Quiet apartment close to the slopes with two bathrooms. Upon arrival, everything worked properly and looked tidy.

Had to rest early for the slopes and the double bed provided a good night's sleep. The quick check-in made everything smooth as well. The kitchen had everything to make simple meals, convenient after tiring days.

We arrived late, the door code worked immediately. The kitchen equipment covered the basics well and offered a pleasant way to prepare meals. The sauna and private hot tub were nice extras after skiing just about 300 meters from the apartment. Free Wi-Fi kept me effortlessly connected.

The apartment was well equipped with high quality furniture. Compared to previous reviews, the whole apartment was clean, which suggests that more care is being taken here these days. Very good access to the ski slopes. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation! We got a free upgrade on site so that we had a swimming pool instead of a jacuzzi. The chalets are high quality, modern and tastefully furnished. The staff is very friendly. The region is fantastic and ideal for both summer and winter holidays.

Top location next to the slopes with a beautiful view. Cottages are new and modern furnished. Also very nice beds. But it doesn't seem quite finished yet: for example, hooks for towels are missing and a shelf for a toilet bag. In addition, many young people (while the website states that that group cannot / may not book) and also noise at night at the pool.

In May / June 2021 we spent a total of 9 days in the holiday home complex "Alps Residence Hauser Kaibling". Here I would like to briefly summarize our impressions: We liked the most: + Great, bright and stylishly furnished, modern holiday apartment + Magnificent kitchens with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, modern ceramic hob with extractor, high-quality dishes and glasses, lots of WMF and Tupperware (really great!) + Nice sauna, great jacuzzi on the terrace + Great view, dreamy surroundings + fast internet (up to 180,000) - was perfect for "home office" + quiet at night: security staff makes sure that any "parties" take place quietly + Sommercard: You get a tourist card that includes numerous attractions, cable cars, etc. for free - a TOP opportunity to get to know the whole valley better The following are still in need of improvement: - Professionalism of the service staff (not the reception): We were unlucky To have the apartment directly above the reception, which meant that it was below our bedroom windows always met the entire service / cleaning staff in the morning - for loud conversations and lots of cigarettes. Even with a subsequent request for bedding for friends arriving later, you noticed that the team was not yet so well-rehearsed. Until the blanket, pillow and covers were all there, the staff came by three times - a lot of things were doubled in the end and then stuffed into the closet. - Gardens: This is still under construction, i.e. plants and lawns are still missing. But there was no noise. In general, a very nice stay and also highly recommended as a "work action".
