We have been here with our 2 kids and family for a long weekend at the end of May. We had wonderful weather and so enjoyed the large garden. The house is really amazing. Made of all conveniences and deliciously cool inside while the outside was more than 30 degrees. We really felt at home. Have a nice weekend.

Royal house. It was spacious and the garden was huge, beautiful and well maintained. Everything was there for cooking and eating. We had a lot of privacy in this house. The garden was well covered on the sides. This was my best holiday ever in Europe. For the owner, check the electrical cables. These need to be checked because lamps fail due to broken cables. We didn't have much trouble with it, but it is simple to repair and is more complete for this beautiful house.

A lovely house with a separate living room and dining room. Upstairs are three large bedrooms with good beds. 3 beds were fairly new. The house smelled fresh upon entering. The garden is really huge, a paradise for our soccer playing children. Nice that there is a swing and slide. Outside you can sit fine. There is garden furniture and parasol. We had some problems with the washing machine and a broken kettle where the owner would let kijken.In to the village is not much to do. However, there is a pharmacy. The baker and a small supermarket are in Doische, where "n 5km away. Nearby you can visit beautiful villages, even this part of Belgium is very woody, very little parking and no indicated / marked trails. The Internet is eea to found on hiking trails. all in all a great holiday for people who love peace and do not mind to a drive for a getaway.

The cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet nice family. We were lucky to have very nice weather in late September and therefore spend outside most of the time, the large garden is perfect there. This was an old house, but certainly in order. A spacious bathroom, sufficient utensils (only the bowls were a bit on the small side for 10 people, but we used 2)), a small and cozy living room that is separate from the dining room. Quiet area, perhaps too quiet for some people. In the village there is nothing to do. In Doische is a small supermarket where fresh bread is available. This is 10 min drive from the house. However, the area is beautiful and there are plenty of options. For sporty people, such as survival, canoeing etc. You can enjoy hiking in the area. If you drive along the Meuse to Dinant see the beautiful rock walls. Very beautiful. Also Givet (15 min drive from the house) is a nice place, with shops and terraces. Here you can also rent a boat and sail across the river. Furthermore, there are around various castles and museums to visit.

Owner of the cottage is very friendly. Only speaks French, so communicating was difficult. The cottage and furniture is very dated, but for the price we paid this was to be expected. The garden, on the other hand, is very beautiful and ridiculously large. The house is in a very quiet street and the surrounding nature is beautiful. Many forests and rivers. It is a 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket, for most activities in the area you have to drive on quickly. In the immediate area there is little to do, but that also has the advantage that the area is very quiet.

The cottage was very spacious for our family (4 people), quiet and clean. The kids could play in the large fenced yard. We enjoyed several times the BBQ. Nearby was plenty to do (visit caves, rail bike, fun pools, walks), but you have to take the car everywhere. Recommended!

A lovely house with a separate living room and dining room. Upstairs are three large bedrooms with good beds. 3 beds were fairly new. The house smelled fresh upon entering. The garden is really huge, a paradise for our soccer playing children. Nice that there is a swing and slide. Outside you can sit fine. There is garden furniture and parasol. We had some problems with the washing machine and a broken kettle where the owner would let kijken.In to the village is not much to do. However, there is a pharmacy. The baker and a small supermarket are in Doische, where "n 5km away. Nearby you can visit beautiful villages, even this part of Belgium is very woody, very little parking and no indicated / marked trails. The Internet is eea to found on hiking trails. all in all a great holiday for people who love peace and do not mind to a drive for a getaway.

Nice house, everything was there, even a wasmachine.Vooral the backyard was beautiful and above all very big with child devices. The garden was beautiful fenced so the children could not run away. We have our two children enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Doische. It's quiet and beautiful and spacious house, fully equipped. The children enjoyed themselves in the large garden with stunning views. The house was a combination of old and new furnishings, which resulted in a very beautiful whole. Everything necessary was present. The garden was very pleasant to stay in. The hostess was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. We have a very nice extended weekend spent.

We have been here with our 2 kids and family for a long weekend at the end of May. We had wonderful weather and so enjoyed the large garden. The house is really amazing. This was an old house, but certainly in order. A spacious bathroom, sufficient utensils (only the bowls were a bit on the small side for 10 people, but we used 2)), a small and cozy living room that is separate from the dining room. We personally found that very pleasant. The children could play there and we were able to chat in the evening, especially the garden is a great asset for both parents and children and the dog (if it goes with it) can walk here, there is a bbq and a swing. In the neighborhood is not immediately something to do.Always a short drive, but we have enjoyed in the garden of the beautiful weather.

Comfortable house, good beds spacious garden nice view quiet welcoming environment. Good Delhaize supermarket at 5 min. Rijden.De kitchen is further well equipped but unfortunately lacked a large wooden cutting board (preferably 2 pieces) and a bread knife / knife set, which the delicious cooking pleasure still a little crowded. The cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet nice family. We were lucky to have very nice weather in late September and therefore spend outside most of the time, the large garden is perfect there. We were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings! A must for hikers, not far away. beautiful nature, beautiful well-kept villages.
