Spacious house with a nice environment. Definitely recommended for large groups or families. On both sides of the house a terrace, so you can enjoy the sun for a long time. Just sorry that the garden was only partially closed and not fully fenced as suggested in the description. (sorry for the dogs, because they have to be outside of the leash). With a group of friends, we are 16 Sur le Thiers went to Lierneux. The navigation knew the house easy to find even though the house numbering Sur le Thiers is not succeeding. Two bathrooms including nr 1 with toilet, bath and two sinks plus baby care mat and nr 2 with a shower and sink. In the basement there were 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and sink. In the garage (also cellar) was a ping pong table with washing / drying combination.Spelletjes, books available. Includes large LCD TV, DVD recorder and spacious seating if you are with a lot of man. Whatever this house is suitable for. We were 14 adults, 3 children, 1 baby and 3 dogs.

The modern cozy house is located on a hill with beautiful views and the walks start nearby. We were looking for a place to relax and found it in "Sur les Thiers" : terraces in the sun or the shade, it became "life outside". Too bad about the very disturbing loud music from the nearest neighbors who for 2 evenings until after midnight (and also in the middle of the night) marred the beautiful summer evenings and kept many people awake. Perhaps less suitable for older people and / or people who have difficulty walking because of the many stairs. But further large yet cozy. Very pleasant and warm house. Very proper. everywhere new beds, when compared with pictures of beds on the webpage, and slept well. Great location! Immediate access to the forest for hiking. Beautiful view. Certain things in the house were a bit tired but that did not compensate for the beautiful living space. We had a nice time, as we lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom to find not a catastrophe. We had plenty of privacy, in the two neighboring houses no one stayed during our weekend. The owner is a typical Dutch with her own style, but did not interfere with our stay. On Sunday we even guarantee, got back after deduction of costs,. She did not bother to look, what nevertheless showed signs of confidence in her guests in the rooms.

Spacious house with a nice environment. Definitely recommended for large groups or families. On both sides of the house a terrace, so you can enjoy the sun for a long time. Just sorry that the garden was only partially closed and not fully fenced as suggested in the description. (sorry for the dogs, because they have to be outside of the leash). Aside from that, it was certainly a successful family celebrity with amazing weather.

The road to it was already a nice experience in itself, the narrow way up was equally exciting, but the environment is beautiful! Upon arrival you immediately see that is the holiday home that we have booked, spacious parking spaces. Enough for at least 10 cars. Upon arrival everything is clean and tidy. Spacious living room, long dining table which is cozy, luxury kitchen with plenty of space for cooling (2 refrigerators), dishwasher, microwave, oven. There is even a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Ideal! The ground floor contains 1 bedroom with double bed and a toilet. First floor contained 5 bedrooms with double beds to 1 person beds. There were cots in two bedrooms. Two bathrooms including nr 1 with toilet, bath and two sinks plus baby care mat and nr 2 with a shower and sink. In the basement there were 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and sink. In the garage (also cellar) was a ping pong table with washing / drying combination.Spelletjes, books available. Includes large LCD TV, DVD recorder and spacious seating if you are with a lot of man. Whatever this house is suitable for. We were 14 adults, 3 children, 1 baby and 3 dogs.

Upon arrival the sewer smelled a bit, after a day of use no longer. There were a lot of ants. Because there is a terrace on both sides, there is always sun or shade to sit. Very nice house in a nice environment. The house was very neat on arrival. We were a group of 16 people, and had plenty of space in this beautiful home. The big plus was the long table where we had breakfast and dinner every day, the only drawback is the small oven, we were planning to make pizza for the party one evening, but we have those plans modified because of the size of the oven. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the neighbors (or they of us) who came complaining about the noise of smoking company on the terrace.

Every little noise or euphoria is penalized by a visit from an angry neighbor who apparently has a bad marriage and needs an external pibble. Downside were doubles. These were mainly doubters. Our group consisted of mostly larger men, and that was the little bed yet very intimate. The kitchen did fine though there should be an extra refrigerator. Two refrigerators is a bit tight. Then there was the cutlery / glassware plenty available. There were two good barbecues available. These are also widely used by us. Outside on the north side there was wifi. Inside out. This is also a point of improvement as passed to the administrator. Cozy and elegant holiday home where we spent a beautiful weekend in September with children and grandchildren (16 in total). The modern cozy house is located on a hill with beautiful views and the walks start nearby. We were looking for a place to relax and found it in "Sur les Thiers" : terraces in the sun or the shade, it became "life outside". Too bad about the very disturbing loud music from the nearest neighbors who for 2 evenings until after midnight (and also in the middle of the night) marred the beautiful summer evenings and kept many people awake. Contact with the landlord was made by telephone: very friendly and correct information . We will definitely come back...
