The owner was extremely helpful and very good to deal with. He really helped to make our stay pleasant .The house is big enough to take families comfortably and toys are provided' which were much appreciated. However, the garden is not suitable for very young children with stairs and a drop near the barbecue. There are one or two things that need to be fixed, some switches, the steam bath and the children's swing. Nothing major but having them working would have been nice.

On arrival the son-manager turned out to be sick but we received the code to enter the house by telephone. "In the evening the father-manager came along to explain and to record the meter readings. Both father and son are enthusiastic and benevolent hosts. The house is nice and spacious with modern bathrooms and a nice lawn around the house. The hangout with nice chairs was unfortunately downstairs while the kitchen with very large kitchen table was upstairs.We would like to see a couch or a few nice chairs in the kitchen.The area is great for walking, cycling and fishing.

Our annual mountain bike weekend spent at Le Royal Milan and super expected. Very nicely decorated house where everything is available for a fun weekend with your friends or family to make. We are early returns on Sunday afternoon from our weekend stay. The heating was turned out in the night from Saturday to Sunday. Around 9:30 we noticed that all the radiators were cold. (The other was broken) The house was not clean on arrival. This was communicated to the owner and it was well done an allowance of zijnentwege.BBQ outside we have not used due to the grid was too dirty (shame considering the good weather).

I went in August with 13 friends in this house. The cottage is nice secluded and you have no problems with neighbors and not yours -) That was fine because the music was hard to fine. We had the first few days some problems with pans that did not do well and some things that are not left clean and that is the same at Pierre come unloading, neat! You should not mind to drive a short distance (20 minutes) for a grocery store or if you want to go somewhere, because it is all within a distance. The pool table, sauna and stoomhut have been in use every day. The BBQ we have tested and works well! We had the good sense to us and would come back here again so! We had a nice stay in Le Milan Royal, with 13 friends. Spacious house for each bedroom (as well as) a private bathroom. Sauna and hammam are blessed to enjoy and relax. Just keep your electricity bills always in the eye. The bikers enjoyed the beautiful hilly region. Ideal location for this.

Gorgeous property with everything a stay enjoyable. A playroom for the children to sauna and steam room for ouders.Veel good rooms with private bathrooms. A basement with bar and fireplace. During our stay the full winter. Half a meter of snow made everything more beautiful and exciting. And colder, so the energy bill rose significantly. Also, use of sauna and steam room were obviously to blame. We had over 500 euro pay. The WiFi system was not really great, but that also had its advantages.

We have seven adults and three grandchildren in this fine accommodation fortnight bivouacked . The house is well equipped and fully met our expectations. Highly recommended for a short or long stay, with family or friends.

The house offered space for family including small children. The weather is not really over the weekend unfortunately worked mainly rain. Later in the week we were able to enjoy the garden (with fine chairs) in radiant summer weather. The downstairs room with a big screen TV was great to watch. Together for World Cup matches We have a good time. Le Royal Milan is pretty pricey, but a beautiful and comfortable home to stay.

We have a long weekend in late August spent in this beautiful setting. With a sauna, Turkish bath, pool table, beer tap and a great BBQ is really good to be in this house. Perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. Especially suitable for groups with children. Any improvement is to appoint some maintenance especially inside. This is, with some attention, quickly rectified.

Our second trip to Milan Royal. Unfortunately the this time against. The owners are super nice. But many in the house was broken or outdated. We have 14 full. friends celebrated a great weekend at Le Royal Milan. r nZelf BBQ cooked and used plenty of room for all and especially the basement was used a lot. Nice Bar, pool table, cozy seating. Sauna is also used. Enough privacy for everyone. R nVerder there walked around the Robertville lake and cycled on the ATB. Beautiful location with all the trimmings. Plenty of room for everyone and the sauna in the basement certainly has extra value. From the gîte you can make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity and trips by car to, for example, Le signal de Botrange or even Monschau are definitely recommended. Along the way you can even enjoy the beautiful landscapes and open nature. We had a fantastic week, of course also because the heavy rain was not forthcoming. Definitely recommended for people who love nature.

We arrived a little earlier than expected and the cleaning people had already left. Got the code from the owner at 3 pm. After a first look, we found that there were a lot of dust nets and all the windows below were dirty and that many hands and fingers were present on the windows. The room downstairs had to be vacuumed again, etc. So a final cleaning of 180 euros is certainly not worth it. We were here 20 years ago and it was spic-and-span. There are still a number of things that need to be repaired or replaced, for example bricks under the slatted base.

Please also provide more glasses, because there is room for 14 people.

House and stay was nice - nevertheless I can"t recommend this house. You have to pay a deposit there. If you never ever want to see your money again, then it"s the right house for you. I have been trying to get my money back for two month now.... I don"t even get any reaction. I"m really disappointed!
