We felt very well looked after from the start. From the booking to the holiday home, everything was GREAT!!
The holiday home is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Absolutely quiet, because it's far from everything. In the immediate vicinity there is only a large stable with cattle and a small pig farm on the side of the path. For walking with our dogs - very nice.
The owner lives right next door and is very friendly.
The immediate area is surrounded by forests. The towns of Malmedy and Trois-Ponts are worth mentioning for shopping. Fred's Corner is an insider tip for cakes and coffee.
The holiday home is large, comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen is very well equipped (7 frying pans and numerous pots) and there is a wide range of crockery and cutlery.
All in all, highly recommended.
Ps.: In the early evening, the deer come to graze on the meadow almost to the house. Pure nature.

Description of Belvilla is correct, except that there are 3 steps from the entrance hall to the living room and 2 steps to the bedrooms and toilet at the rear. Beds slept fine. De omgeving is prachtig. Je loopt zo het bos in als je het huisje uit loopt. Nadeel is dat je echt een stuk moet rijden als je wat wil ondernemen. Het huis is gedateerd. Meubels zijn versleten en keuken is gedateerd. De matrassen zijn bedekt met een soort plastic waardoor het kraakt en vochtig wordt tijdens slapen. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Man spreekt klein beetje Nederlands. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het is er heerlijk stil.

We had a good stay in this spacious, beautifully situated house. The hostess was very friendly and easily approachable. The terrace on the side is fine, the garden which is very cramped for articulating children, but who can enjoy themselves in the woods behind the house. One slight problem we found the model airplanes in a nearby meadow is a small airport. We have stayed in this house from 8/10 October to 6 adults. It is a lovely cottage and the location is perfect! You have a very nice view and almost the whole day the sun on the terrace by the house. Lovely walks directly from hethuis and the omgeving.Leuke places in the area with nice terrasjes.Het house itself is really great and the family that owns it is rented is particularly vriendelijk.Wij had our 2 dogs with us who also have good vermaakt.Voor peace and nature lovers definitely recommended!

Beautiful cottage for a weekend away with the guys! Great location between the forests with deer and foxes in the backyard. Within a half hour drive to do everything in terms of survival activities. The host also speaks Dutch what it is fine. Upon arrival, the beds were made and with good weather you have a wonderful terrace at your disposal. We will definitely go back again

We have a very nice and quiet vacation gehad.De beds were slightly minder.Het cottage is fully equipped and is very schoon.Zoekt you peace and keeps you from walking in the unspoilt countryside then this is definitely one of the better locations.

Great house in quiet location, amidst varied nature. Besides Residing owner respects privacy and is very personable. We were there during a cold and snowy Christmas thick and heating (central heating / heating oil) did very well. Also large stock of dry wood for woodburner. Good kitchen equipment.
