This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a holiday home/country house with a total of 2 apartments in lively Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia, near the Kötschach-Mauthen/Vorhegg family ski area.
This apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a box spring double bed. There is also a large living room with a large seating area (with a sofa bed). You reach the modern open kitchen directly from the living room. From the living room you can access the large terrace and the large garden. The bathroom has a modern, floor-level shower. In the basement of the house there is a storage room for skis. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door.
Kötschach-Mauthen is located in the Slovenia-Italy-Austria border triangle and is an ideal holiday destination for both sun and snow holidays. For the active, sporty vacationer, but also ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Kötschach-Mauthen is known for its magnificent nature and healthy air. Een mooi en schoon huis op een rustige locatie. Maar wat een aardige eigenaren! Ze stonden ons al op te wachten met een heerlijke traktatie uit de streek. Door deze aandacht is onze vakantie nog mooier geworden. Een echte aanrader!!

A very beautiful, clean and large apartment with a very spacious balcony where literally nothing was missing. Very warm owners of the apartment who welcomed us and showed us around. Although the apartment was located in a residential area, we experienced it as an oasis of peace. The couple often stopped by to see how we were doing and whether there was anything they could do for us. In short, we had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment with fantastic surroundings.

We were received by the very friendly and helpful owners of the house. We had the ground floor, a very nice spacious floor with a large veranda. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen.

Owners were present at the house, .. Great friendly and helpful people a beautiful home! Equipped with every comfort. Wonderful beds, everything very clean. In one word, top! The property has recently been rented. Everything is new and modern. Environment is beautiful for tranquility, walkers. House is in a beautiful area of Mauthen within walking distance of shops, cafe, bakery and supermarkets. You can go to Italy via the Plöckenpass. There is a lot of history from the first World War. Very interesting. For us more than enough options to view or visit things. The landlord has everything about his guests and is very helpful. When we go back to Austria, this house is definitely number one. We had two wonderful weeks there.

In the house you feel right at the arrival directly. There is nothing missing. The house is very modern and chic. All in all in top condition. The welcome from the owner was warm and very nice. For questions they could always help us. The hospitable nature makes you feel great. There were bicycles and many toys for children in the courtyard available (swing, bike, balls ...). The holiday was very good and we will be back.
