We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage in Waimes! The location is perfect for families, just a short walk to the town center where we enjoyed delicious meals at local restaurants, The garden was a favorite spot for the kids to play, and we loved having barbecues in the evening, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and it was great to have such spacious accommodations, Overall, a fantastic getaway!

At the market square in Malmedy you have to pick up the keys yourself. Not a holiday home. Garden is fenced according to description, it is not completely fenced. The street side is open. Dog was free, but still had to pay 5 euros for dog on the spot. Sunday stay according to Belvilla until 8 pm. According to the manager until 10 am. So we had to pack quickly at 1 pm, because it was rented out again at 4 pm. Regretful communication.

when the owner entered the house there was a sewer smell in the house from the bathroom, kitchen doors were loose and kitchen utensils were also due for renewal.

Good reception, the house is in two parts: the holiday home and the part where the owner's mother lives. The mother is a lovely, very discreet lady. Owners are very helpful. The holiday home itself does need an update here and there: electric stove does not work very well, some windows close badly and the heating does not work properly. Wifi and cable TV work excellent. Environment is very quiet but very busy in the morning due to large school in the immediate vicinity.

We had a lovely time here! The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, and we enjoyed using the BBQ in the evenings, The garden furniture was a nice touch, making it feel like a home away from home,

What a wonderful retreat! The lush garden was perfect for our morning coffee, and we even had a wonderful barbecue evening. We explored the nearby High Fens and admired the beautiful landscape. The hosts were friendly and helpful. A lovely retreat that we would gladly visit again!

Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations. We brought our dog and it was very nice to have a place that accepts pets. The barbecue in the garden was a highlight for us. Additionally, the chairlift was very close, which was perfect for our winter trip. We will definitely return!

This cottage is really a vibe! Super cozy and perfect for family gatherings. The garden is a total chill spot and the BBQ is great on a sunny day. Moreover, being close to the lake makes for some epic picnics. WiFi is free, so you can flex your stay on the 'gram without issues. 10/10 would recommend!
