Good reception. Room was not ready yet but coffee with cake works wonders. Apartment a bit old fashioned but everything was there what you need. Environment beautiful for beautiful walks.

Was nicely received in a typical austrian country house with apartments. Apartment was neat and clean. Great for 1 or 2 people. Spacious balcony for yourself with beautiful views. Apartment is on walking routes and there are more than enough in the neighborhood. Supermarket 10 minutes drive. Optional bread service. In summary, great place for a walking holiday.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the kitchenette for preparing simple meals, and the comfortable bed was a plus. Even though we didn't use the sauna, it looked inviting. The location was peaceful, perfect for hiking during the day and relaxing in the evening. Overall, a solid choice for a quiet retreat.

Perfect place for a short getaway! Clean and had everything you need in the kitchen, I loved that the ski bus stopped right in front of the door, I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice Accommodations, only the room was very small. Kitchen and bedroom in one ruimte.Alles was neatly Shame we could make the sommercard. No use Owner was not registered here at Tourism Association. Had to pay the full entrance fee anywhere. This was very expensive.

Excellent holiday destination, nice place and a good base to number of activities. Wonderful walks, visiting Salzburg and the ice caves in Werfen.

Friendly hostess who received us with schnapps and a friendly conversation. Folders and wander tickets. In the booked accommodation there was a defect in the stove, therefore it has our own initiative a larger apartment with separate bedroom, given. Everything was neat and super clean. Great views of the Dachstein Mountains from the apartment with nice balcony. In the area is good hiking and there is much to do. Recommended the purchase of the Sommercard, directly at the beginning of the holiday, so that all discounts on attractions and cable cars is to benefit! Downside to the accommodation: towels and tea towels are provided throughout the week not once own initiative changed. We have had a wonderful week.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment in Schladming. The location is very convenient as a starting point for winter hiking, cross country skiing (ski trail begins at the house), skiing (ski bus stops at the house). The house is very quiet and the apartment was excellent value for money. The homeowners live in daas house and are very warm and helpful.

Again booked a holiday through Belvilla and again really to speak of. Well organized and descriptions are always good. Nothing would keep me there also to reserveren.De the next time with Belvilla accommodation was in one word excellent. Large, nice, clean, spacious, tidy and eigenlikjk a perfect living space for someone who just goes by itself. For an apartment unprecedented. Because the refrigerator unit had gone into our apartment we were allocated another apartment. Reluctantly we walked behind Hilda, the helpful and friendly hostess, to go down. When the door opened the reluctance was actually equal disappeared. A blaze of light and space came to meet you and in one moment you know that the house is perfect. Do not hesitate and just book here. Disappointment will not be there.

The garden was lovely for barbecues, and the quiet location made the stay relaxing, perfect place for summer and winter activities.

The apartment was spacious enough for two and well-furnished. I particularly liked the large balcony where we could relax in the sun. A bit expensive, but it was worth it for the experience.

Our stay at the Splendid Apartment in Schladming was simply perfect! The cozy living room was exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. The sauna was a fantastic bonus, and we loved relaxing in the large garden. The views from the balcony were stunning, especially at sunset. The ski bus stop right outside made it very convenient to get to the slopes. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!

What a hidden gem! The garden area was beautiful, and we made the most of the BBQ. The sauna was also a nice treat. The walking paths nearby were a big plus!

The apartment is suitable for 2 people to relax from everyday life and the area is just great. Lots of hiking trails but also easy to reach by car. The Dachstein, the Talbach Gorge,

the Reiteralm, the Riesachsee just to name a few. We'll be back.

Small, functionally furnished apartment, ideal for 2 people. Although located a bit outside of Rohrmoos, the Hochwurzenbahn and Schladming were easily accessible by car.
