Situated near a nature reserve in the beautiful Waimes, this holiday home has 3 bedrooms to host 6 people comfortably. It is ideal for a group or families with children to enjoy the sauna for 3, the infrared sauna, and bubble bath.
The ski area of Ovifat is at 500 m. Enjoy peaceful walks in the High Fens nature reserve. Visit the lake of Robertville and take a walk through the Bayehon valley at 1 km. You can also explore towns of Malmedy, Stavelot, and Spa within 24 km. There is a forest at 200 m to explore the wildlife. Supermarket is located at a distance of 11 km. You can find good restaurants nearby at 1 km.
Central heating provides a cozy ambiance. The sitting room is spacious for 6 people to gather and have fun with movies and music with the warmth of the fireplace. The home provides a high chair and children's bed. You can enjoy a barbecue from the furnished garden. 1 pet can accompany you at 20/Stay.
Check-in between 4 and 6 PM and check-out between 9 and 10 AM.

This is a nice house in a nice area. We spent a weekend with 6 adults and that was fine. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. The cost of gas, electricity and water was 100% with it. This was about € 25 in total. There were some minor maintenance things, but you always have ...

Positive:1) Beautiful, quiet location close to the castle of Reinhardstein, the waterfall of Bayehon and many beautiful hiking trails. For bakery, shops, etc. you have to take the car. 2) The house is a two-family house (both are rented) with a nice layout and cozy. Good beds (box springs), but lesser pillows. There were 2 toilets and 2 showers. 3) The kitchen is equipped with more than enough cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. You might want to bring your own sharp knife if you want to cook, because the knives were not so sharp.Negative: 1) The house was not well maintained: dirty stove and countertops in the kitchen, dirty cutlery, dirty floor and stairs, clogged dishwasher filter, no salt + rinse aid for the dishwasher, partially clogged shower drain, leftover food on the barbecue grill in the garden. However, cleaning is charged considerably: 70 euros extra!2) The heating of the jacuzzi cannot be switched off, so that the consumption of electricity is very high. As a result, an additional 45 euros in electricity had to be paid, perhaps due to the use of a jacuzzi that we were only able to use for one day due to the weather conditions. really lit, which is really a problem for cooking in the evening. The tea light holders that are placed at the sink (and where you have to provide the candles yourself) are not a solution.

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean and well equipped. The pool and sauna are a dream to relax. The surroundings convinced us with varied hikes. The landscape is very varied and there is something for every taste (mountains, moor, forests ...).

Upon arrival it turned out that we had to pay the deposit in cash. This was not clearly indicated in advance. The accommodation was cleaned properly. Here and there a bit outdated and a layer of paint is needed. We were 6 adults, so the spaces were a bit small. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. No shops within walking distance.

Nice little house, excellent facilities. Clean. Excellent neighbourhood! Unfortunately there was no wood for the fire, but it could be used. Although it was not our first aim, we used the jacuzzi, sauna and IR room every day. Don't forget to bring ALL consumables.

Friendly reception. we were allowed to enter the house earlier than usual. Everything was as in the description. We were lucky enough to have a lot of snow so our holiday offered a free extra.

Arrival ok, bed linen to bring but glad I also brought my own duvet and pillows. Theirs weren't fresh. If the stay would be longer than a week, I miss a laughter. Rent is ex consumption. Sauna and Jacuzzi are solid consumers. These costs are in addition. Note....

Accommodation looks better in pictures than in reality. Whirlpool and sauna are great. Environment and nature very nice, fun to hike. Homeowner very nice and caring. Great restaurants in the area.

We stayed the weekend with 3 friendly couples. The house itself had nothing to short, cozy furnishings, plenty of space, a sauna + infra-red in the garden. Only downside was the jacuzzi which not so fresh anymore ... Smoke House is nicely located, nice walks nearby. Overall, highly recommended!
