Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this nice accommodation just outside Malmédy. It features a sauna, a large hot tub, a ski storage room and a lovely garden. With 7 bedrooms for 15 people, it is a good choice for large groups who love hiking, skiing and nature.
The residence is located in Mont in the High Fens, 4 km from Malmédy. In Malmédy, you will find plenty of nice shops and restaurants where you can have a delicious dinner. Various walking routes have been mapped out in the vicinity and cycling enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. In the region, you will find the Francorchamps race track, the Gileppe reservoir, the Hoge Venen nature park, the Forestia wildlife park and Plopsa Coo for the children. Skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, mountain biking; it's all possible!
The 3-storeyed holiday home covers an area of 400 m² and is surrounded by an attractive garden. The spacious attic can be used for seminars, relaxation or meditation. There is a living room with TV, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.

Had a very nice and good stay. Unfortunately, I received annoying and vague claims afterwards. In addition, the deposit had to be transferred to their personal account, which makes the process very vague. Unfortunately, we already have to complete the review, it may still be handled properly. But for now we are at least dissatisfied with the claim and communication. The house is beautiful and everything is well organized!

Het huis deed aan onze verwachtingen. Prima keuken en de jacuzzi was ruim genoeg om in te spelen en zwemmen voor kids. Het is wel wat gehorig als je beneden slaapt. Voldoende ruimte door het hele huis heen.

The house met expectations. Was spaciously converted with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The jacuzzi worked perfectly and was nice and warm. The house is big enough for a large group.
The house has several refrigerators and freezers, which is very nice with a large group.
Owner was easy to reach and was present at the key transfer. Explanation was clear and clear, nice contact.
The house included bed linen and bath linen, which is ideal!

Super nice house for a larger group. We were 4 smaller families and had a wonderful time. We have hardly used the living room and the large attic because there is enough space in the dining room and the indoor Whirpool / ping pong room. Nice garden with children's playhouse slide. We enjoyed. Just behind the house we walked half a route along the water and climbed over rocks. Will not recommend this route with young children. But a day later to the high fens with the kids (10 min drive) and this was easy to do and a nice trip (even with a pram). Kitchen is well equipped and fully equipped. 1 point of attention is separating the waste. This happens slightly differently in Belgium than in the Netherlands, so we had not done this correctly and this would not be taken into account by the waste companies. So, especially for the Dutch among us, properly separate the waste and about only diapers go with the residual waste. Other in special bags.

Nice house, good space for many people. Jacuzzi is great. Sauna, relaxation room all wonderful. Unfortunately, the local residents are not happy with tourists. There are signs everywhere. We were in winter and with family. So did not cause any inconvenience.

Positieve punten was de grootte van het huis en de omgeving is fantastisch voor mountainbiken en wandelen. Negatieve punten: -jacuzzi stonk en 1 van de kinderen heeft een dubbele oorontsteking opgelopen ondanks dat de schoonmaak instructies gewoon zijn gevolgd. -de kinderen mochten overdag geen geluid(spelende kinderen) maken, de huiseigenaar heeft op dag 3 een appje gestuurd dat de politie zou komen voor overlast vanuit de buren(deze zijn niet gekomen). - omdat de kinderen van bed hebben gewisseld waren meerdere bedden beslapen. Dat, plus de vieze jacuzzi was bij eindinspectie reden voor de eigenaresse om tegen ons uit te vallen. Als er problemen zijn, los je dat in onze optiek professioneel op en communiceer je daar helder over obv feiten. Na 2 weken is de situatie nu dat de borg vooralsnog niet is overgemaakt, maar ook nergens over gecommuniceerd. Wij hebben hierdoor de vakantie afgesloten met een zeer negatief gevoel. We raden gezinnen met kinderen dit huis niet aan als ze dergelijke ervaringen willen vermijden.

After a thorough explanation and tour, we enjoyed the very spacious house with 7 bedrooms and sufficient sanitary facilities. We were unable to take advantage of the beautiful garden due to the rain, but all the more so from the ping pong table and the swim spa. There is more than enough material to cook yourself. Definitely recommended for a larger group

Very pleasant experience. Quiet location, shops nearby. Relaxing jacuzzi, clean rooms, all the necessities we needed were present in the house. Very friendly owners. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. We were very kindly received by Mrs. and after a tour where everything was well explained, the holiday could begin. The house is spacious enough not to constantly have to sit on each other's lips. A spacious garden, large outdoor area where we could barbecue, sauna, large jacuzzi and a beautiful kitchen. Malmedy is nearby and you can get everything there. In the morning we went to get bread at the bakery in Xhoffraix which is very good. What must be taken into account is that you have to be quiet after 22:00 because of the neighbors. But otherwise had a great time.

We have very much enjoyed our stay in this house with the whole family. All comfort and amenities are available. Very large garden where you can play all kinds of games. Beautiful surroundings with nice walks. friendly homeowners who are very understanding (broken cot was immediately reimbursed). Good, solid barbecue that bakes well. Very large jaccuzzi that you can enjoy with 8 people. In short, highly recommended for many and excellent value for money. patrick haesen

Unfortunately the whirlpool was not usable due to cloudiness. Which was a pity, because that's one of the reasons we chose this property. Cutlery and crockery were dirty, everything had to be washed first. There is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. Otherwise the stay was very nice

The accommodation is very well equipped in terms of beds, showers, sanitary facilities, kitchenware, refrigerators, etc. The garden, the large jacuzzi and the sauna are an added value. The area is very walkable. Numerous signposted walks are available. The High Fens are nearby. Cyclists and bikers will certainly get their money's worth. Good bakery in Xhoffrai. Restaurant around the corner. Malmedy with all necessary shopping and other facilities a 10-minute drive from the cottage.
