We had a great time at La Ferme d'Amel! The cabin was clean and had enough space for everyone. The infrared sauna was a nice addition, really helped us relax after a long day of exploring. The kids enjoyed the playground and we spent quality time by the fireplace. The location was also perfect, quiet but close enough to dine and grab some drinks. Would definitely come back!

We have a great weekend. Never been "a perfect house made in Belvilla.Alles to perfection and finished cared! At first the stay made a nice and good impression. Despite the fairly high cleaning costs, room 109 was not clean and photos of this were shown to the owner. The shower water for this room was not hot for these 3 days, despite the high energy costs, gas, water, and electricity (bill afterwards) for these 3 days (after 2 minutes a cold jet). There was also a dominant sewage smell in the bathroom of room 109. Together these are 3 points for 1 room. We indicated these points to the owner on departure. Friendly welcome, lovely home with something for everyone. There were 5 couples of all ages and children from small to large, and yet there was something for everyone. Sports and games facilities inside and outside, nice garden with several seating areas and ample furniture. Ideal for wheelchair users, accessibility and equipment. Luxury with a capital letter. Sauna, steam room, every room en suite. Good mattresses and pillows. Kitchen equipped to large groups. This house is big enough for 25 people to receive but not so large that it is uncomfortable. Very cozy and warmly decorated. Location is very quiet and far from the tourist crowds but there are shops, a few kilometers. No discernible negative details.

The house reflected the expectations; however when we arrived it was so cold that it took one full day to heat it up, so we suggest to ask the owner to pre-heat it to avoid a very unconfortable half of the stay. Everything else great and the owner very kind and helpful.

We have the weekend of 12 t / m 15 dec.2008 our 25th wedding anniversary celebrated in this villa. It was in one word fantastic. All bedrooms were equipped with a bathroom, the house has a fresh decor, warm decor, many decorations (the owner is a creative lady). The dining room we were able to transform into a beautiful, cozy dancefloor. The owner made us to start well familiarized and useful tips on the heater to disappointment afterwards with the utility bills to avoid (total vloeropp. Has 600 m2!). There are still several additional costs not dr bulletin. Think of firewood (? 6 per serving), waste (? 2.50 per bag). Eventually our total additional costs on? 400. Good location and excellent facilities over. In that respect an absolute must. The peace and the open nature around it are a boon for busy people who need to get out there. We have recently returned from Ferme d 'made Amel use for a friends weekend.'s Spacious and very well equipped house is excellent like us! With 17 adults had all set their own bedroom with fine beds and good sanitation. The large kitchen with good equipment and ample crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. suited us very well. We have a great weekend. Never been "a perfect house made in Belvilla.Alles to perfection and finished cared! Administrator lived next door, which was very handy when questions waren.Omgeving is quiet and beautiful. Both adults and children and the dog have greatly enjoyed but of course the weather was also 100%.

We have the weekend of 12 t / m 15 dec.2008 our 25th wedding anniversary celebrated in this villa. It was in one word fantastic. All bedrooms were equipped with a bathroom, the house has a fresh decor, warm decor, many decorations (the owner is a creative lady). The dining room we were able to transform into a beautiful, cozy dancefloor. The owner made us to start well familiarized and useful tips on the heater to disappointment afterwards with the utility bills to avoid (total vloeropp. Has 600 m2!). There are still several additional costs not dr bulletin. Think of firewood (? 6 per serving), waste (? 2.50 per bag). Eventually our total additional costs on? 400. (In the summer, this amount is significantly lower) For our receives the facility on September 1, in short a must! Fam. Notenboom

Good location and excellent facilities over. In that respect an absolute must. The peace and the open nature around it are a boon for busy people who need to get out there. The sauna and steam room also get the stress out. Then just rinse it under the shower head with a diameter of one centimeter or 30 and you can get good again against it! We were there with z "n sixes and then the house is too big, it will fit easily in 18-24! A downside for us was that the manager speaks German and in French-speaking Belgium we expected to stay! Also he walks of our insziens too often to the house to just to ask if everything is. It came as a control which is not really pleasant, but maybe it was because of us and he means well. It was fun at least not print because we enjoyed it and would book it again.

Friendly welcome, lovely home with something for everyone. There were 5 couples of all ages and children from small to large, and yet there was something for everyone. Sports and games facilities inside and outside, nice garden with several seating areas and ample furniture. Ideal for wheelchair users, accessibility and equipment. Luxury with a capital letter. Sauna, steam room, every room en suite. Good mattresses and pillows. Kitchen equipped to large groups. This house is big enough for 25 people to receive but not so large that it is uncomfortable. Very cozy and warmly decorated. Location is very quiet and far from the tourist crowds but there are shops, a few kilometers. No discernible negative details.

We had a very nice stay at Ferme de Amel. Very spacious house well finished and equipped with every comfort. Friendly welcome by helpful owner. Also around the house a lot of space for outdoor seating. The house is beautifully situated on a hilltop this view.

With a whole group of family and friends enjoyed a nice midweek. Holiday apartment with lots of features, despite the large number of people, it is never crowded. Excellent facilities and great walks in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice house, very well maintained and clean. The owner did come regularly walk in, which we have not always experienced as pleasant. He did not ask whether appropriate or so just sat down. We (15E +3 K, 2-80Years, 2 dogs) had a very nice family Easter holiday 2013. The house is spacious and contemporary in design is for a large group. Including accessibility for multiple rooms each with bathrooms is positive. Nevertheless, completely filled house (26 people) we had a fantastic weekend in this very spacious, modern and stylish furnished house. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was very large, ample seating areas and not noisy. Beds fine, just a lot of mosquitoes in the room. So keep window closed. The downstairs bedrooms were on the ceilings black damp patches, it was less. Another thing was the water in the rain shower insufficient ran away and the space in no time was blank.

I had this midweek organized for my brother and sister, both of which are due to a muscle in a wheelchair. The spacious house was perfect for a nice midweek for my brother and sister. Good sleeping shower facilities for the disabled. We as able-bodied siblings have had a great week. The house was tidy, spacious and solid. Good beds in bedrooms each with a private shower. The owner was very friendly and obliging. There is an elevator in the house, but he refused quite often. The owner was upset here enormously and would inform the supplier asap bijhalen. Shine however we found expensive. € 170.00 for, in our case, five bedrooms - living room and keuken.Borg of € 900.00 too much on the high side.The only downside (if you call it a minus Mag) The TV did not work and what channel package should work, was very sumier. (3 beautiful football be missing, what the ladies however they were not that bad) Overall, a great house, but not really cheap.

We have recently returned from Ferme d 'made Amel use for a friends weekend.'s Spacious and very well equipped house is excellent like us! The house reflected the expectations; however when we arrived it was so cold that it took one full day to heat it up, so we suggest to ask the owner to pre-heat it to avoid a very unconfortable half of the stay. Everything else great and the owner very kind and helpful.

At first the stay made a nice and good impression. Despite the fairly high cleaning costs, room 109 was not clean and photos of this were shown to the owner. The shower water for this room was not hot for these 3 days, despite the high energy costs, gas, water, and electricity (bill afterwards) for these 3 days (after 2 minutes a cold jet). There was also a dominant sewage smell in the bathroom of room 109. Together these are 3 points for 1 room. We indicated these points to the owner on departure.
