Ladies and Gentlemen

I would like to give you a little feedback.

Although we had a wonderful week in one of your apartments in Alpen Rock in Rohrmoos, there were a few complaints:

We didn't receive an email that we could pick up the keys directly in Rohrmoss and drove home extra.

There is only 1 set of keys and that makes it with 2 parties in the same app. but relatively difficult if you don't always use the app at the same time. leaves.

Or one party would like to go to the sauna and the other party has something else to do. The key box is actually a good solution so far, but 2 sets would definitely be more pleasant.

The garbage disposal point was already overloaded with waste at the beginning of the week. i.e. the containers were overcrowded, rubbish was lying around everywhere, very unsightly

In our app. a bulb of a floor lamp was broken. We reported this and were promised that this would be dealt with immediately. By the day of departure the bulb had not been replaced and we never had anyone either

seen which through the app. has gone.
