We have spent a family weekend in Castelfalfi Bodeux, Houte Bodeau 31 Trois Ponts, with 8 adults and 2 small children from Friday evening to Monday morning. ) storage space and dishwashers - good beds - beautiful garden The negatives. - the castle is in dire need of a makeover, peeling paint, loose skirting boards, bare spots, loose floor tiles. - noisy - drains in the bathrooms seem clogged - worn toilets - in April the pool is not yet operational - uneven and slippery floor of the tennis court - remote (abandoned) All in all, we have difficulty with the price / quality ratio!!

beautiful domain and beautiful charming renovated castle in a quiet location. we rented this property with 15 people for a weekend (Friday-Sunday). The representative of the owner was completely unreachable and only appeared on Sunday afternoon. this meant that we could not obtain the missing supplies (such as grill from the bbq, coal, wood) and then had to arrange them ourselves. For this huge price it seemed unjustified. The garden / driveway is also the driveway of the neighbors, so no complete privacy. the rooms and bathrooms are very clean / modern, just a few showers.

Booked this very attractive holiday home with the family for the first weekend of December, an hour across the border in Belgium. Beautiful spacious house (beautiful location); all rooms are spacious and warmly decorated, so cozy! The house still has original elements (including original floors and doors) but with modern bedrooms (good beds!) and spacious, neat modern bathrooms.
On arrival we received a very warm welcome from a very friendly concierge Tony, and he was very helpful!
Everything was clean, tidy, well cared for and the house was also nicely decorated in the Christmas spirit!
All in all, a wonderful holiday home where we stayed to our complete satisfaction, a wonderful place to make beautiful memories with family or friends!

We had a great time with 12 women. The castle is beautiful and really cool furnished, also the bathrooms. Unfortunately there were no sharp knives and scissors in the kitchen. There was no hot water in one bathroom. Unfortunately, contact was a bit difficult, both on arrival and on departure. Despite the minor adversities mentioned above, we felt very comfortable and would recommend it.

Beautiful location, beautiful castle. Nice bathrooms and great beds! The kitchen is spacious and the equipment is ok, but the pans are not calculated for 15 people. Hot water supply was arranged on, too bad. Reception and service provided by Adeline were excellent. If there was a problem, she was there immediately!

It is a really nice location, you drive up a driveway and there is your own little castle. Great and also a beautiful area. We enjoyed good food and drinks in the castle and in the area. And there are plenty of things to do in the area.

The booking process was very clear and transparent. Contact with the manager was a bit limited as he only speaks French and we don't speak French at all. But what are translation programs for - we quickly got the problem under control. The house is great: a cozy living room, the dining room big enough for 16 people, the beds comfortable, all rooms big enough, the bathrooms in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a large cooking block in the middle of the room. Apparently they responded to the criticism of the past few years. A pool and tennis court, the huge well-kept park and the beautiful surroundings make Castel Bodeux the right place for a week with friends and family. We will be back!

The exterior of the villa and the beautiful garden / park make up for a lot. But the inside is very sober, worn out and especially the kitchen REALLY in need of updating. Dishwasher piece, nice if you are staying with 14 adults! Boilers and pans in terrible condition. There wasn't even scissors present. Lots of little things that bother you if you have to pay such an amount. We were lucky that we had BEAUTIFUL weather and so we were able to use the beautiful garden outside a lot. Tennis court was fine, swimming pool on the other hand very dirty.

the accommodation is beautiful: a spacious house with eight large bedrooms; 4 bathrooms, two of which have a shower. Fantastic garden, nice big swimming pool and nice tennis court. Quiet area. I agreed to call on arrival. Was pleasant and hassle-free. The castle was really from 1640. Soberly decorated, like a hunting lodge, which gave an informal atmosphere. Also suitable for children. the large garden overlooks meadows and hills. Deer were walking in it. The whole thing was exactly what I wanted for our family weekend.
