Once a year our family meets with up to 16 people. The house L 'Eau Rouge is ideally suited for this. Lots of room, great Tische.Und of outside space, a tree house for kids, a huge playground, and a separate grill house with all facilities (we had a US-Smoker with and therefore needed a lot square). With 10 adults, 7 children and Milo a fantastic weekend polite. The children had, thanks to the summer weather in November, had the time of their lives on the creek back of the site and in the adjacent forest. Highly recommended. Inside any organization when everyone is inside, but all in all, the house is spacious enough and has every comfort, and we have certainly used it. The noisy nature of the house we took with pleasure.

Just like last year we were very kindly received by the owner. The key was immediately available. The bungalow was well equipped for our entire group with enough space in the dining room and the salon. The view of nature from the bungalow is super The only drawback is that there is no baker or butcher and a relocation to Xoffraix is needed. It was a wonderful weekend in beautiful surroundings which have young and old enjoyed. The oldest participant was 83 and the youngest was 4 years old. We were 17 people and there was plenty of space. The only downside was that it was quite noisy. Nevertheless, one must to a large group of people to have. A nice weekend

A week High Fens with the whole family of 8 adults and 5 children. In a very nice setting. The tree house and the stream were very popular with our grandchildren, and s "evening it seemed campfire at the tree house and fire pit. We all very much enjoyed it.

We are very pleased with our stay in the High Ardennes. We are very well received. The cottage was clean and equipped with all comforts. With team, 15 women aged 20-45 years, weekend in the Ardennes done. Home is absolutely perfect tidy (read clean) eat together at one long table, neat kitchen with plenty of cutlery, pans etc. Dear owner (if you can not speak French or German! Dutch and English is not very limited). Only minus (der) point is that the house is noisy, but if everyone keeps that in mind it should not be an issue! In short Bakker TOP 5 minutes by car and also open on Sundays. Supermarket therefore you have to Malmedy and so 's 20 minutes by car. Outside is a large barbecue and a nice little house for kids up to about 6-7 years and a very small stream, perfect for the summer for the little ones . And that stream you can stoke the fire pit. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great family weekend. The house is very spacious with large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of stuff. When we arrived the house was spotless. The garden is a wonderful place for children. There is a tree house made and you can run backwards through a path along a little stream all the way to the forest. Two minuses were moll clamps placed on the grass, dangerous for children and dogs. We have to protect them themselves. And the house is tad noisy. Upstairs in the bedroom you can hear exactly what is said below.

We have this house in mid-March for a weekend rental. It is well suited for a group (in our case 14 men) reside. The accommodation is excellent, with many showers and toilets. The kitchen is very well equipped, including with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The required cooking is abundant, such as cutlery, plates, pots, ... Cozy living room with fireplace and TV with HDMI connection. Further bedrooms and a pretty well-kept lawn. A beautiful location with a large piece of grass behind the house. Unfortunately this was not (fully) fenced, so we could not let the dogs play in the grass without supervision. We have our friends with mean age of 48 enjoyed a weekend at this huis.Mooi spacious house, modern than expected. The photo 's on the site are outdated. The separate bedrooms are ideal. The house is very noisy. Bathrooms on and near the bedrooms. You have a bedroom to bathroom to reach, but for us it was no problem . Very clean, large modern kitchen with fridge and microwave and separate microwave and dishwasher. We have gegourmet AZ BBQ in Sevenum, they deliver free from Netherlands.

Beautiful walks along the hills of the Haut Fagnes with walking paths in the woods by the veins. Enjoyed magnificent views. The next day walked into the woods with well-marked hiking trails that are both adventurous and invigorating be called. The house has all the conveniences for a pleasant stay, from complete kitchen equipment to sauna. The whole is very neat. We had a group of 9 adults and 7 children. We had a wonderful stay in this nice, clean house. The owner was also very friendly and helpful! Behind the house is a spacious lawn that offers ample opportunity for outdoor activities and a walking path borders the garden. In the evenings it is wonderfully quiet and nice places such as Spa can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Definitely recommend for a nice family weekend! The only point of "criticism" is that it cannot be found according to the address details that we have received, luckily we finally found the accommodation through the help of a friendly villager and the owner!

The house is well equipped. The lounge and the kitchen are very nicely connected and you can cook and eat together. The location is in a very beautiful natural setting and is quiet. You can take long walks and relax very well. We were there in the winter, so the garden wasn't very usable, but in the summer it must be very nice to have a barbecue and enjoy. The handover was very easy and all utilities were included. Internet worked perfectly after we switched on the router. :-) Unfortunately the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms. All in all a very nice stay. We'd love to come back.
