This large 7-bedroom holiday home can host 20 guests. An ideal stay for families, it is located 400 m above the sea in the spectacular landscape of the Lierneux Ardennes. The house has free WiFi, a large living room with a seating area and a lovely fireplace. The dining room is luxurious with an open kitchen for preparing and devouring sumptuous meals and there is a playroom for children as well.
The area offers hiking and cycling options on its paved routes. Lierneux. Lies 3 km away and Vielsalm village and Coo are also closeby. Waterfalls and an amusement park lie only 17 km from house. You can also go skiing during winters and the owner is kind enough to inform you of the various languages spoken in the region. Town centre, restaurants and general supplies can be accessed only 5 km away.
This holiday home is tastefully decorated with stone walls and outside there is a large garden with covered patio and barbecue and trampoline for children. Parking is available on the premises and pets allowed for € 2,50/Pet/Night.

A beautiful house, nice spaces. One room with a bunk bed is actually not suitable for adults. Creaking floors, a very nice fireplace, excellent BBQ and nice showers. Our house was not cleaned very well.

Beautiful, large house in a beautiful area. The house is well suited for larger groups and has a good layout. Compared to the photos on the website, it now seems as if various renovations have taken place, which made us pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Both the indoor facilities and the covered terrace are also absolute pluses. We had a great time. !

Nice house in typical Ardennes style. Many facilities for children. Nice rooms but many creaking floors. The garden was great and also the fact that there were many showers and toilets. We have had a wonderful stay with our children.

Beautiful house, well arranged with bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. Well suited for a large group and within walking distance of a nice forest for fun forest games. The central heating boiler cannot handle the showers well, so there is little pressure on the showers.

The holiday home was an ideal place for our cycling club. Our bicycles could be safely stored, a tap was provided to connect a garden hose. Also ideal starting point for MTB or racing bike rides.

Been to this beautiful, rural house in the Ardennes for the second time. Close to the waterfalls of Coo and the town of Spa. The house was clean and fully equipped.

Despite a few minor flaws, we had a very good stay. The house is large, there is enough space and a number of showers so as not to step on each other in the morning. There are all the necessary cooking and convenience (even a grill machine!). The place is quite disconnected and the village charming. The manager of the property is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries. The playroom is really kid friendly and there are already some toys on site. In short, a place to recommend to spend a relaxing time with large families, or with friends (we were 4 couples with 4 children).

No reception because of the virus, but very friendly contact with the phone. The accommodation looked good and everything was sufficient. had problems with the power in the middle of the week, but it was solved very quickly by the owners. Environment is very quiet and to do something you usually need a car, which was not a problem for us.

We were able to find Wase the accommodation. Very dark the last part. The house was fantastic and so cozy in a Christmas atmosphere. Lovely to arrive for a nice weekend. Clean and everything was there for a family weekend. Environment so peaceful and beautiful. Problem with the electricity so neatly solved, a very friendly Mr. Claude. Everything so top and well cared for.

The accommodation was superb! It was completely different from what I expected with regards to the first floor. The kitchen was really nice as well. We had a lovely stay. I would however not recommend this accommodation to people who have troubles with sleeping in a noisy accomodation. The floors make nostalgic sounds to put it like that, so this might cause some sleeping problems for some. Overall a really nice accomodation.

The contact with the owners went very well, very friendly people. Everything went very smoothly with the people on site. That the house is cleaned for free halfway through the stay was very cool. This house has a nice enclosed garden (except for a few holes in the wire, which we have closed ourselves), which is a plus for groups with dogs. The trampoline and the toy were great for the children, they really enjoyed themselves in the garden. The cottage itself is for a group that is not focused on luxury. For the rest, the cottage is very noisy, which is less fun if you have small children in your group. That the floors and the stairs are very creaky, was certainly not conducive to the sleep of the little ones. For the rest, the cottage must get a good makeover, lots of tiles in the bathrooms and toilets "come from the wall. And a paint job can certainly not hurt. For the rest there is WIFI, but this signal is certainly not strong enough. But outside all these" negative "dots, we had a wonderful leave. The children have also super amused! And the cottage was also a good base to go to various things in the area

Environment was nice and quiet and secluded. The lovely large garden with trampoline was very nice especially for the children. The owner was very helpful in answering a number of questions we had. At the back of the house is a cozy courtyard where we could eat outside in the evening. The house itself was ok and the bedrooms were fine. Good for a large group that is not very fond of luxury. We honestly expected something more luxurious. Mn the living room was very ugly with very old with dirty furniture (we could only sit on the couch with a blanket over it) and totally uncomfortable. The walls are also very old and neglected and need a layer of paint very badly. Furthermore, the house is very noisy and the floors crack very hard when you walk on it. It was also uncomfortable and unfortunate that the wifi worked very badly. It was very hot during our visit and of course we wanted to sit outside in the evening on the terrace near the kitchen. Unfortunately there was no ordinary lamp to illuminate the terrace after it there was only a dazzling spotlight that you really didn't want to be covered in. Installing a few nice lights there could easily solve this problem.

We were received by a very friendly lady who gave us all the explanation. The house is very nicely situated in the middle of the green. The other house at the same location was also rented out, but we didn't suffer the least (and hopefully it didn't affect us!). There is a large covered terrace where you can sit comfortably. Everything is available for a large group. There is a separate play area for the children. One can also use a washing machine. Everything is well maintained. The tiles in the showers are due for renovation.

For our three families with children, ranging in age from 2 to 19, this is just a very nice house. Especially with nice weather, if you can go outside, everyone has the space. But even inside is not a punishment, it is surprisingly laid out, nicely decorated, the playroom is and remains a draw and everything is there to be there. Next year again!

We got an explanation about the house and the separation of waste on arrival. The cottage looked neat, everything went well and when we had a small problem, the owner came to solve it within 5 minutes. Very nice! Environment very nice and fun for mountain biking!
