A wonderfully beautiful house with an even nicer view. In October I was sitting in the sun on the balcony, not a drop of rain. Also a wonderful walking area.

Just back from winter sports in Gerlitzen. House is fantastic. Car is parked covered. Nice view. Living room large with large lounge couch. 2nd bedroom a bit small but was fine for our children. Onderbuurvrouw is a friendly lady but would like you to wear slippers (because of pounding feet and concrete floors). These are present. We were "counted out on the couch in the evening so we didn't hear much of them. Ski area Gerlitzen small, but great for skiing with family. You have to go to the slopes with your own transport. Parking is fine. Also a 35-minute drive from the Bad ski area Kleinkirchheim Supermarkets nearby, few restaurants in the village, enough on the mountain We had a wonderful time.

Arrival: we could go earlier and that was very pleasant. Owner very friendly.Accommodation. Beautiful view over the Ossaichersee. The road in front was clearly audible. In addition to a balcony, there was also a kind of garden. Nice i.v.m. shadow. Red ants unfortunately. Environment is beautiful. The places at this lake do not have much to offer. Trips to Villach and Klagenfurt are very nice.

Very nice location and beautiful surroundings. The cottage meets a lot of comfort. The only downside is that the house is not well insulated according to the downstairs neighbor. Apparently she hears all the sounds and has also come to report several times, while we were only sitting on the terrace.

For us it was the third time that we spent our holiday at the Ossiacher See. It is fantastic to stay in that area. Almost always good weather, lots to see and experience. Beautiful views and beautiful hiking areas. The people are friendly and helpful, in short a fantastic holiday.

The apartment is very spacious and the view is a dream. Our landlady was always available and very helpful. We would love to come back !!!!

Apart from the noisy main road, the apartment is very good, the landlady is very nice, the Belvilla portal is unacceptable for queries. E-mails are not answered - nobody is responsible!
