The cafe used word to retrieve the key was on the day of arrival gesloten.Daar was well in advance of communication and the solution was uitstekend.De accommodation fully lived up to expectations and the wensen.Helaas worked again part with it we were happy to go cross-country skiing, but the snow ontbrak.Gelukkig the weather was so good that the environment is explored on foot.

Arrived early afternoon and was glad to find everything ready. The kitchen is huge, perfect for family dinners, and the sauna after a long hike felt great. Plenty of room for everyone, a real plus.

Checked out the local hiking trails right away. Easy access from the villa made it simple to explore. Did some cycling too, paths are nearby and scenic.

Very nice house and location. The house was very spacious and the garden was great. It was located in a quiet street so the children could play outside freely. We enjoyed it! There were a lot of aggressive wasps but the landlords can't do anything about that

It's a shame that the hot water supply failed again and again during our stay. This was resolved quickly each time (with sincere apologies), but the solution each time proved to be short-lived.

Before we went on holiday there had been the necessary mai changes with the owner. We had already paid the deposit in advance and the door was literally and figuratively open for a fantastic weekend. At the end of the afternoon the owner stopped by to put the finishing touches on the i. Great house with enough bathrooms and bedrooms. It is a somewhat older detached house but well maintained. We enjoyed the sauna, playing the various games (darts, air hockey) and enjoyed the surroundings. Saturday with 16 people being quad bikes. It is best to book directly with forestevent.be than through the Netherlands. Saves almost € 15 pp. Walked in the area on Sunday and booked a war musical. The weekend was over in a flash. Highly recommended with a large group with an excellent price-quality ratio. CW7

Beautiful and large home, everything was neat (we love clean) and clear ..... All our children and all 10 grandchildren thought it was great and have already asked to reserve this again next year .... The sauna (for the girls) and the air hockey (for all) were the toppers, but also the ping-pong table, the table football were always occupied ... in the large garden we had room enough to play kubs and from there you are quickly in nature or at a trout fishing pond .... beautiful walks done and moreover it is wonderful to cycle on the ravel that passes Malmedy and stays far away from motorways ....

Very nicely furnished and neat holiday home with spacious dining room and adjoining living room and open kitchen with all the trimmings. Even 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators, large terrace, BBQ and spacious garden. The sauna and games room with air hockey, darts and "sjotterke" also came in handy during the bad weather at the weekend. For those who do not want to cook themselves, the "hostelery de la chapelle" 200 meters away is recommended (book in advance). Beautiful, characterful villa. Very neat, everything in good condition (even clean oven and BBQ). Nice play cellar with ping pong and air hockey. Beautiful garden and toys that are just adjacent to the terrace, so you can see the children well. Fire pit in the garden. Adjoining soccer field. At the end of the street there is a river to go to bathe and walk paths. 3 km v Malmedy.

The communication with the owner and with belvilla was very good, everything was clearly discussed before our departure. When we arrived the owner was already present and explained everything to us. It was very neat and clean, and more than spacious enough for 17 adults and 4 children. It is within walking distance to the center of Malmedy and there is plenty to do in the area. Highly recommended!

We have a great weekend with some friends and then a midweek written a book. It is a lovely big house with a nice living room. On a few details (chairs at the dining table) exudes quality from the house. The showers are great and the sauna is perfect! The steam bath is just another state of the heater in the sauna - no comparison with steam in a Dutch sauna complex. The hot tub is a bathtub with bubbels.In the basement there is a table football and table tennis beschikbaar.Als within a UTP (Ethernet) cable with you, there is ADSL internet available! This was for us a very welcome, pleasant verrassing.Het house was clean, has a friendly run star and a beautiful fireplace. This is a super place.

The villa is okay but not more than that. Dining room and bedrooms are very bare and uncomfortable. The seating area is cozy, more attention has been paid to it. All in all, it is striking that this house is purely for rental and that the owners do not want to take any risks. We spent a weekend here with 8 people aged 40-50 years old and had a quiet weekend. Go out during the day and hang out from five and catch up. After departure, the owner claimed that we had made two scratches on the new floor cloth. Total damage 225 euros. We largely walked through the house in socks and treated the house nicely and then filed such a claim with us. The owner did not even know that he should not file that claim with us, but with Belvilla's insurer. is currently emailing back and forth and we are still waiting for a result. We'll see.
If you add the bare, unpleasant dining room and bedrooms to the bare (bunk) beds and a claim of 225 euros, then I suspect that the landlord of this villa has a very tight revenue model. Invest little and want to get as much out of it as possible. Not a landlord we would ever want to rent from again. Good luck if you do go here.

It's a pity that the garden furniture left something to be desired, one of our friends almost fell backwards down the stairs after the backrest gave way... after neatly indicating this, the response was not quite what I was hoping for... instead of asking if it was was in order, we received an amount of 60 euros in extra costs on the bill (a bit of a sour aftertaste...)

On the day of departure and after cleaning everything, we still had to wait a little over 2 hours for 1 run of the dishwasher.
I tried to call twice to ask if it was okay that 1 wash of dishes would be left behind, unfortunately I was pushed away, after which the choice was made to send home as a group for another 3 hours, satisfied after a pleasant weekend.

Two days later I received a message from the owner that the dogs did not like any food... we had no respect for the "cleaning ladies" (bitch doesn't even clean anything herself...), we are a bunch of antisocial teenagers, if only madam would get groups like that.. she would stop, the house was left in a wreck in my opinion and I was a dirty liar about how I profiled our group..

Really, disgusting...

We received an additional assessment for hours of cleaning costs and consumption that an apartment building in the heart of Amsterdam cannot cover in an average winter month, add to that the 60 euros for the life-threatening broken chair... party complete.

Afterwards it feels like a tour on the back of a porcupine, I had a nice ride but afterwards I had to remove the quills from my tralala.

For the next possible tenant... say hello to the owner and have fun, we would love to come back next year 😈

We had a memorable week with family and friends. The house was ideal for us with so many rooms and each privacy. The weather was beautiful and it was lovely to sit on the sun terrace. the playing fields for the house were perfect for the kids. The long table invites for nice meals and also the view from the house is fantastic. The only drawback is the sound of the power plant. further it was inconvenient that the road to Malmedy was afgesloten.en we sometimes had with any work no water.

We had a very pleasant stay in Beverce. The house is quiet and is a starting point for walks and excursions very useful. Malmedy is only 2 km away. The bedrooms are generously distributed throughout the house and you have lots of bathrooms and toilets. Ideal for a large group or family. Luxurious I would not call the device but. It is functional and high quality, but nich absolutely chic. A wellness center in the basement is less inviting. We have been looking forward over a table football, darts and table tennis.

How it looks on the picture so it looked to us too. Nice house. Should not expect too much. Everything is extremely clean. Kitchen is relatively small, but everything is there. The jacuzzi is a travesty. Just a small tub with bubbles. Should not be used as a sales gimmick. Further fine location.
