This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 3 people is part of a wooden holiday home and is located in Liebenfels in Carinthia, in the middle of nature on a large Berber horse stud farm. The ecologically built wooden holiday home is located at 1250 m above sea level in a secluded location in the middle of the pastures.
The detached wooden holiday home offers two separate, fully furnished and modern holiday apartments on 2 floors.
This 45m² apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and is located on the upper floor and has a large bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a sofa bed and a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a spacious, large fenced terrace with a south-east orientation with a view of the horse paddocks, as well as a breathtaking view of the Klagenfurt Basin and the Karawanken mountain range.

The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car.
In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun! You can also reach the famous Wörthersee in approx. 15-20 kilometers by car.
Directly in Liebenfels or in Sankt Veit an der Glan there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Insanely love local people, but you never felt observed. A fantastic panorama and a thousand ways to discover nature there, especially for smaller children.

Lovingly and modernly furnished apartment. Nice location and easy to reach. Very Nice owners. Suitable for hiking, walking, cycling and the like.

Beautiful surroundings. Especially if you love nature. 20 minute drive for groceries is not a problem. Half an hour to 3 minutes to beautiful areas for hiking or shopping or varen.Boven house with lots of privacy. Nice view of the Berber race horses and the environment. Down House for family looked nice.

The photos were 10 years old ... We got the impression that there was a garden with it, but "it was the top floor that we rented. The owner had 2 not so friendly Dobermans run loose so we could not go free with our dog walking.The hob functioned half and there is no water pressure .. All were very disappointing. In addition, we still had to pay 250 euros on arrival ... Also strange because we had paid everything except for the deposit. In short ... Not yet agree. Mvg Niko Sonies
