The whole family has greatly enjoyed this beautiful authentic (yet modern equipped) house located in a mystical location in the middle of nature (the deer could be spotted from the living room), with an extremely cozy garden.

Good reception by the person in charge of the house, she has given us the complete explanation about the house and all the controls (kitchen, central heating, etc.). Wonderful stay for large groups of up to 24 people. Everything nicely finished. Large site with a babbling brook. Can do nice walk and trip to Spa. Highly recommended.

the cottage was neat and tidy. the lady had forgotten to lay the sheets but we got them and we made the beds ourselves. it was cold but because we were present earlier than the rest of the company it was still warm when everyone was there. very nice and well-kept garden as well as very nice that there were walks that left from the house.

Our group of friends had an amazing time here. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. The host was friendly and made us feel at home. We loved the tranquility of the surroundings and the opportunity to relax.

The vacation house in Ondenval is quite spacious and offers a peaceful retreat. We appreciated the tranquil surroundings and the proximity to natural trails. The living room was cozy and inviting, and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the location was a bit remote, it made for a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Just a note, the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a good option for those looking to relax.

The house is fine, but after one day we had no water anymore. This was ultimately not resolved, and through mutual contact, a partial refund was supposed to take place. This did not happen, bad business. Would not come here again. We could also not expect any compassion from the lady who cleaned the house; she got angry because we hadn't cleaned the house properly. We found this particularly strange because without water this was not possible. In other words, a bad host who did not keep his promises!

Beautiful accommodation with all the trimmings. Is located in the middle of nature, with walking and cycling possibilities from the house.

The house is very beautiful. Nice rooms with good bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. However, small attributes on arrival but skimpy / not present. Eg : no soap in the bathroom, half toilet roll, no glass to drink. Also in the kitchen we had to buy eea the day after arrival, e.g. washing-up liquid, dish cubes, etc.

What was certainly not so appreciated was that on the departure date (leave at 10 am) at 8 am a team of gardeners was already at our door. These went to mow grass with all kinds of noise machines. That has to happen but after 10 hours! The manager arrived at 9:45 am and started the "strict" check while we were still busy. We felt chased out of the house. And realizing that we paid 100% for this departure day.

As far as the location of the house is concerned: beautiful, quiet with beautiful views. Top.

Sorry about the above negatives. These can nevertheless be easily rectified.

As far as contact with Bel Villa is concerned, we are less satisfied with the payment of the installment costs. With both the first and second term, I received an email 1 week before the agreed payment moment that I had to pay immediately, otherwise the reservation of the house would be cancelled. These emails came across as threatening, even indecent. That must and can be done differently!

We had a fantastic weekend with super nice warm weather, in a top location au vieux moulin. We were received very friendly and hospitable and the whole accommodation was spic and span, sufficient kitchen utensils for a large group, a large garden with the Amblève nearby. And spotted beavers and beaver burrows. We definitely recommend this house!
