Geld heuscherei
Der Strom wurde mit 50€ für 4 effektife Tage viel zu teuer verrechnet. Der Endpeis lag deutlich über dem ausgemachten Preis. Die spülmaschiene funktionierte nicht. In der oberen Wohnung des Hauses hatte in der Küche kein heisses Wasser. Beide Duschen hatten schimmel und in der unteren Wohnung waren im Badezimmer noch offene Leitungen. Zusätzlich gab es noch ekelige, volle Fliegenfallen in zwei Zimmern. Der kleine Spielplatz war leider nicht zurechtgemacht, sodass er von unserer Tochter nicht genutzt werden konnte. Alles in allem stimmte das Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht.

Bei Kontaktaufnahme durch die Mieter per Email wurden alle Modalitäten bezüglich des Preises genannt – es gab keine fragliche Position und anhand der Aufstellung, die vorab per Email vereinbart war, wurde die Endabrechnung auch gemacht. Das Haus wird mit modernen Wärmewellen-Heizkörpern beheizt, die über Strom laufen. Insofern sind die 50 € Stromkosten für den Zeitraum absolut normal.
Die Spülmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei! Sie wurde sogar direkt nach Abreise noch dazu benutzt, das dreckige Geschirr, das die Mieter zurückgelassen hatten, zu reinigen. Offensichtlich waren die Mieter wohl nicht in der Lage die Spülmaschine zu bedienen. Generell wurden wir über Beschwerden und Unklarheiten erst am Abreisetag informiert – obwohl wir vis-a-vis wohnen und seit Anreise mehrmals darauf verwiesen haben, dass wir bei Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen. Gerade was die Fliegenfallen –es handelt sich hierbei um ganz einfache klebende Fliegenfänger, die an der Decke fest geknipst werden- angeht, wäre das Problem mit dem Abnehmen dieser Fliegenfänger in einer halben Minute erledigt gewesen, wenn man uns darüber informiert hätte, dass diese störend sind.
Dass die Duschen Schimmel haben sollen und das Heißwassergerät in der oberen Wohnung nicht funktioniert haben sollte, ist schlichtweg falsch. Gerne senden wir hierzu Bilder und auch die Stellungnahme unserer Reinigungskräfte, die das Objekt betreuen.
Bei den offenen „Leitungen“ handelt es sich um Leerrohre, die in die Wände eingebracht sind, um das Haus später ggf. mit einer entsprechenden Zentralheizung versorgen zu können.
Der Spielplatz befand sich in einem der Jahreszeit entsprechenden Zustand, die Spielgeräte konnten benutzt werden – so wie es auch bei öffentlichen Spielplätzen derzeit der Fall ist. Hätte Schnee gelegen, hätte der Spielplatz überhaupt nicht benutzt werden können.
Generell entstanden in diesem Fall so genannte „Probleme“ eigentlich nur dadurch, dass die Mieter uns nicht direkt über diese „Probleme“ informiert haben – obwohl wir mehrmals darum gebeten hatten. Bei allen Unklarheiten wären wir gerne behilflich gewesen und hätten diese sofort aus der Welt schaffen können. Leider wurden wir erst am Abreisetag darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde auch über manche der o.g. Probleme gesprochen. Laut Angaben der Mieterin war nun alles in bester Ordnung. Umso mehr sind wir über diese Bewertung hier erstaunt.

Beautiful secluded location
I stayed hear with friends during the ironman in klagenfurt. The journey to klagenfurt was about 30 mins but the value for money made up for the journey. I stayed in a different apartment to this but it was beautifully presented and the family that run the farm are lovely, friendly and helpful but did not impose on our stay at all.
There is a beautiful view and it is very quiet.
You need to drive to do anything and it is up the side of a mountain but that added to the excitement for us !
As I have just entered the race again, I fully expect to stay here again and highly recommend it.
