Better than expected for what I paid. The small terrace with mountain views beats many pricier places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish.

I have been here again for a few days and thanks to the reliable wifi, I had no connection problems during my remote work. Everything I needed was available in the kitchen, and after skiing just a hundred meters away, relaxing in the sauna felt wonderful. Leaving was hard because of how practical and pleasant everything is arranged here.

For my wishes for a nice place close to the ski lifts, this accommodation was perfect without fuss or extras.

I would like to give you a little feedback.



Although we had a wonderful week in one of your apartments in Alpen Rock in Rohrmoos, there were a few complaints:



We didn't receive an email that we could pick up the keys directly in Rohrmoss and drove home extra.



There is only 1 set of keys and that makes it with 2 parties in the same app. but relatively difficult if you don't always use the app at the same time. leaves.

Or one party would like to go to the sauna and the other party has something else to do. The key box is actually a good solution so far, but 2 sets would definitely be more pleasant.

The garbage disposal point was already overloaded with waste at the beginning of the week. i.e. the containers were overcrowded, rubbish was lying around everywhere, very unsightly

In our app. a bulb of a floor lamp was broken. We reported this and were promised that this would be dealt with immediately. By the day of departure the bulb had not been replaced and we never had anyone either

seen which through the app. has gone.

The apartment was immaculate, tidy and furnished with all the necessary equipment except a washing machine, We loved our stay and would definitely suggest it to our friends,

The apartments are extremely spacious. We had a balcony with a breathtaking view of a field and the mountains. The sauna in the basement was very relaxing. Also, there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which is very beneficial when staying for 14 nights like us. The surroundings are truly incredibly beautiful.
