With spacious bedrooms and modern facilities, this house is perfect for families and families. With 7 bedrooms, it can sleep as many as 18 people.
This luxury vacation home is located 6 km from Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. Because of its wooded surroundings, hiking and mountain biking routes are highly recommended. There is also a golf course nearby and the possibility of renting a kayak and horseback riding.
When you vacation in this house, you can enjoy an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub, among other things. The children can jump on the trampoline or play a game of table soccer. After a long day, you can snuggle around the fireplace with the whole family in the evening.

Nice house, too little toilet for a house of 17 people. In total, only 3 pieces have 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom with WCander section has 1 bedroom for 5 persons and a double room for this part is also a bathroom with toilet but here are 2 separate showers at the sauna which can be used for The rest everything is nice and good

Perfect home for family-run. Lovely pool and lots of opportunities to play games. Durbuy is a nice tourist city with many restaurants. We had a great time.

Good welcome, nice to speak Dutch! Nice surroundings. For a villa, the neighbors are very close, but neighbors are nice (although we did quite a bit lukewarm we did not hear them). The neighbors came to admire our drone (because they were only given a beer)

We were welcomed by a Dutch speaking lady. The house is a spacious and equipped swimming pool with hot water, a spacious sauna, billiards, table football, etc. A few minutes drive is the beautiful town of Durbuy with many activities. For the big supermarkets (Spar and Carrefour) you need to drive half an hour. One negative point concerns the house too little toilets for a large company. I recommend anyone to rent this house once

Great house if you are with a larger group. Quiet area but plenty to do in the immediate area. Swimming pool is a hit with the children. Kitchen is well equipped with the necessary items. A second toilet near the sauna would be nice, now 1 toilet for 12 people is really not enough.

We had a nice weekend with our mixed group of adults and children. The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool was a real plus for the children. The house is spacious and well furnished; it lacks nothing. Please note that the beds are a mix of single and double mattresses and duvets or combinations thereof. So take a good look at what you need to take with you! There are 5 parking spaces at the house, which is nice and sufficient!
The house has been rented out for a number of years now, so a number of things could use some repairs. Skirting boards on the kitchen sink were loose, the pool cover did not open and close smoothly, a windowsill was broken, etc. For this high price, it is nice if everything is in order.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful, the pool was great and all other amenities are top notch. We had a great time. The people are very friendly and everything is handled neatly after departure.

We have been warmly welcomed by a Dutch-speaking lady who takes care of the keys. She guided us through the cozy and clean house and informed us well after which the holiday could begin. The accommodation is very spacious and nicely furnished for a large group, there is plenty to do inside and outside and everyone can also find their own place at the time. The area is beautiful with views over the farmlands and villages in the high altitude Borlon.

In general we are satisfied, for the period that we were there and the pool was already closed it is quite pricey. The house was ice cold on arrival so it took a while to get everything up to temperature read extra consumption that the customer has to pay. The woman who showed us around was very friendly on arrival and departure where nothing can be faulted. in need of replacement, the fire plate was completely cracked and drew false air so there was a bad combustion. The sauna and the pool table are certainly an asset. Hot tub (you) is really a hot tub (you) and not a jacuzzi. The location is good although you have to take the car for Durbuy center, The adventure park is highly recommended. There is enough cutlery, plates and everything you need to cook a good game. Will we be back? I would not know ... first go look for something else.mvg,

We arrived a few hours late because we only had traffic jams, that did not thank us. The first evening we baked some loaf baguette in the large oven that turned out to be so dirty! There was a whole layer of grease underneath the bottom griddle, which started to scuffle and burn. The whole kitchen was full of smoke. The fire alarm went off, which caused panic in the children who were already asleep. So we have been busy with the children all night. The packing seemed clean, but everywhere it was actually dirty, there was even blood next to the toilet !! The pool and the trampoline were okay, the environment also, but we will not go back here.

Friendly received and good explanation about the accommodation, everything is there to make a great holiday. The area is beautiful for all tastes, you come outside the tourist season / holiday briefly inform if attractions are open and you do not come as we stand for closed miniature golf.
