A lot of space in the house and garden, but not all of it is practically arranged. No nice seating area on the ground floor. Kitchen with good facilities. Large sauna space, but not used by us. Counterparty: house was not clean upon arrival (just very dirty in some places - despite a significant cleaning contribution), 2 showers had a clogged drain and caused flooding, fire alarm went off regularly and could not be silenced without disabling a zone on the panel (requires actions that not everyone can perform), and refund of the deposit was difficult. I rent a large house in the Ardennes in this price range every year, this was the least of all.

The bedrooms were great! Furthermore, the house was not clean, kitchen cabinets were dirty, everything was in disarray, the oven door wouldn't close, the dishwasher stank, the area where the washing machine was located was very dirty, the beer tap didn't work, there was no projector, outside was messy, absolutely nothing for the children, no trampoline or swing. The house was very "rural," there was nothing to do. The host was often unavailable and responded late to messages. It took a lot of energy to get the deposit back, made it known several times to the manager (Pierre) but he did not respond at all. In short, very disappointed and we definitely will not come again!

Lovely house to spend a holiday with a large group. Enough space to be together, but also to retreat for a while. Extensive kitchen (too bad that some fronts are missing/loose), fully equipped. Lovely wellness area, the pool table was also used a lot, as was the beer tap.

On arrival the son-manager turned out to be sick but we received the code to enter the house by telephone. "In the evening the father-manager came along to explain and to record the meter readings. Both father and son are enthusiastic and benevolent hosts. The house is nice and spacious with modern bathrooms and a nice lawn around the house. The hangout with nice chairs was unfortunately downstairs while the kitchen with very large kitchen table was upstairs.We would like to see a couch or a few nice chairs in the kitchen.The area is great for walking, cycling and fishing.

We are early returns on Sunday afternoon from our weekend stay. The heating was turned out in the night from Saturday to Sunday. Around 9:30 we noticed that all the radiators were cold. We had a fantastic week at Le Milan Royal. And we are father and mother, four children and two supporters, 5 grandchildren between 10 and a half. It was another beautiful day. We've been all day outside. Have 2x boat danger to the dam of Robertville, miniature golf played and went to the playground in Malmedy, shopped and gebowled in Malmedy. Beautiful location with all the trimmings. Plenty of room for everyone and the sauna in the basement certainly has extra value. From the gîte you can make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity and trips by car to, for example, Le signal de Botrange or even Monschau are definitely recommended. We arrived a little earlier than expected and the cleaning people had already left. Got the code from the owner at 3 pm. I went in August with 13 friends in this house. The cottage is nice secluded and you have no problems with neighbors and not yours -) That was fine because the music was hard to fine. We had the first few days some problems with pans that did not do well and some things that are not left clean and that is the same at Pierre come unloading, neat! You should not mind to drive a short distance (20 minutes) for a grocery store or if you want to go somewhere, because it is all within a distance. The pool table, sauna and stoomhut have been in use every day. The BBQ we have tested and works well! We had the good sense to us and would come back here again so! He really helped to make our stay pleasant .The house is big enough to take families comfortably and toys are provided' which were much appreciated. However, the garden is not suitable for very young children with stairs and a drop near the barbecue. We are early returns on Sunday afternoon from our weekend stay. The heating was turned out in the night from Saturday to Sunday. Around 9:30 we noticed that all the radiators were cold. We arrived a little earlier than expected and the cleaning people had already left. Got the code from the owner at 3 pm. After a first look, we found that there were a lot of dust nets and all the windows below were dirty and that many hands and fingers were present on the windows. The room downstairs had to be vacuumed again, etc. So a final cleaning of 180 euros is certainly not worth it. We were here 20 years ago and it was spic-and-span. There are still a number of things that need to be repaired or replaced, for example bricks under the slatted base.

Please also provide more glasses, because there is room for 14 people.

House and stay was nice - nevertheless I can"t recommend this house. You have to pay a deposit there. If you never ever want to see your money again, then it"s the right house for you. I have been trying to get my money back for two month now.... I don"t even get any reaction. I"m really disappointed!

Beautiful location with all the trimmings. Plenty of room for everyone and the sauna in the basement certainly has extra value. From the gîte you can make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity and trips by car to, for example, Le signal de Botrange or even Monschau are definitely recommended. Along the way you can even enjoy the beautiful landscapes and open nature. We had a fantastic week, of course also because the heavy rain was not forthcoming. Definitely recommended for people who love nature.

On arrival we were kindly received by the homeowner. The house is beautifully situated. The house itself is very comfortably furnished and all the necessities are present. Small downside: the cleaning could be better.

On arrival the son-manager turned out to be sick but we received the code to enter the house by telephone. "In the evening the father-manager came along to explain and to record the meter readings. Both father and son are enthusiastic and benevolent hosts. The house is nice and spacious with modern bathrooms and a nice lawn around the house. The hangout with nice chairs was unfortunately downstairs while the kitchen with very large kitchen table was upstairs.We would like to see a couch or a few nice chairs in the kitchen.The area is great for walking, cycling and fishing.

Thanks to the handy code system to open the door you have no worries on arrival. The code is delivered to you personally by the owner, after which we also received a TOP reception with a clear tour! We had 6 children between 10 and 3 years old, who had a great time enjoying themselves. This while they could not go outside at all due to the rainy weather. The house is spacious enough to sit comfortably together and still have children playing in the same rooms. Beautiful spacious decor, the already modernized bathrooms and kitchens look super! Wonderful sauna and steam cabin. Great environment for walking (on non-rainy days), very quiet location with nice garden. The BBQ is covered and there is a covered pit, so you can also enjoy the outdoors in rainy weather. We will definitely be back!

The holiday was great with everything, there were for example two dishwashers, perfect for a large group so. The wellness facilities were popular as well as the pool table. All underground anticipated to be bored for a second. Big plus to this house were the many bathrooms. At least half of the rooms has a private bathroom, which is pleasant in a large group. The owner was very friendly and very accessible, which was handy in case of problems (beware of the parental hob ^^).

But would a few refreshments at the welcome home zijn.Accomodatie in the kitchen is quite limited for 14 people (one hob) .Rails in dishwasher were not right so we only 1x used hebben.Was too dangerous for breach of the borden.Op Upstairs there is a room with two 1-person beds, which narrowly under the roof, and as well as not beslaapbaar. We have removed the mattresses there and laid on the floor in another bedroom. This was certainly not a full kamer.Er was only one billiard stick present which still had to be passed. (The other was broken) The house was not clean on arrival. This was communicated to the owner and it was well done an allowance of zijnentwege.BBQ outside we have not used due to the grid was too dirty (shame considering the good weather).

We have two families whose one with four children and supporters a wonderful week in milan le royal. When warmer weather sit in the lower part of the garden and the bbq and worn it on the single day that it rained we have noticed that not even the one that went billiards and the other could relax in the sauna.

I went in August with 13 friends in this house. The cottage is nice secluded and you have no problems with neighbors and not yours -) That was fine because the music was hard to fine. We had the first few days some problems with pans that did not do well and some things that are not left clean and that is the same at Pierre come unloading, neat! You should not mind to drive a short distance (20 minutes) for a grocery store or if you want to go somewhere, because it is all within a distance. The pool table, sauna and stoomhut have been in use every day. The BBQ we have tested and works well! We had the good sense to us and would come back here again so! The only disadvantage was the many flies \/ wasps that are inside and around the house because you're near a cow pasture hebt.Bedankt Pierre for the good service! Regards from Tilburg

We had a nice stay in Le Milan Royal, with 13 friends. Spacious house for each bedroom (as well as) a private bathroom. Sauna and hammam are blessed to enjoy and relax. Just keep your electricity bills always in the eye. The bikers enjoyed the beautiful hilly region. Ideal location for this.
