From 13 to 20 July 2018 we spent a fantastic week in Gimnée with our children and grandchildren and two dogs. The garden was perfectly fenced and big enough for the dogs, and we had a lot of shade thanks to the giant chestnut tree. Luc and Bernadette are super-sympathetic, and the house was really top.De grandchildren (and we too) found it impressive when the cows went right behind our garden to the meadow.We have made beautiful walks in the forest behind our house. And also the trip to Dinant was very nice. Everyone agreed, it was a great week, and we will definitely come back.Leo and Ria and family Zoersel.

This cabin in Gimnée is different! The vibes are immaculate, especially at sunset on the terrace with a barbecue. Perfect for family gatherings or relaxing with your group. Spacious rooms and a nice garden to soak up some sun. It is definitely a great place for some outdoor adventures.

We stayed for three weeks in this beautiful holiday home with the whole family including 2 kids (2 and 4 years old). The arrival was fantastic, everything looked neat and tidy and the entire inventory was more than adequate. The cottage itself is beautifully situated on top of a hill, so that you have a beautiful view from part of the bedrooms and the garden. Lovely at the end of a street so you have complete privacy. There was also plenty to do in the area. A different outing every day for three weeks. We have not been bored for a second. Definitely recommended for a carefree holiday!

The house is very quiet in a beautiful natural environment. There is a nice walking path right next to the house.The house is very practical (everything is available) and there is also a nice garden. The only downside is that there is almost no place to hang your clothes away. Each room has 1 small closet with shelves. An extra rack for hanging clothes would be handy. The ground floor is top with a practical kitchen and a nice living room with a large, long table and a nice salon. We were there with the holidays and the house was nicely decorated and when we arrived burned the lights of the Christmas tree which gave a very welcome feeling. Very friendly hostess.

The last part of the ride to this house, we arrived completely in holiday mood. Beautiful environment. The house is in a quiet place and looks good.Super that there is already everything for the children to play with. There is a lot to do in the area. We enjoyed a ride in the old diesel train from the museum. (Secretly nicer than the ride with the steam train back). The view of the Citadel of Dinant is also beautiful as is the road along the water to it. Elfy Parc in France is fun for children between 2 and 12, lots of shade. We enjoyed our holiday in this nice house with beautiful garden. Also nice that the children could greet the cows every day. Recommended!

We have a surprisingly beautiful region of Belgium discovered! We stayed a weekend in "Le Grenier de Louise," a spacious and cozy house with all the trimmings, in a quiet environment. With halloween decorations had the owner still contributed more atmosphere. As every year we spent a week with children and grandchildren in the Ardennes. We have so many cottages inhabited. Le Grenier De Louise is certainly in the top three in terms of comfort, equipment, cleanliness and friendliness. We felt immediately welcome. The house was attractively decorated in sign of Halloween and nice heated. In the vicinity are several walks (long before the real tractors and short for the little ones). The castle of Freyr and the railway museum in Treignes are recommended. And if you're totally excited in Halloween style will make sure you have the last weekend of October ride the steam train. We really enjoyed our week in autumn.

We have a wonderful, peaceful holiday. We were very kindly received by the owner of the house. The house is fully equipped. We went with 5 people and a dog, ideal location. The dog could wander around in the backyard, but once you anticipating the gate, you walk right into the woods. For questions about the house or on the surroundings we could always go to the owner, who has a nice little Dutch can. What great fun were those cows to inches along the back walk. Overall a very relaxing holiday with some fun trips to places nearby.

just returned from a wonderful midweek in Gimnée. Despite the rainy weather we can do, visited the steam train through the valleys and the town of Dinant. Han caves lot But the most fun was still farm the owners across the path! Our 3 year old son has looked every day during milking (even got fresh milk with it) and the calves! Our dog has been good to live in the adjacent woodland. and, very importantly, the beds were great! We are very satisfied! Next year we go again!

From 13 to 20 July 2018 we spent a fantastic week in Gimnée with our children and grandchildren and two dogs. The garden was perfectly fenced and big enough for the dogs, and we had a lot of shade thanks to the giant chestnut tree. Luc and Bernadette are super-sympathetic, and the house was really top.De grandchildren (and we too) found it impressive when the cows went right behind our garden to the meadow.We have made beautiful walks in the forest behind our house. We had a great time here in the spacious, beautifully situated family house. We stayed with six adults and three children, one week in May 2010 in Gimnée. Lots of walking in the area. The last part of the ride to this house, we arrived completely in holiday mood. Beautiful environment. The house is in a quiet place and looks good.Super that there is already everything for the children to play with. There is a lot to do in the area. We enjoyed a ride in the old diesel train from the museum. (Secretly nicer than the ride with the steam train back). The view of the Citadel of Dinant is also beautiful as is the road along the water to it. Elfy Parc in France is fun for children between 2 and 12, lots of shade. The house is very quiet in a beautiful natural environment. There is a nice walking path right next to the house.The house is very practical (everything is available) and there is also a nice garden. The only downside is that there is almost no place to hang your clothes away. Each room has 1 small closet with shelves. An extra rack for hanging clothes would be handy. The ground floor is top with a practical kitchen and a nice living room with a large, long table and a nice salon. We were there with the holidays and the house was nicely decorated and when we arrived burned the lights of the Christmas tree which gave a very welcome feeling. Very friendly hostess.

We stayed a weekend in "Le Grenier de Louise," a spacious and cozy house with all the trimmings, in a quiet environment. With halloween decorations had the owner still contributed more atmosphere. As every year we spent a week with children and grandchildren in the Ardennes. We have so many cottages inhabited. Le Grenier De Louise is certainly in the top three in terms of comfort, equipment, cleanliness and friendliness. We felt immediately welcome. The house was attractively decorated in sign of Halloween and nice heated. In the vicinity are several walks (long before the real tractors and short for the little ones). The castle of Freyr and the railway museum in Treignes are recommended. And if you're totally excited in Halloween style will make sure you have the last weekend of October ride the steam train. We really enjoyed our week in autumn.

We have a wonderful, peaceful holiday. We were very kindly received by the owner of the house. The house is fully equipped. We went with 5 people and a dog, ideal location. The dog could wander around in the backyard, but once you anticipating the gate, you walk right into the woods. We stayed for three weeks in this beautiful holiday home with the whole family including 2 kids (2 and 4 years old). The arrival was fantastic, everything looked neat and tidy and the entire inventory was more than adequate. The cottage itself is beautifully situated on top of a hill, so that you have a beautiful view from part of the bedrooms and the garden. Lovely at the end of a street so you have complete privacy. There was also plenty to do in the area. A different outing every day for three weeks. We have not been bored for a second. Definitely recommended for a carefree holiday!

The only down side (but really the only) is that the beds are less suitable for people> 190 cm. From the house you are immediately in the forest, beautiful walks in the immediate area, nice places to visit. In short: definitely worth repeating.

Owners are very friendly. Kids can take a look at the koeien.Fijn, spacious and tasteful house, everything is there except a teapot ;). Brochures and information are properly disposed and orderly present. Outside the garden there is a playground and slide, great! Enough toys for the kids, Dutch reading material, shuffleboard and badminton rackets available!

Very friendly welcome !! Very nice and spacious accommodation. Everything you need is available. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are many plates, glasses, cutlery, ... The weather was not so good but the large space made it very pleasant to stay. The area is very relaxing and located on a hiking trail.

The house is situated in a very rural area in a small village. The owners live across the street. The reception was good, clear and with questions we could immediately go there. The house is ideal for 2 families consisting of 4 people. A spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen. There is a spacious fridge with freezer compartment.

We stayed a weekend in "Le Grenier de Louise," a spacious and cozy house with all the trimmings, in a quiet environment. With halloween decorations had the owner still contributed more atmosphere. Within walking distance there is little to do, but a short drive by car (or bike) brings you quickly to numerous activities. This home is a must for a large family, several smaller families or friends together, even for a longer holiday.
