There is plenty to do in the surroundings, whether long walks in nature or some bike trips. Don't miss the splendid touristic highlights of the region, such as the lake of Robertville, the Castle of Reinhardstein, the folkloric town of Malmedy or the cross-country skiing trails nearby.
This luxurious house has a spacious living room and dining room next to the kitchen which has all modern amenities. An attractive indoor pool, ideally heated at 28 degrees, is to enjoy all year long, as well as the bubble bath and sauna. And, as icing on the cake, a movie theatre room with 19 comfortable armchairs that can be also used as a conference room if needed. Parties and excessive behaviour (ie. abusive drinking) are strictly prohibited.
The town center can be found 2 km from the house where you can also stock up your general supplies.

We have been here for a weekend with friends, great house, nicely decorated, everything you can dream and think is present! Rooms are spacious and convenient for couples with small children to install extra cots in the room. The living room is oriented in such a way that you can still quietly keep "noise" here without keeping the children awake. Kitchen is very convenient and well equipped to prepare meals for larger groups. The neighborhood is very nice for walking / staying. Ideal for groups with smaller children. BUT: We are very disappointed with the final invoice... A deposit of € 1200 is requested, through all sorts of detours, I am thinking of eg: per room 2 garbage bags at 0.75 €, gas, water, heating, cleaning, bed linen, .. .. We came to an extra cost of 770€!! They settle this with your warranty so there is not much to argue against ... The large pool was very cold TOO cold we made 2 attempts to go swimming with the children. This didn't work... Even as an adult the water was really TOO cold. The jacuzzi was also on the cold side with us (the temperature is not adjustable) After a phone call, the owner wanted to immediately turn this warmer. In summary: very nice house, but you expect the extra costs!

Beware of the additional costs!! The house itself is fairly dated but spacious and nice pool. The movie theater they advertise was broken and they couldn't fix it. In addition, the costs for gas / water / light are really ridiculously high, so we had to pay 800 eur extra after a stay of 5 days with 8 people and 4 children!

Very nice accommodation and very friendly landlady. She was always available. In the event of problems with the hot water, she immediately tried to remedy the situation and when it didn't work out immediately, she gave a discount without being asked.

We could not go to this residence due to the corona virus. Have sent emails to Belvilla if we could convert to another time .... the May holiday of 2021 ...... had no answer. Later we sent an email how we can solve this .... still no message back ..... not neat from Belvilla.
