Beautiful house in the middle of nature, really something for peace and nature lovers. We were lucky to be there in the middle of the deer rutting season. The roaring at night was quite loud. The downside was that in the mornings and evenings the herds did not come to the meadow. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. Do keep in mind the heating oil as it is expensive. What needs improvement: The couch is worn out and has holes in the seat, it really can't be used anymore. The WiFi is periodically very bad, probably little can be done about it. Everything else is fine!

The location was wonderful and in the middle of nature but with all necessary facilities nearby in the nearby villages. Waking up to a beautiful view of the valley with a herd of deer walking past happened twice to us in the early morning.

The rooms were equipped with decent beds and the kitchen was well stocked with almost all the equipment you need; do bring your own spices though. The living room was cozy and the hearth a nice addition to the sometimes cold cabin.

Communication with the owner was efficient, even though there was a language barrier between us. All in all a wonderful, cozy cabin with excellent value for money!

The immediate area is surrounded by forests. The towns of Malmedy and Trois-Ponts are worth mentioning for shopping. Fred's Corner is an insider tip for cakes and coffee.
The holiday home is large, comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen is very well equipped (7 frying pans and numerous pots) and there is a wide range of crockery and cutlery.
All in all, highly recommended.
Ps.: In the early evening, the deer come to graze on the meadow almost to the house. Pure nature.

Description of Belvilla is correct, except that there are 3 steps from the entrance hall to the living room and 2 steps to the bedrooms and toilet at the rear. Beds slept fine. We had a good stay in this spacious, beautifully situated house. The hostess was very friendly and easily approachable. The terrace on the side is fine, the garden which is very cramped for articulating children, but who can enjoy themselves in the woods behind the house. We came for a weekend hiking and mountain biking. Superb location with many walking and cycling routes which pass close to the house. Our amateur chef could come along will enjoy the spacious kitchen.

We have stayed in this house from 8/10 October to 6 adults. It is a lovely cottage and the location is perfect! You have a very nice view and almost the whole day the sun on the terrace by the house. You come here to rest and certainly have plenty of privacy. We had no trouble with the planes around. You're so Trois Points and Stavelot where you can enjoy a terrace and here are also some shops including a supermarket and bakery. It was a all a great weekend and this house is very suitable for a good holiday.

Beautiful vacation cottage. Beautiful location. From the living room we could spot wild animals. There is a wood burning stove with which you can make it cozy and warm. We have made beautiful walks in the wider area. Housing rather suitable for 6 people in our opinion. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to unwind with a fantastic view and have give away as an extra. Deer almost every morning on the field appear in this period and a show with belling A complete house where life is good. Everything is available if you wish to receive comfort.Goed meubilair.Een fine wood stove. What should done only cracking the beds that really is not fine. It was clean enough in our opinion. Natural beauty around you where you can make beautiful walks. A card is handy or a GPS. We will definitely return here again. For children there is nothing to do except nature. You do have Plopsaland nearby in Coo. Shopping in Trois Ponts.De dogs (2) we could really only come on balcony because the pasture next door with electric fence is fenced and there are cows can walk. But otherwise highly recommended!

The house is very cozy, beautiful wooden furniture, wooden beams in the ceiling, fresh beds and good mattresses. And do not forget a well-lit stove, where you could heat the whole house. I was warmly received by the owner, who explained everything well. The incidental costs were very expensive10 euros electricity and 24 euros oil and that for the month of January. There was also ample supply of crockery and cutlery, and very decent pans. In short, a lovely cozy house in a beautiful environment without any noise from cars.For a walk you do not need a car.The owner lets you enjoy this house in peace and is helpful if necessary.

This unique spot on one of the highest points of the Ardennes is definitely worth waard.Heerlijk quietly, from the living room a beautiful panoramic view of surrounding forest lands. Great for walking, the house is fully equipped, the furniture is dated but very efficient, good on the couch after a walk, what do you want more. Large table to play games, super cozy. The owner is very nice and speaks a little bit of Dutch. We have in recent years been settled there with kids and dogs and have had a lot of fun.

We had a lovely week with family and friends. The owner is very friendly. The house is fully equipped. Stair gate at the balcony is not present, but a drying rack works just as well! The area is extremely beautiful and the view like a painting. Overall a must!

We are on 17 February 2012 a week with 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) + dog traveled to the house. A lovely spacious house surrounded by nature. View over the Ardennes because the house on a hill. Behind the house you walk into the woods. The house is a two-under 1 roof. The house stands on a farm, the farmer lives in the house next door but gives a lot of privacy in other words, that will leave you alone but is helpful if there are questions (in broken Dutch). In addition sufficient hiking and much history for the WW2 interested.

Very nice location on the edge of a beautiful mixed forest. Surrounded by nature, yet only 10 minutes from a good store. Perfect with dogs, only one job in the quiet surroundings. Views stretching for miles. Regular visits from deer, lots of birds and starry sky. Privacy, even though the owner lives under the same roof.

It is an ideal house for two couples to stay. Two bathrooms and two toilets. The area is also great. The peace and tranquility are awesome. The house is located in a very beautiful scenery and the view is amazing. There are in the vicinity several nice walks to take, which is very well indicated. We have here really to our liking and had found it a pity that the weather was over. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful surroundings. Lovely walks directly from hethuis and the omgeving.Leuke places in the area with nice terrasjes.Het house itself is really great and the family that owns it is rented is particularly vriendelijk.Wij had our 2 dogs with us who also have good vermaakt.Voor peace and nature lovers definitely recommended!

Beautiful cottage for a weekend away with the guys! Great location between the forests with deer and foxes in the backyard. Within a half hour drive to do everything in terms of survival activities. The host also speaks Dutch what it is fine. Upon arrival, the beds were made and with good weather you have a wonderful terrace at your disposal. We will definitely go back again

About a week-end of nature visits should be here in the morning at the crack of dawn are the deer and the wild boars in the backyard at the edge of the forest! Beautiful hiking trails near Trois Ponts, the house has everything you need, there is enough space. Definitely worth repeating ....

Great house in quiet location, amidst varied nature. Besides Residing owner respects privacy and is very personable. We were there during a cold and snowy Christmas thick and heating (central heating / heating oil) did very well. Also large stock of dry wood for woodburner. Good kitchen equipment. A bit shabby in the field of drinking glasses and cutlery. Good mattresses, but creaky beds. Seating is in urgent need of replacement toe.Het house overlooks a very large meadow on Wednesday and during the weekend is leased to a model airplane club.
