We offer you our holiday home completed in June 2009 with 80m² living space, 2 bedrooms(1 double bed, 1 baby bed, Sat TV, 2 single beds 100x200, 1 single bed 90x200) 2 shower bathrooms (1 large with 2 single washbasins, showers at ground level), Top modern Nolte kitchen with enough dishes for 12 persons, living room with flat screen SAT TV, Nintendo Wii, Blue Ray Player, electric fireplace, fly screen, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating in the entire house, beautiful garden with barbecue, garden shed, 3 bicycles included

Location and surroundings of object

The cottage is centrally located in a cottage area directly behind the dike. The beach is about 1000m. There are 200 m to the nearest bakery and grocery store. Several restaurants are also within 5 minutes walk. Ideal for children, because there are great playgrounds in the place and on the beach and in bad weather worth a visit in the indoor Playland "Sturmfrei". Neßmersiel - Küstenbadeort in the municipality Dornum - is located in the middle of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park on the East Frisian North Sea coast with stunning views
on the islands of Langeoog, Norderney and Baltrum. Here you can find peace and tranquillity yet away from the usual tourist crowds. Good to reach by car and train. There are several bakers, restaurants, pizzerias and food shopping.

Great house

A very beautifully furnished house made with a lot of love. Everything super clean and nothing defective. Everything you need is available, even shower gel. We will rent it again. We are not finished with our vacation yet, but what else could come in the house?

Super Ferienhaus

the pictures and descriptions on the internet absolutely match reality. We had a relaxing week there. There really was nothing missing in and around the house !!!
