This is a 7-bedroom holiday home for 18 people in the beautiful Belgian countryside of Waimes. It has a large swimming pool, sauna, and offers a host of recreational activities like foosball, billiards, and boules.
Long walks, bicycle rides, fishing, horse riding, and skiing are some of the activities you can engage in nearby. There is a lake 10 km from the house. The historical towns of Malmedy and Stavelot are 8 and 16 km away, respectively. F1 enthusiasts can go to Francorchamps circuit 18 km away. You can find supplies and restaurants within 1 km from this place.
The house has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. There's a cot and play equipment for children. You're allowed to bring 1 pet for € 10 per night.

Very nice, well-kept house. The pool was the right temperature. At the end of May, the garden and terrace alternated with the sun. Very nice uncomplicated host. All in all we had a very nice time here. Gladly again.

A very nice large property with a pool house separate from the main house. The house was clean and tidy. The kitchen equipment, which in my opinion was newly installed, was very good. Only the number and selection of glasses for everyday use was a bit poor. The house with the adjoining terrace and garden is bright and friendly and very nicely cut. Unfortunately, there is no direct transition between the main house and the neighboring house, to the playroom and two other bedrooms. Small defects, such as wobbly chairs, stiff pool front door or similar indicate that the house is inhabited. You can see that the landlord is trying to keep everything in order (see new kitchen). I had concerns about the language barrier, since the landlord only speaks French and unfortunately I can only manage a greeting. But it was very relaxed and even a bit funny at times. With gestures, google and point everything went smoothly. The landlord responded very quickly to inquiries via WhatsApp. I cannot confirm the criticism that the landlord was unfriendly. Anyone who wants a new, perfect house in glossy foil that one does not dare to live in should look for another property. I can only recommend the house and the surrounding area to everyone else.

It was a very disappointing stay this year. The house is outdated, was far from clean (cobwebs, insects beaten to death on the lighting, loose baseboards, etc). The pool water was way too cold for the kids despite the warm temperatures, there was way too much chlorine in the jacuzzi, which made it sting in the eyes, the fuse of the sauna was constantly out so we couldn't use it either .. in short .. a sad thing for the large amount of money we paid. The only positive was the beautiful area.

No sauna (not functional) as expected, we had chosen this accommodation specifically for the sauna. The pool was not heated as advertised. The water was maximum 19 degrees I would say. The amount of chlorine seemed too high to us because as soon as we entered the water, our eyes stung very strongly. Also the children had irritations everywhere after the swimming pool, suddenly they did not want to go there anymore. The bubble bath was not maintained because as soon as we started it, there was quite a strong smell of sewer throughout the ground floor. Otherwise the jacuzzi was good, the place quiet and good secured

We had a great July with our children and grandchildren! The region is magnificent, the villa very well equipped for children and small children with a perfectly fenced garden directly against the Ravel. We were very kindly received by the owner. The villa fully matches its description.

We were present at half past 3 were not yet in the house that I understand according to the info we were only allowed in at 4 o'clock but in the end the owner opened the gate at a quarter past 4, it seemed like childish bullying. Difficult that the owner can only speak French made no effort to make himself understood in English or German, while you hear a lot of German there throughout the region. Accommodation itself was fine but very dated on the photo it looks nicer than in real life, there were also curtains in a few bedrooms that did not function properly. It was striking that in the entire house there was only less than half a roll of toilet paper. Very annoying when you arrive and the first thing you almost have to do is find a store to buy toilet paper. Furthermore, when we left, we had to pay the tourist tax in cash, not to find out whether it is also paid. The disadvantage was also that there was no possibility of separating waste, not even a single garbage bag. House is quite pricey and you can expect some basic things like toilet paper and garbage bag

We were 4 small children and 11 adults. The house was spacious enough and too much to do with swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, a lovely spacious garden and a game room at the guest house on the upper floor. Getting used to having a separate entrance, but that also sleeps quietly. Friendly, jovial host. According to us, the story of the German guest is not correct. You only pay for the energy you have used. With such a swimming pool and sauna etc. it runs out.We were for a long weekend including tourist tax a small 100 eur.A thousand eur deposit in cash we found a bit impractical, but good, you get t back. We have extended the pool, Oh yes, bring your own wood for the fireplace, cycle route directly behind the garden, and 12 km of fantastic walks at the dam.

Nice house with all amenities. You must often outside because the pool and guest house are only accessible from outside. Friendly welcome, but only in French. The road is clearly audible from the bedroom with the window slightly open. Nice setting, nice walks.

After some vicissitudes, solved by owner had a nice holiday, especially with our kleinkinderen.Een downside is that the pool and hot tub gesscheiden apart. (Must pool to go outside to bineen in the house to the hot tub.) With 15 persons including eight grandchildren was generally stay nice, something for everyone.

we are with his 20th was a lovely weekend away. We enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. a few less positive things (had no negative effect on our weekend, but it fell on) -the pool table is created, allowing the balls to be very precise shooting (just fit into the holes) -After 22 hours you shouldn't more outdoor seating, as it really should be quiet because of the neighbors. This was a pity for the nice weather we hadden.-materials in the kitchen are moderate, for instance, is just one small cutting board.

we were 11 including 3 children already at the arrival we felt we were in the house. every comfort, here and there some small mankementjes but we could live with that., we all enjoyed our pool and other good base for excursions in the area (lots to do within 50 km radius) garden beautifully maintained and well sealed for children playing in short, a must
