Nous avons été surpris de constater que cet hébergement n'était plus répertorié directement sur Expedia. L'hébergement ne correspond pas du tout aux attentes ni aux photos du site web ! Nous ne comprenons pas d'où viennent les bons avis. Le rapport qualité-prix est totalement injustifié. - Mobilier médiocre, surtout dans les chambres o Odeur de renfermé provenant des canalisations et des éviers o Chasse d'eau cassée o Très gênant, car certains de ces problèmes se trouvaient à l'intérieur des chambres o Mobilier minimaliste, quasiment aucun placard ni armoire o Parquets usés (finition naturelle) - Toute la maison était sale et mal entretenue - Équipement de cuisine manquant ou incomplet o Verres, couverts, vaisselle => un méli-mélo d'objets dépareillés - Espace extérieur o Sièges en mauvais état (qui tombent en ruine) o Inutilisables sans l'achat de coussins supplémentaires o Barbecue => rouillé, sans accessoires - Piscine o Le seul aspect positif de la maison o Véranda inutilisée (en raison de la chaleur de 35 °C) o Douche médiocre o Des centaines d'insectes morts devant les fenêtres - Les défauts signalés directement n'ont pas été réparés (problème de chasse d'eau) Frais d'énergie : 484,50 € pour l'électricité, l'eau, le fioul et la taxe de séjour par une température de 35 °C, c'est exorbitant. Surtout que la personne de contact vit juste au-dessus de l'espace piscine, et nous ne pensons pas que la consommation soit facturée séparément ! Le propriétaire doit impérativement s'occuper de l'entretien, de la rénovation, de l'ameublement et de la propreté. Les chambres nécessitent une rénovation complète ! Les frais supplémentaires exorbitants pour cet hébergement devraient également être indiqués clairement et explicitement ! Prestation moyenne.

The house is large and had enough space for 6 of us.

The premises were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very soft. Some of us couldn't sleep well on them or had back problems. We had to bring our own bedding or we could use it on site for €30.

The indoor swimming pool and sauna were great.

There were enough options to spend our time there and the nearest supermarket was about 7 minutes away by car.

Unfortunately, when we booked we didn't read that electricity and heating costs had to be paid additionally. So we had to pay over €400 for 4 days, which was offset against the deposit. During this time we were out and about a lot and were hardly in the house during the day. However, continuously heating the swimming pool alone costs a lot of money. Coffee is provided, but also costs extra (€2/2L). The disposal of garbage (€5/garbage bag) will also be billed additionally at a later date.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to grill outside or use the beautiful facilities as the outdoor lighting had been removed, probably to ensure that the neighborhood wasn't disturbed at a late hour.

It's a nice place to stay, but in my opinion you could make the additional costs more obvious from the start, like other places do, so there won't be any nasty surprises. If you are willing to accept these additional costs, the house in Remonval is recommended.

It was a spacious house, each bedroom had its own shower and toilet which is very convenient. Bed, mattress and blankets are certainly fine! The pool was in another room, but linked to the house. Which gave you a true "center parcs" feeling. There was a bar in the living room with play equipment. We had Netflix available, which is not a luxury these days. The kitchen was also separate, which was also nice was.Minpuntjes were the outdated dishwasher, if only 1 available. We missed a cheese slicer, and an immersion blender but those are just small things. It is also a fairly noisy house because of the open space, so when the kids go to bed you can no longer talk or laugh loudly. this means that you can take a nice walk in the beautiful surroundings the next morning. This was a fantastic stay for our group of 15 men: The living space was great: with the cozy bar, the seats, the pool table. Every year for New Year, we go on vacation for a week with our friends and children, in total 9 adults and 10 children, and this for several years - we can very well compare this house with those of previous years. First of all, we were very pleasantly welcomed in this house, but unfortunately it does not keep the promises of a 4-star house and for the asking price, we expected a much higher comfort. The good points are the heated pool, the nice lounge with the electronic darts, the pool table (more in very good condition), and the bar. Unfortunately, the finish and comfort are not worthy of a 4-star house rough OSB floors in the rooms, shower curtains and no cabins, spots that hang directly from the ceiling, mattresses worn in some rooms, mold in some bathrooms, doors that slam unpleasantly throughout the house, ... In addition, a room on the ground floor is so exposed to noise and vibrations of the boiler (just below) and cars (single glazing all near the road!) that it is unusable. The kitchen is too small for a house that can accommodate 20 people, even if its equipment is ok (large oven, 5 hotplates, 3 fridges, 2 freezers, 1 dishwasher). In addition, the fees for a week are much too high 1440 Euros for a week with bed linen and towels!

Excellent welcome from the manager, the house is very well maintained. One can enjoy the facilities (heated swimming pool, sauna and various games. The house is located in a quiet place and close to beautiful walks. I recommend.

Welcoming hosts. The exterior of the house is pleasant and well maintained. The interior is a little more dilapidated. We have been there with people with visual impairments and motor problems and this house is not really suitable for this type of handicap. Lots of small steps and a large spiral staircase. The house is clean and tidy. host respects covid rules when visiting.

When we paid the whole amount the owner asks us for 1500 as own rasico but we have and insurance and all sorts is in order after 3 days he takes of the amount 444 euros as water and electricitit rn waste so why pay wine 3000 euros for 3 days if need 444 extra ?? for no reason this amount is always after recerverin we will never go with this company again because no recpect with everything

This cottage was perfect for a stay in bad weather for our holiday with the children and grandchildren. The pool was fine. It's just a pity that there is almost no garden where the grandchildren can romp. Because of the bushes there is also no view of the surrounding area.

Beautiful spaces for 17 people, comfort of the small bathrooms + WC for each room.By cons, bad surprise in the kitchen with an oven that does not close and is not clean and which, failing to heat the dishes, smokes all the kitchen and the dining room (which is not separated from the kitchen by a door), complicated to manage when it is necessary to make food for 17 people ... Bad surprise also when the Sunday around 10h the shutter of the swimming pool remains stuck in the closed position and that we can not dispose of it any more.A small downside also for many broken switches, a bathroom door twisted impossible to close and two non usable toilets including that of the pool (which poses anyway problem) .I suppose, given the price asked for the cottage, that a compensation is provided for this type of inconvenience ...
