Apartment 1 is 120 square meters and can accommodate 10 people. There are 4 rooms in total, 3 of which are with 1 double bed and the last one is with 2 double beds.
The apartment also includes a fully functional kitchen, dishwasher, two bathrooms and has a unique fireplace that can be turned so you can enjoy the beautiful fire no matter where you are in the room.
Chalet Planai is located at an altitude of about 1000 meters, and if there is snow, "ski-in" is possible. To "ski-out" you only have to go approx. 150 meters up a hill. The lift station "Die Damen" is located approx. km away. We recommend that you bring snow chains with you to your car.
Chalet Planai has a beautiful location on the edge of the forest and is right next to the world-famous World Cup piste for men. Here, at an altitude of around 1000 meters, you have a breathtaking view of the Dachstein and Planai.
Many important skiing events have taken place on Planai over the years, including the World Cup in alpine skiing and the World Cup in night slalom.
Even in summer, there are many opportunities to explore the area and a wide range of leisure activities. The area is perfect for hiking, mountaineering, or mountain biking - the route is on your doorstep. The ski lifts are also open in summer.

Location and surroundings of object
Chalet Planai is located in the middle of the famous 4-mountain area Hauser Kaibling-Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm. The area is also part of the large area "Ski-Amade" with around 1000 km of slopes in total.
If you want a trip to the area of Flachau and Wagrain, you can drive there in a good half hour. In summer there are walks right outside the door and there is a path down to the cozy town of Schladming. It takes approx. 20 minutes to walk down to the town, where there is plenty of life and a cozy pedestrian street.
Mountain biking is also right outside the door with routes on the summer open piste Planai. Here are also good mountain routes for cyclists - however, there is a sandy road the last bit down to the house.
For golf enthusiasts, there are also great conditions on some of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria: the 18-hole course Dachstein Tauern Golf Club, the 18-hole course Schloss Pichlarn Golf Club, as well as a 10-hole course called Kobaldhofs Natural Golf Course. Other activities include Mountain Go-Karting, Golf, Segway, Go-Kart Track, Paragliding, Zipline, Rafting, Mountain Climbing, Panorama on Dachstein Glaciers.
