We were here for the 2nd time and that is not without reason. A beautifully located house with lovely views over the hills from the sunny terrace. The house is spacious and everything has been thought of. A delightful quiet place. No other habitation nearby, except for the owner's farm. A friendly man whom you only see upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed it again.

Funny little house, just very old and round, but everything was there. The dishwasher broke down and the next day there was a whole new one. The house was not clean when we arrived, but that was nicely settled with the departure. Tip for the owner: garden furniture really needs to be renewed, the garden table is almost falling apart and the chairs have also seen better days. The surroundings are very beautiful!!

We felt very well looked after from the start. From the booking to the holiday home, everything was GREAT!!
The holiday home is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Absolutely quiet, because it's far from everything. In the immediate vicinity there is only a large stable with cattle and a small pig farm on the side of the path. For walking with our dogs - very nice.
The owner lives right next door and is very friendly.
The immediate area is surrounded by forests. The towns of Malmedy and Trois-Ponts are worth mentioning for shopping. Fred's Corner is an insider tip for cakes and coffee.
The holiday home is large, comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen is very well equipped (7 frying pans and numerous pots) and there is a wide range of crockery and cutlery.
All in all, highly recommended.
Ps.: In the early evening, the deer come to graze on the meadow almost to the house. Pure nature.
We will definitely come back.

The house is very cozy, beautiful wooden furniture, wooden beams in the ceiling, fresh beds and good mattresses. And do not forget a well-lit stove, where you could heat the whole house. I was warmly received by the owner, who explained everything well. The incidental costs were very expensive10 euros electricity and 24 euros oil and that for the month of January. Beautiful house in the middle of nature, really something for peace and nature lovers. We were lucky to be there during the deer rutting season. The roaring at night was quite loud 😂 The downside was that in the mornings and evenings the herds did not come to the meadow. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Do keep in mind the heating oil as it is expensive. What needs improvement: The couch is worn out and has holes in the seat, it really can't be used anymore. The WiFi is periodically very poor, probably little can be done about it. Everything else is perfectly fine!

This unique spot on one of the highest points of the Ardennes is definitely worth waard.Heerlijk quietly, from the living room a beautiful panoramic view of surrounding forest lands. De omgeving is prachtig. Je loopt zo het bos in als je het huisje uit loopt. Nadeel is dat je echt een stuk moet rijden als je wat wil ondernemen. Het huis is gedateerd. Meubels zijn versleten en keuken is gedateerd. De matrassen zijn bedekt met een soort plastic waardoor het kraakt en vochtig wordt tijdens slapen. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Man spreekt klein beetje Nederlands. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het is er heerlijk stil.

This weekend was wonderful environment especially in the fall. House was good only we had a toddler of one half and all the stairs were not really convenient. The beds upstairs were not really accessible staircase was dangerous. Could those reasons no longer go back.

The location was wonderful and in the middle of nature but with all necessary facilities nearby in the nearby villages. Waking up to a beautiful view of the valley with a herd of deer walking past happened twice to us in the early morning.

The rooms were equipped with decent beds and the kitchen was well stocked with almost all the equipment you need; do bring your own spices though. The living room was cozy and the hearth a nice addition to the sometimes cold cabin.

Description of Belvilla is correct, except that there are 3 steps from the entrance hall to the living room and 2 steps to the bedrooms and toilet at the rear. Beds slept fine. We had a good stay in this spacious, beautifully situated house. The hostess was very friendly and easily approachable. The terrace on the side is fine, the garden which is very cramped for articulating children, but who can enjoy themselves in the woods behind the house. There are beautiful walks without a meter having to drive, larger towns are slightly further away, but still easily accessible. In the vicinity are several excursions. One slight problem we found the model airplanes in a nearby meadow is a small airport. The first time it's still fun to watch, but some aircraft make a lot of noise and you did after a few times seen (and heard). The buzzards let themselves but failed to disturb and fortunately this activity is limited to the afternoon hours. The view is very nice and alternates with clouds, light, fog and rain.

The location was wonderful and in the middle of nature but with all necessary facilities nearby in the nearby villages. Waking up to a beautiful view of the valley with a herd of deer walking past happened twice to us in the early morning.

The rooms were equipped with decent beds and the kitchen was well stocked with almost all the equipment you need; do bring your own spices though. The living room was cozy and the hearth a nice addition to the sometimes cold cabin.

Communication with the owner was efficient, even though there was a language barrier between us. All in all a wonderful, cozy cabin with excellent value for money!
