Welcome to your Superior Apartment at Hauser Kaibling Mountain Resort, a stylish 65 m² retreat for up to four people. This inviting apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a plush double bed for a restful night's sleep. The apartment boasts a luxurious bathroom, a second bathroom with a shower and sauna, and a separate toilet for added convenience. A special highlight is the private hot tub on the furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Schladming-Dachstein region. The apartment also includes a sauna, offering a tranquil escape. Don't forget to enjoy the magnificent views from your terrace!

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. For your coffee cravings, there's both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine, as well as a toaster and a kettle. A starter kit with essential cleaning supplies—dishwasher tablets, dish soap, a sponge, bin bags, and cleaning and dish towels—will be provided upon your arrival.

Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The apartment is located approximately 300 meters from the slopes, providing easy access to skiing and snowboarding.

In May / June 2021 we spent a total of 9 days in the holiday home complex "Alps Residence Hauser Kaibling". Here I would like to briefly summarize our impressions: We liked the most: + Great, bright and stylishly furnished, modern holiday apartment + Magnificent kitchens with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, modern ceramic hob with extractor, high-quality dishes and glasses, lots of WMF and Tupperware (really great!) + Nice sauna, great jacuzzi on the terrace + Great view, dreamy surroundings + fast internet (up to 180,000) - was perfect for "home office" + quiet at night: security staff makes sure that any "parties" take place quietly + Sommercard: You get a tourist card that includes numerous attractions, cable cars, etc. for free - a TOP opportunity to get to know the whole valley better The following are still in need of improvement: - Professionalism of the service staff (not the reception): We were unlucky To have the apartment directly above the reception, which meant that it was below our bedroom windows always met the entire service / cleaning staff in the morning - for loud conversations and lots of cigarettes. Even with a subsequent request for bedding for friends arriving later, you noticed that the team was not yet so well-rehearsed. Until the blanket, pillow and covers were all there, the staff came by three times - a lot of things were doubled in the end and then stuffed into the closet. - Gardens: This is still under construction, i.e. plants and lawns are still missing. But there was no noise. In general, a very nice stay and also highly recommended as a "work action".

Wir haben im Mai/Juni 2021 insgesamt 9 Tage in der Ferienhausanlage "Alps Residence Hauser Kaibling" verbracht. Hier möchte ich unsere Eindrücke kurz zusammenfassen: Am besten gefallen haben uns: + Tolle, helle und stilvoll eingerichtete, moderne Ferienwohnung + Grandios ausgestattete Küchen mit 2 Backöfen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, modernem Ceranfeld mit Abzug, hochwertigem Geschirr und Gläsern, viel WMF und Tupperware (echt spitze!) + Schöne Sauna, toller Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse + Super Blick, Traumhafte Umgebung + schnelles Internet (bis zu 180.000) - war perfekt für "HomeOffice" geeignet + Ruhe bei Nacht: Sicherheitspersonal achtet sehr darauf, dass eventuelle "Partys" leise stattfinden + Sommercard: Man bekommt eine Touristen-Karte, bei der zahlreiche Attraktionen, Seilbahnen, etc. kostenlos enthalten sind - eine TOP Möglichkeit das ganze Tal besser kennenzulernen Noch verbesserungswürdig sind: - Professionalität des Servicepersonals (nicht der Rezeption): Wir hatten das Pech, die Ferienwohnung direkt über der Rezeption zu haben, was bedeutete dass sich unter unseren Schlafzimmerfenstern morgens immer das gesamte Service-/Reinigungspersonal traf - zur lautstarken Gesprächen und vielen Zigaretten. Auch bei einer nachträglichen Bitte um Bettzeug für später anreisende Freunde merkte man, dass das Team noch nicht so eingespielt war. Bis Decke, Kopfkissen und Bezüge alle da waren, kam das Personal drei mal vorbei - Vieles was am Ende doppelt vorhanden und wurde dann in den Kleiderschrank gestopft. - Gartenanlage: Diese ist noch im Bau, d.h. Bepflanzung und Wiese fehlen noch. Es gab aber keinerlei Lärmbelästigung. Allgemein ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und auch als "Workaction" sehr zu empfehlen.
