We were with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog. The house has 5 bedrooms so everyone had their own bedroom.

It was not clean everywhere in the house, especially because of the flies and spider webs that were present. Here and there a number of items could be replaced but it did not detract from the fun we had.

The garden is very large and well maintained and there are squirrels present.
The front of the house is on a dead end road so you are not bothered by traffic there. This was very nice for our dog.

There was a problem with the dishwasher on Sunday but that was solved the next day.

The view over the valley is fantastic.
There is plenty to do and discover in the area.
We really enjoyed our holiday.

La Meulière is a very nice, cozy home.The situated in a lovely quiet area and is very well decorated and cozy. The room, bedrooms and bathrooms are very good, evenalsde wonderful sauna. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave from the kitchen and you have a beautiful view over the valley. We are here Ascension weekend. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and luxury of the house. It is a lovely house with lots of space. The new kitchen is also our liking. We had a wonderful weekend with 3 couples, 4 young kids and 2 dogs. In and around the house you have enough space, the play by the children well used, very pleasant. The garden is pretty well off but not completely fenced, the dogs would be fine but completely enclose our preferred. In the house you have everything you need, nice sofa / chairs, good wood fireplace and great location bedden.Qua we had expected that the house would be more remote and more against a forest aan.Kortom definitely worth a stay plan , during the next weekend we certainly consider it home.

Single room in the basement is a downside. It was a nice room but is very remote from the other rooms so the young children of parents sometimes distant layers.

Stayed in this house for the second time. Once in April with good weather and once last January with less weather and both times we liked it. The house is clean and fully equipped. The sauna works fine and if the weather is good there is a lot of space around the house in the large garden. For the hikers a beautiful region with a nice mix of open terrain and forest, wonderful walks along the Amblève. For the cyclists there is the Ravel that passes through Ondenval and with which you can go in various directions without going too steep.

Beautiful environment. Just getting used to that there is no central heating is very cold in hus or you have to turn on all heating elements but that costs you a power. Reception was super with Vlaai👍🏻huis was not really good clean but a lovely room with twelve men. Mattress of the baby bed was a bit dirty. We only had to call and Mr. came to bring wood. I also thought it was great that we were allowed to know what time we would leave on Monday because other guests only arrived on Friday. Super weekend.

This property is well situated in the peaceful village Ondenval in a dead-end country road with full night's sleep. The house is functional a large kitchen with large refrigerator, a spacious living room and sitting area with TV. WiFi is also available. On the living room adjoins a large terrace overlooking the large garden with a swing and slide for children. In the afternoon the sun shines on the terrace. The bedrooms are large enough and the showers. The heating works best. 4 km from Ondenval in Waimes, to the church there is a large car park and opposite you will find a bakery and butcher and catering Piront can also be ordered food. In fifteen minutes you reach the beautiful lake of Bütgenbach and the town of Malmedy little further. The kitchen is well equipped, even though we had already prepared food at home. Only the floors were not silent, if there was noise in the living room you could hear it over well. We were with our whole family including grandchildren in this great house. With 12 people and a dog. The house was beautiful, clean and tidy. There was a lot of freedom for the children on the large lawn behind the house and a spacious view from the balcony. We did however get used to the separate collection of waste. literally everything had to be separated. Further and nice pool in St. Vith (20 min drive) and a fun day in Plopsaland (half hour drive). We definitely plan to return here ..

We were with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog. The house has 5 bedrooms so everyone had their own bedroom.

It was not clean everywhere in the house, especially because of the flies and spider webs that were present. Here and there a number of items could be replaced but it did not detract from the fun we had.

The garden is very large and well maintained and there are squirrels present.
The front of the house is on a dead end road so you are not bothered by traffic there. This was very nice for our dog.

There was a problem with the dishwasher on Sunday but that was solved the next day.

The view over the valley is fantastic.
There is plenty to do and discover in the area.
We really enjoyed our holiday.

We enjoyed a long weekend in the spacious, comfortable house with 9 adults and 4 small children (0 to 6). Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Kitchen is well equipped. Sauna was wonderful. And the view is breathtakingly beautiful! There are fantastic walks in the area. The house has a large, well-maintained garden. And the owner is very friendly and correct. Despite the cold and occasionally wet weather (even snow at the end of April), we had a great weekend!

House is beautifully situated, spacious enough and with a lovely garden. The owner was already present and there was cake in the fridge. The owner is very precise in final settlement. In addition to the (already known) mandatory costs, a small amount of gas, electricity and electricity was added. Great midweek!

The cottage is beautifully situated against a hilly landscape on a dead-end road. On arrival we were very warmly welcomed by the owner who had brought a delicious rice cake. and it looked very neat. Also the information broker was very pleasant, there was very useful practical information, but the owner was not too bad to give good tips about the area and activities.

Nice spacious home in very quiet area. On arrival everything nice and clean, warmly received by the host. He also gave a lot of tips to spend our time there. We appreciated the general seating comfort of both seats inside and outside as well as the seats. Plenty of material in the kitchen. Plenty of garden furniture, nice big bbq, large lawn with some toys where our grandchildren of 2 - 8 years have played great. Sauna is ok, relaxation area may need some freshening up. Consumption of water, electricity and fuel oil are correctly settled and you pay for what you use. For the hikers a beautiful region with a nice mix of open terrain and forest, wonderful walks along the Amblève. For the cyclists there is the Ravel that passes through Ondenval and with which you can go in various directions without going too steep.

Great arranged arrival. The owner was on the spot within fifteen minutes after the agreed phone call. The accommodation was well equipped and everything was in good condition. The area was great, especially with this beautiful weather.

Very friendly welcome with a clear explanation. Everything very neat, very nice kitchen with lots of material, everything in abundance. A nice and bright house with a beautiful view. Many bedrooms with lots of space and cupboards, good mattresses on the bed, good sleep. Well located close to Malmedy and other interesting villages, with many opportunities for walking, all walks are well marked, easy to follow. This is a beautiful house with all comfort in a very beautiful region. Definitely recommended!

The arrival was nice. Mr. called himself what time we would arrive. The area is beautiful. For us it was a 3 hour drive, and you are really in a fantastic area.3 bathrooms, very nice. Good amenities. Beautiful kitchen. !! There was 1 very big disadvantage, which you also read in multiple reviews the costs afterwards. We have been 1 weekend 1 evening, 1 day, and 1 morning. The costs of gas, water and light were almost 180, - and we did not even use the sauna !! Ridiculously high. An absurd consumption that cannot be explained.

We were kindly received by the owner and in the fridge were put 2 pies for us. The accommodation was very complete and nicely clean. Beautiful setting and wonderfully quiet. Minus point was the sewer air in the ground floor. But by letting some water run into the shower, that was remedied.

Friendly welcome by the owner with a cake in the (large) fridge. The kitchen is very nice and fully / well equipped. The view from the living room and kitchen is fantastic. We are sorry that the weather was very disappointing.

Upon arrival the wood stove already burned and the owner had brought cake for us. The house is nicely decorated and ideal for a group to stay. The garden of the house is very large and there were enough parking spaces. The environment is very suitable for hiking, castle viewing etc.

Beautiful environment. Just getting used to that there is no central heating is very cold in hus or you have to turn on all heating elements but that costs you a power. Reception was super with Vlaai👍🏻huis was not really good clean but a lovely room with twelve men. Mattress of the baby bed was a bit dirty. We only had to call and Mr. came to bring wood. I also thought it was great that we were allowed to know what time we would leave on Monday because other guests only arrived on Friday. Super weekend.

Upon my arrival I was very kindly received by appointment, guided through the house and informed by the owner. There were even 2 cakes in the fridge as a welcome gift. The house is cozy, contemporary and offers all the necessary comfort. A spacious kitchen is a plus and of course the sauna.There is a spacious garden, where you can enjoy in spring and summer.Ons weekend, the end of the Christmas holiday was not optimal in terms of weather. But we did make beautiful walks in the forests of Baraque Michel and Signal de Botrange. The environment of Ondenval and Thirimont was already known to us. In Waimes, easy to reach by car you can do the necessary shopping. And a little further in Malmedy there is a big Carfour.

We were kindly received with cake by the owner. The house met all our expectations. A large garden for the grandchildren and a large terrace to enjoy. There was enough kitchen equipment for 12 people and in the evening we enjoyed the sauna.We have walked a lot and have been to Montenau to a hone smokehouse and of course bought an Ardennes chicken.LaKKER.With the grandchildren we have been to Parc Chlorophylle in Manhay. Very instructive.

The kitchen was very well equipped and had every comfort. The rooms were all in order and the house was tidy. Especially to return in the summer so that we can also enjoy the beautiful garden.

With 6 adults and 3 small children we have been in the autumn holiday for 1 week, we really had autumn weather, wet and dry. The house is wonderfully spacious, with a fantastic spacious garden. It was clean and met our expectations. Wonderful walking area and plenty to do in the area. It is only a pity that the boiler of the central heating makes a lot of noise when you are sleeping downstairs.

The surroundings were very beautiful and the location of the house perfect. The house looked neat and clean and no dull air on arrival. The house was very complete with enough seating. The beds / mattresses could have been better and actually lacking a bed linen package and very few power outlets were the only drawbacks of this cottage. It might have been useful if the fridge and freezer had been cold on arrival. Have had a very good weekend!

I have rented a lot of holiday homes for the past 10 years. I have to say that this was the most complete house I know. Good kitchen with quality equipment, great attention to fire safety, good sanitation. Attention for separation of waste. And a good settlement of the additional costs. Also a good area for walking and cycling. What does one want more?
