommodation was spacious, clean complete and cozy with a lovely veranda with a beautiful view. It was enjoying the peace and space. Beautiful varied environment with the possibility for beautiful walks and nice trips within a radius of 25 kilometers. Highly recommended.

Very nice house. Easily accessible inside for people with reduced mobility. To get in from the outside is a bit more inconvenient, because you have to make a step. But you can also go back, although you have to walk / drive over pebbles with wheelchair. Very warm welcome. House is equipped with many comforts. The heating is fixed, so that the bedrooms can be warm, but opening a bedroom window helps very well. Quiet location with great views of greenery to the rear. You have to drive about 4 km for a supermarket or restaurant, but the area is very nice to visit by car.

Great house, fully equipped in a great location. The view from the living room on the setting sun is breathtaking. Quiet location, but if you're looking for entertainment you only have to drive 10 minutes.

We have been received very kindly by Nikki (Dutch). We got a tour of the house from her and she explained a few things to us. The house is really beautiful and fully equipped, nice and spacious and with a beautiful view, really super! We had good weather and even had a nice dinner outside under the veranda with that beautiful view. The house is nice and quiet on a dead end street. We have been there for a midweek and have walked a lot. The surroundings are beautiful with their views, adventurous paths in the forest and of course the river Ourthe. What we enjoyed and is worth repeating!

Good reception, owner Nikki very friendly, gives a tour and explains how everything works. The cottage is neat, clean and cozy. Beautiful view, you really come for your rest, in the area nothing to do, but with the car you are in about 20 minutes in nice places.

We were very well received by Mrs. Konings. The accommodation was perfectly fine for us with all the necessary amenities. The area mainly exuded tranquility and what a beautiful view. Despite the bad weather we still enjoyed it.

A beautiful, comfortable house with a beautiful view. Only the reception was not so warm. The owner gave us a list of a number of things that we were not allowed to do. We were not allowed to access the heating, we were not allowed to open windows, we were not allowed to barbecue on the terrace, we were not allowed to open the curtains. Since we could not change the thermostat, it was not really warm in the living room during the day and "at night it was too warm in the bedrooms. The living room was quite dark because we could not open the curtains fully. So the reception was on earlier the cool side.

Location and interior as in the photos. Everything is there to spend a nice holiday. Fantastic view in a quiet area. Warm welcome by the owner and useful tips to do and eat in the area. Highly recommended in in all respects.

Very nice, neat and well-equipped house (ground floor) with a fantastic view. Very well located near several walks and Houffalize for shopping. Very friendly owner. Some (limited) minuses: you can hear the neighbors upstairs sometimes well and the underfloor heating makes it quite warm in the bedroom. But other than that, we recommend it!

Very hospitable landlady, easy to communicate with. She also helped us excellently when we had car trouble. Comfortable villa with a beautiful garden and several seating areas, so you can enjoy the phenomenal view everywhere!

Very warm and friendly welcome by Dutch-speaking lady. Clear explanation about facilities of the home. The house is even equipped with an alarm system that can also be switched on by a multilingual alarm center in the event of an emergency ambulance and emergency services. Very special feature.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fine reception completely in Christmas spirit. There was a decorated Christmas tree and the accessories were also tuned to it. The house itself is fully equipped and it has a beautiful location directly on several hiking trails. The hostess was also very nice and hospitable. The description on the Belvilla website states that the apartment has a wood-burning stove, but unfortunately that is not true. If you have upstairs neighbors simultaneously then it is noisy. Furthermore, we had a top stay.
