Beautiful area with a mtb route nearby. Quiet street with chickens. Nice garden. Please note the sauna was defective with us and the swing and barbecue are missing.

The living room has only a few small windows, which means that you should always have the lights on the bottom. The upstairs was cheaply set up. The floor was of particle board, with nothing over it. No sail, no cover, nothing. Of the four bedrooms one bedroom was positioned between two other, with windows at the top of the walls adjoining the other bedrooms. Even if someone in the middle bedroom shared the light, the other bedrooms were illuminated. The middle bedroom did not have a window to open for a good night's sleep. Qua surroundings The village itself we did not really explore, but you're in the middle of the ardennen so you can easily reach the car by car. but that money for every house in the ardennes. Our advice is just as easy as possible

very nice cottage had good about 1000.000 fly after that was very annoying otherwise everything was perfectly fine but I would not fly the second time renting sorry because it was fine in itself

Eventje escape from reality. Close to the Signal de Botrange with its high bogs. But one can from cottage also beautiful walk to castle nearby. The forests around there really magisch.En "evening geniten a glass of red at the hard fire. What does a man need to be happy?

The cottage is centrally located in the Ardennes, making it a great place to beautiful trips to maken.Prachtige newly landscaped garden.The only downside for us was the many flies in the house when we arrived, so bring your fly swatter, but that may belong to the environment.

Very polite beautiful day in a beautiful setting! To the south is the hilly and very beautiful for cycling. To the west are the climbs steeper and steeper with a maximum increase of 27% at the site Trois-Ponts! Great! The house is highly recommended. Clean inside and very spacious. Also plenty of furniture. Outside a large enclosed garden with large round table. Unfortunately no view from the garden.

Had a nice relaxing weekend with their own family. The area is very beautiful country and very quiet. Lovely to walk the dog here. We include a day trip by car to and from Malmedy Monschou been. We also visited the castle Reinhardstein. Ovifat itself or the villages around it is to do nothing. No shops or restaurants to find, but a good takeaway pizzeria in Robertsville. The cottage is good, but it is a pity that you have no windows overlooking the beautiful valley from the room

Our holiday was fine. The bedrooms were very noisy. There were three rooms next to each other so that the middle room had no outside window, only small windows above the adjacent rooms. If there was light in a room it was on all three to see. We have this as uncomfortable ervaren.Beneden outside and plumbing were good.

Had a wonderful week's holiday in Belgium. We were here with 4 adults and 2 children. Then there is enough space. For 8 adults, it is too small. Good base for trips to take. Arrival and departure was a bit difficult with the owner. Both incoming and outgoing, he was not there. Communicating over the phone with someone who only speaks French and understands what is it difficult to communicate. All in all we had a wonderful holiday week.

Spacious, clean house with well equipped kitchen. The sauna is a nice extra. The cottage is very quiet, yet well suited as a base for several walks. The only thing that we missed was a large window overlooking the beautiful surroundings ... And the feather beds were a bit on the thin side at the freezing temperatures that we have faced (but the heating in the rooms could solve this problem). Decision: come back to see we certainly are!

We stayed with four children (well, children from 18 to 25 years) and two adults in the house during the autumn. And it is a wonderful place, especially if it's raining outside and cold. The stove is very pleasant, that also applies to the sauna.Een downside of the house are the few windows and insufficiently lazy seats. Largely offset by a superb environment: mountain biking and hiking can be done from the cottage.

We had a great weekend in Gite.Een beautiful spacious house with a good snowboard rental with Skiset. For us it was a starting point for hiking in the woods and which are just a stone's throw away so short prima.Wij were 6 people. The house is for 8 people. With 8 people would be allowed on a sofa in the woonkamer.Beheerder friendly and very gastvrij.Voor repetition vatbaar.Fam vd Veen et al Netherlands.

Tasty sauna.Jammer that there is not really a garden at is.Helaas little uitzicht.Op the site that a bath in it that is not as it is a shower. 2nd bathroom is very small and musty there's this "shower" no ventilation. Otherwise lovely house with a great kitchen and spacious. We were z "n celebrate a baby because this house is spacious enough voor.Voor eight people, I think this house personally somewhat cramped. (Indeed too few banks) Grounds are very nice. Enjoyed!

It is a clean and well cared for cottage is situated in a quiet area. The sauna is another good use of which is gemaakt.Alle supplies were present. On 5 October 2007, we have 8 adults people spent a weekend at Gite Ol 'Coulee Ovifat. A fine modern house with all comforts (dishwasher, sauna, 2 showers / toilets, stove etc.). Still had only a bank liked, two beds for 8 people is what on the tight side. We had beautiful weather and have nice walks around the lake of Robertville (only 10 minutes walk from the cottage). Also in Malmedy relax on a terrace sat. Also a visit to the High veins is worth (15 min by car). Fam. Eijnthoven

We had a nice long weekend at the cottage. The place we have quite heated and we certainly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. From the village there are beautiful walks marked with clear markings, which we also took advantage of. The nearby castle is very interesting. You have to take into account limited openning times. Autumn is a beautiful season to explore the surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from 2 to 4 maart.Mooie hikes despite the lesser weersomstandigheden.Na a walk in the rain was a break in the sauna a zaligheid.Voor six adults there was maybe some little cutlery and wine glasses. The environment is very mooi.Goede hiking area, relax in the sauna and just enjoy the silence and nature. Shame there is no shop nearby, so pick up groceries in Malmedy, no fresh bread s "morning but is certainly prone herhalling. Everyone has talked to them meaning. Leker and equally in tanked.

The photos are not a realistic representation of the holiday home.Enormously dirty courtyard, not swept, lots of weeds and an old garden table.The sauna does not work.The seats are very uncomfortable, sag completely and are heavily soiled, ditto mattresses.A large lack of kitchen utensils, including Pyrex pots, potholders, champagne glasses and decent frying pans and cooking pots. Best to bring extra bottom sheets yourself, as the mattresses are very soiled. Not recommended, we have never experienced anything like this. We will never do this destination again, hygiene late everything to be desired!
