The bathroom and 2 of the 3 bedrooms clearly have moisture problems. The smell was unbearable. It is especially bad in the bathroom; the shower is unusable due to the mold around the tap. I don't want to know what lived under that shower mat; woodlice crawled out from under the bath mat when you moved it... Only by closing the rear doors (even the keyhole) was it possible in the other rooms with the help of some scent sticks. With 2 small children, this was not pleasant; we had to wash ourselves at the sink. The photos were also no longer up to date. The furniture was in poor condition. Crockery was missing more than it was present. And some things had a layer stuck to them that you could hardly get off with the best sponge and soap (greasy). The extractor hood filters were "clean," but what is growing behind the filters in the extractor hood I don't want to know... so I was just heating some water on the electric stove for coffee because the kettle was also unusable with a brown layer on the bottom. This was not a pleasant arrival and stay. I did not feel like making a problem of it at that moment. Finding another house in the area and then also paying for it and starting a refund procedure on this house was not an option for me. So we sucked it up and made the best out of it. The only plus was the peace and the view.

Beautiful home and location for a family, with sauna and whirlpool for parents to relax. However, it is too cramped for six adults and one toilet is really too little. The cleaning by the external company leaves much to be desired, especially considering the extra €90 you have to pay for it. The booking process through Belvilla was chaotic and stressful due to error messages and lack of contact information.

Beautiful surroundings; there are hiking trails in all directions. It's also easy to do with public transport. There is a steep climb to the cottage, but in Malmedy, everything you need is within walking distance.

Dit huisje heeft een mooie ligging en een fantastisch uitzicht over Malmedy. Maar de foto's zijn erg gedateerd en zeker niet up to date. Het huisje mist veel liefde en onderhoud. Tuin meubilair wat stuk is, de knoppen van het fornuis zijn beplakt met ductape, de balustrade is verrot en zit vast geplakt met ductape. Het huisje was niet schoon en het keukengerei was vies en plakkerig, de matras overtrekken waren vies maar het naarste was de vieze lucht die in het hele huis hing en ook niet weg ging, om deze reden zijn wij ook eerder vertrokken. Allemaal erg jammer want de locatie en het uitzicht is echt fantastisch.

The holiday was okay. It has a nice view of Malmedy. Due to Corona, the owner had opened the door and put the key on the table just before we arrived. Afterwards, communication went by phone. The house itself was clean and everything was there. Sauna and hot tub worked well We had a nice and enjoyable stay.

It was all well arranged with the key transfer, we had a great time and we enjoyed the sauna, the hot tub and of course the beautiful view of the village! Definitely recommended to stay in this house.

Nice view over Malmedy. Very helpful and friendly owners, welcome with Easter eggs and a bottle of cava, the house is already heated and a mood light is on. Due to a mistake in the time of departure with the previous tenants and our arrival time, the owners have really made an effort to solve this quickly. Our stay was quite okay, the sauna was great and the hot tub ditto. What could be better are the mattresses and the seat. The mattresses are thin and uncomfortable and the seat really needs to be replaced.

The location of the residence is beautiful. The parking lot in front of the house is too small to turn around properly with a larger car. Reversing out of the parking lot is almost impossible. The bank has collapsed. In the bathroom, water comes through the wall, so that there is an occasional puddle of water near the bath. The sauna doesn't get really hot. Because there are wooden walls in the house, it is very noisy if someone flushes the toilet at night. There is a spacious kitchen with sufficient kitchenware and equipment. The 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds are nice and spacious. It might be better to to state the sizes of the mattresses, so that people know which linen should be brought in. When we arrived, the keys were on the table, which we also put there again when we left.

The holiday home fully corresponds to the description on the website. The cottage was neatly tidy and cleaned. We were there in December. On arrival we were surprised by a warm house and beautiful Christmas tree. Attention to detail.

Contact was made with the host prior to the arrival date in order to get organized and everything went smoothly. The accommodation was accessible as agreed and in accordance with the description on the site. The host was very available and flexible if necessary. Despite the poor weather over the duration of the rental, the view from the city below was very pleasant and the ballet of all the birds in the garden very pleasant.

This holiday home is in a prime location. You can enjoy a breathtaking view. The three bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are good. Bathroom was luxurious with a bubble bath, shower and sauna. Kitchen with microwave, Senseo coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and a complete inventory. There was even a gourmet set. There is also a cupboard full of toys, puzzles and games for the children. Seating area is fine, the sofa has been replaced by a lounge copy. The television has no Dutch channels, but with the view you do not need a TV. Owners were very attentive by asking via text if we had arrived safely and if we were happy. Nothing but praise. We will definitely come back here again. The midweek was much too short.

Nice house to spend our midweek. Good layout, beds are good. The cleaning was done badly, filth everywhere, bathroom not clean, shower awfully moldy even in the shower screen button. Little critters (silverfish) everywhere in every bedroom and living room. Couch was not sitting on so much saggy. Sink in kitchen was not clean, mold in the roster. The age being hostess only spoke French when we were told by Bell Villa they also spoke English. Pity all. Despite everything, we had a nice week.
