We stayed very often already in holiday at home and abroad, but this cottage is the pinnacle. Very good and nicely furnished house (not big, but more than big enough for 4 people), great views over the town, very friendly owners .... in short this holiday approaches the perfection. We stayed here during the week of New Year's Eve, and it was freezing. We enjoyed also plenty of relaxing sauna and jacuzzi. We are celebrating a great midweek break in this holiday spent. Z "n The view is, especially for our rural residents, beautiful. You can very Malmedy, which lies in a valley overlooked. Even when it's dark and all the lights going on looks it looks great. The welcome was friendly, where you expect French or German is the language of instruction. Also because French was not an option. Highly recommended for 4 people, although the service there is not really calculated. The photo 's on the website look very nice, but the wide angle gives a distorted beeld.Een substantial renovation would be appropriate to include a mold air in the sauna, loose boards on when wet very slippery deck, rickety Wardrobes, sagging Mattresses Plus hefty fee. (for us € 137, - for 2 / 1 week) for electricity, water, tourist tax etc. But a beautiful view and a beautiful area for active hikers.

It was our second time in this holiday. So it was very satisfactory. And again we enjoyed the beautiful location of the property. View Malmedy area, great! You do have a 20 percent slope to talk about, but then you have some. What you see is really worth more than worthwhile. The house is comfortable and well equipped, with great fireplace, hot tub and sauna. Next to the house you have a view on two grazing deer. We have great fun with the three of us. Our son 11 / 2 years had great space both inside and outside to play. House is neat and modern. You really have a beautiful view of Malmedy. This is partly because there is a large 2-bed and a wardrobe and the space is relatively small. You have little walking space in the bedrooms. But that was the only thing disappointing us. It all looks neat. The owners are friendly and speak English. You have near several fun things to viewings. For those with small children Plopsa a 20 min drive. For nature lovers plenty of walking and cycling routes. Also, you are quickly on the highway for when you take a day trip to Liège (Luik) wants example. I will definitely keep this address)

We were here with a baby in just one year. Just cot and highchair. The garden is lovely to sit and practical private (owners sit around the corner). We have a beautiful snow week behind in Malmedy. The environment is very varied. Prima appartement met mooi uitzicht. Het word luxe genoemd vanwege de sauna en bubbelbad. Dit was ook heerlijk maar er zijn ook wat aandachtspuntjes in het huis. Wij hadden een fietsenrek achterop de auto. Vanwege de steile helling om te parkeren kan je daar niet de oprit mee op rijden. Eigenaren hebben een hondje wat regelmatig losloopt ook bij jouw op het terras.

If you love luxury and beautiful scenery with lots of fun for your kids, then you should be here! The house is fully equipped: 2 baths, sauna, stunning malmedy with a large garden. In the large garden there is a trampoline, swing, slide and a barbecue. In short, for the children and the parents a good place. If the weather is nice, there is sun all day in the garden. The knives could cut better, the dishwasher is not adapted for service or vice versa and the lower rack is missing wheels. No window can be opened in the bedroom because of the blinds and the cover slats fall off. The doors of hanging cupboards in the kitchen do not remain open. System is gone, so it is difficult to take something out. Dangerous entrance and exit outside door, the roof edge is too low! Not enough hanging facilities in bedrooms and bathrooms! Otherwise a very nice place to stay, but some upkeep is needed!

The area is ideal for walkers and there are several beautiful walks through colored signs off. You have no hiking required. Of the villages in the region we visited we found to be the most beautiful Malmedy.

Owners on arrival (1st / 2nd day) not present, but key instructions and contact via SMS. A cot for our daughter (2 years) was available on request, but unfortunately without a sheet / blanket and with a very hard mattress, so we had to come up with alternatives. We also have the cot i.v.m. lack of space put in the (second) bathroom. Both bedrooms are a bit tight. In general, however, we have certainly been satisfied. The vacuum cleaner and a light bulb were broken and the oven turned out to contain caked-up grease residue on the bottom and the plates, I saw this just before use. The cottage is beautifully situated on a mountain with a beautiful view. The interior is modern with a cozy fireplace. The sauna and hot tub are a nice touch and the people we were received were friendly. 1 disadvantage the beds are really in need of replacement. The bed on the garden side is hard, you get trouble if you say too long to you. Bed on the side with the beautiful view is too soft with a bit of a pit. If the owners replace this it is an ideal place to stay. For 3 nights we spent € 21, - on water and gas (1x bath filled, 1x sauna and showered a number of times.

The accommodation is great. The apartment is on top of a mountain so you have a fantastic view over the valley and Malmedy. Malmedy is fun to visit. There are several tents where you can eat well. Furthermore, there are plenty of activities in the area that are worth a visit. E.g. the waterfalls of Coo or the circuit of Spa Francorchamps. We are kayaking ourselves in the vicinity of the waterfalls. The owners are very friendly and you really feel welcome. Highly recommended!

We had wonderful days in Malmedy! Fantastic house with a magnificent view. We have made extensive use of the Jacuzzi and sauna. Unlike other reviews it was so bad that we had to pay. At The owner was very nice, rather shy than business. And yes, the house is on a hill ... Was not that familiar? Then it's also the bike a climb. We have a wonderful stay behind. The cottage is ideal for 4 people, with a MAGNIFICENT view (if it is dark you can see a panorama of Malmedy illuminated from your bedroom). There is plenty of material provided in the cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful, we had problems with the reception of canvas (for watching the World Cup), the owners have the next day someone sent immediately and the problem was solved. The jacuzzi and sauna were a blissful valve considerably after trekking. BBQ works well, too bad that the grid was not clean. Zekerl recommended!!

The Tom tom does not correctly state the last bit, the house number is invisible from the approach route at the back of the letterbox. It is a beautiful, attractive modern apartment, the reception is short. The location and the view are fantastic, there is a spacious terrace and lawn, the apartment itself is more suitable for 2 people, for 4 people it is very small. The kitchen wall units are terribly clumsy, with two pans (no saucepan) and blunt knives it is difficult to cook. The lack of a drying rack for towels is also really difficult in bad weather. If the household furniture items are put on the i once, it is a great house in a beautiful area.

A wonderful week spent in this lovely cottage. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace, sauna and whirlpool. And the view is great about Malmedy. With the snow there was quite beautiful. The roads are very well kept clean and the owner has opened the way to the entrance of the house completely plowed. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable holiday then this is definitely recommended. For us (older couple) there was sufficient space. For 4 adults it might be a little cramped, but with small children is doable.
