History lovers will find many war monuments and churches in the area. The Castle of the Counts of Salm, built in the 9th century, is also nearby, as is the Doyards lake. Restaurants can be found within 3 km of the house, and you can buy supplies 12 km away.

Surrounding beautiful walks (red comes flat at home) and the yellow comes along a sheep farm. Everyone has enjoyed the fact that the rain was sometimes a game breaker

Spacious house with a nice environment. Definitely recommended for large groups or families. On both sides of the house a terrace, so you can enjoy the sun for a long time. Just sorry that the garden was only partially closed and not fully fenced as suggested in the description. (sorry for the dogs, because they have to be outside of the leash). Aside from that, it was certainly a successful family celebrity with amazing weather.

Also the bedrooms are nicely sized ... pity only that the shower in the basement was not ready ... so there was every time a water ballet in the bathroom .... we have 20 people and 3 dogs spent a week. .. super cozy ... only minus classified kitchen ... little inconsistent and not easy to be busy with several people ... even though he's so big ... sink is completely in the corner ... and oven!!!! what a mini-oven as "big house ... just 10 buns were able to bake" morning ....

Excellent! Owners responsive to requests, friendly. The necessities for 20 were really more than adequate. Nickel kitchen space with a beautiful spacious table. Comfortable bedding, sufficient interior and exterior space. As a bonus: 2 times 3 large garden tables exposed on the 2 terraces is a significant plus. I highly recommend, a calm and exceptional setting.

We family of 18 people had a great week here. The house is spacious, we were here with 4 families. Everything was well equipped (crockery, etc.) Fine were the washing machine and drier. I would recommend an extra dishwasher, playground equipment in the garden and e.g. football game in garage.

With a group of friends, we are 16 Sur le Thiers went to Lierneux. The navigation knew the house easy to find even though the house numbering Sur le Thiers is not succeeding. There is plenty of parking. The receipt by the Dutch manager was excellent. A very friendly man who showed everything. The deposit payment and return was fast and without problems. The house was fine very spacious and clean. There were flying very much in June despite the myriad hours. The bedrooms are spread over 3 floors. The bedrooms were spacious enough. Downside were doubles. These were mainly doubters. Our group consisted of mostly larger men, and that was the little bed yet very intimate. The kitchen did fine though there should be an extra refrigerator. Two refrigerators is a bit tight. Then there was the cutlery / glassware plenty available. There were two good barbecues available. These are also widely used by us. Outside on the north side there was wifi. Inside out. This is also a point of improvement as passed to the administrator. For a group of friends with 16 people this house was ideal. All of us agree that the house nice, cozy and functional (only the dishwasher left something to be desired). Maybe 2 bathrooms what little for so many people, but that did not spoil the fun. The location of the house is beautiful, with a nice view on all sides we have amused us great. The hostess told us to go upstairs so we're in all probability be back next year! Even improvements

The house needs from renting, we do not want other holiday goers with the misery we have had while producing this. I never go more with my family 18 people book with Belvilla. The house was perfect for us, a group of 10 adults. Good kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. Cozy living room with fireplace. Beautiful view. When we had a problem with the stove, and we called the owner, was within a quarter on the sidewalk with tools. Great service so! The only downside is that one of the showers can not hang and there is no shower curtain, so showering is not so easy and the bathroom very wet. But apart from that we have the very time had in this house.

The location of the house is fantastic, but as usual, this is again a typical rental property. Around the house there is plenty of room, but there is to be found not plant just grass (which was not even mowed) The bedrooms are spacious but poorly finished (curtains latent much light) Showers are a catastrophe (shower curtains missing / you should badgaan sit modestly to wash) Kitchen looks neat, but if you are with a large group, you have a probleem.2 small microwave and oven ontbreekt.De living room and terrace are fantastic (ample) The BBQ is out of 4 people so once great company this waardeloos.Jammer that they do not just spice up the house with a decent oven / BBQ / curtains / shower because the house is nicely situated and spacious genoeg.Jimmy Jansen

Very spacious and clean building (villa) where we could enjoy together in a group (4 families of 4 people) and also had enough privacy to retreat. Please note that we have shared a bathroom for every 2 families. A must for those who enjoy nice walks and are looking for peace. In addition, we also made some nice trips that were all within a 30-minute drive. Visiting museums, parks, ... In short, a place that we will definitely return to if we want to stay in the same region again.

The road to it was already a nice experience in itself, the narrow way up was equally exciting, but the environment is beautiful! Upon arrival you immediately see that is the holiday home that we have booked, spacious parking spaces. Enough for at least 10 cars. Upon arrival everything is clean and tidy. Spacious living room, long dining table which is cozy, luxury kitchen with plenty of space for cooling (2 refrigerators), dishwasher, microwave, oven. There is even a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Ideal! The ground floor contains 1 bedroom with double bed and a toilet. First floor contained 5 bedrooms with double beds to 1 person beds. There were cots in two bedrooms. Two bathrooms including nr 1 with toilet, bath and two sinks plus baby care mat and nr 2 with a shower and sink. In the basement there were 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and sink. In the garage (also cellar) was a ping pong table with washing / drying combination.Spelletjes, books available. Includes large LCD TV, DVD recorder and spacious seating if you are with a lot of man. Whatever this house is suitable for. We were 14 adults, 3 children, 1 baby and 3 dogs.

It was a lovely holiday and a beautiful environment, it is a beautiful house but the contents are to be renewed, the matrasen are old and dirty, the toilet can not lock just as the showers, half the chairs are worn so is the sofa. Fortunately the weather was fine, so we still had a lovely holiday.

We have a long weekend with 12 people verbleven.Het house is very spacious and well voorzien.Er However, two hiccups. The beds are very hard and very squeak. The second point is that there is no shower curtains, the bathroom is all wet when douchen.Deze dots should not spoil the fun, so we're going back next year. Cozy and elegant holiday home where we spent a beautiful weekend in September with children and grandchildren (16 in total). The modern cozy house is located on a hill with beautiful views and the walks start nearby. We were looking for a place to relax and found it in "Sur les Thiers" : terraces in the sun or the shade, it became "life outside". Too bad about the very disturbing loud music from the nearest neighbors who for 2 evenings until after midnight (and also in the middle of the night) marred the beautiful summer evenings and kept many people awake. Contact with the landlord was made by telephone: very friendly and correct information . We will definitely come back...

The location and the house itself were phenomenal !! But what a neighborhood means. Every little noise or euphoria is penalized by a visit from an angry neighbor who apparently has a bad marriage and needs an external pibble. We made absolutely no crazy loud sound, we only enjoyed it. Do not go here if you still want to laugh after 2200 or want to be awake at all.

Accommodation super clean, spacious, lots of kitchenware, some cupboards a bit outdated, bedding freshly washed, for the amount of beds too few showers and toilets. Upon arrival the sewer smelled a bit, after a day of use no longer. There were a lot of ants. Because there is a terrace on both sides, there is always sun or shade to sit. Wooden picnic tables a bit outdated and garden chairs unfortunately piece.Gmgeving a beautiful view from the house, partly by the kids and cows, super nice. Baker and supermarket are about 9 km away, so plan well. Spacious walking, cycling and mtb possibilities, beautiful surroundings with goods signage. Little catering, but on the terrace of the house itself is also fine.

We had a nice time, as we lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom to find not a catastrophe. We had plenty of privacy, in the two neighboring houses no one stayed during our weekend. The owner is a typical Dutch with her own style, but did not interfere with our stay. On Sunday we even guarantee, got back after deduction of costs,. She did not bother to look, what nevertheless showed signs of confidence in her guests in the rooms.

With the whole family to go on weekends, ie a baby from 9m to the grandpa of 75 years satisfying, is not so simple. Everyone has enjoyed it. Great house, very cozy, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Beautifully located and lots of outdoor space. Perhaps less suitable for older people and / or people who have difficulty walking because of the many stairs. But further large yet cozy. In the absence bathrooms shower curtains making it a water ballet is what could be easily remedied. We sat there with all ages but there is enough place for all the time to sit on each other's lips. We enjoyed everything in and outside the home and hope to come back again. Not to be missed! The small restaurant down the road in Liernieux by Agnes et Jacky, simple food but very tasty and very affordable.

The house is very well laid out - shared generously. The decor and furnishings leave nothing to be desired so far. There was even a toaster oven, and more, sowei coffee machines. Note: the double bed mattresses have been through it so 5 large sheets required 1.60 x 2.00. Some bedrooms were very small fit just because the other rooms were also clean bed space for 4 beds. Kitchen and living area perfect for large groups - we had bad weather - and we have not yet gone on the nerve.

For a group of friends with 16 people this house was ideal. All of us agree that the house nice, cozy and functional (only the dishwasher left something to be desired). Maybe 2 bathrooms what little for so many people, but that did not spoil the fun. The location of the house is beautiful, with a nice view on all sides we have amused us great. Very pleasant and warm house. Very proper. everywhere new beds, when compared with pictures of beds on the webpage, and slept well. Spacious saloon, well received by the very friendly representative of the owner, had to arrive at 13 o'clock and problems were solved immediately. 3 toilet for 16 people is on the low side, but it's just like that. Spacious house with a nice environment. Definitely recommended for large groups or families. On both sides of the house a terrace, so you can enjoy the sun for a long time. Just sorry that the garden was only partially closed and not fully fenced as suggested in the description. (sorry for the dogs, because they have to be outside of the leash). Aside from that, it was certainly a successful family celebrity with amazing weather.

The road to it was already a nice experience in itself, the narrow way up was equally exciting, but the environment is beautiful! Upon arrival you immediately see that is the holiday home that we have booked, spacious parking spaces. Enough for at least 10 cars. Upon arrival everything is clean and tidy. Spacious living room, long dining table which is cozy, luxury kitchen with plenty of space for cooling (2 refrigerators), dishwasher, microwave, oven. There is even a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Ideal! The ground floor contains 1 bedroom with double bed and a toilet. First floor contained 5 bedrooms with double beds to 1 person beds. There were cots in two bedrooms. Two bathrooms including nr 1 with toilet, bath and two sinks plus baby care mat and nr 2 with a shower and sink. In the basement there were 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and sink. In the garage (also cellar) was a ping pong table with washing / drying combination.Spelletjes, books available. Includes large LCD TV, DVD recorder and spacious seating if you are with a lot of man. Whatever this house is suitable for. We were 14 adults, 3 children, 1 baby and 3 dogs.

Upon arrival the sewer smelled a bit, after a day of use no longer. There were a lot of ants. Because there is a terrace on both sides, there is always sun or shade to sit. Wooden picnic tables a bit outdated and garden chairs unfortunately piece.Gmgeving a beautiful view from the house, partly by the kids and cows, super nice. Baker and supermarket are about 9 km away, so plan well. Spacious walking, cycling and mtb possibilities, beautiful surroundings with goods signage. Little catering, but on the terrace of the house itself is also fine.

Very nice house in a nice environment. The house was very neat on arrival. We were a group of 16 people, and had plenty of space in this beautiful home. The big plus was the long table where we had breakfast and dinner every day, the only drawback is the small oven, we were planning to make pizza for the party one evening, but we have those plans modified because of the size of the oven. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the neighbors (or they of us) who came complaining about the noise of smoking company on the terrace.

The location and the house itself were phenomenal !! But what a neighborhood means. Every little noise or euphoria is penalized by a visit from an angry neighbor who apparently has a bad marriage and needs an external pibble. We made absolutely no crazy loud sound, we only enjoyed it. Do not go here if you still want to laugh after 2200 or want to be awake at all.

With a group of friends, we are 16 Sur le Thiers went to Lierneux. The navigation knew the house easy to find even though the house numbering Sur le Thiers is not succeeding. There is plenty of parking. The receipt by the Dutch manager was excellent. A very friendly man who showed everything. The deposit payment and return was fast and without problems. The house was fine very spacious and clean. There were flying very much in June despite the myriad hours. The bedrooms are spread over 3 floors. The bedrooms were spacious enough. Downside were doubles. These were mainly doubters. Our group consisted of mostly larger men, and that was the little bed yet very intimate. The kitchen did fine though there should be an extra refrigerator. Two refrigerators is a bit tight. Then there was the cutlery / glassware plenty available. There were two good barbecues available. These are also widely used by us. Outside on the north side there was wifi. Inside out. This is also a point of improvement as passed to the administrator. The house was perfect for us, a group of 10 adults. Good kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. Cozy living room with fireplace. Beautiful view. When we had a problem with the stove, and we called the owner, was within a quarter on the sidewalk with tools. Great service so! The only downside is that one of the showers can not hang and there is no shower curtain, so showering is not so easy and the bathroom very wet. We have a long weekend with 12 people verbleven.Het house is very spacious and well voorzien.Er However, two hiccups. The beds are very hard and very squeak. Cozy and elegant holiday home where we spent a beautiful weekend in September with children and grandchildren (16 in total). The modern cozy house is located on a hill with beautiful views and the walks start nearby. We were looking for a place to relax and found it in "Sur les Thiers" : terraces in the sun or the shade, it became "life outside". Too bad about the very disturbing loud music from the nearest neighbors who for 2 evenings until after midnight (and also in the middle of the night) marred the beautiful summer evenings and kept many people awake. Contact with the landlord was made by telephone: very friendly and correct information . We will definitely come back...
