This luxurious detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in a quiet alpine village near the town of Stadl an der Mur in Styria and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet offers a modern open plan living/dining and kitchen area as the central room on the ground floor, 4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, 2 bathrooms and a large, partially covered wooden terrace with wonderful views. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a double carport, a washing machine and dryer.
The chalet is 2 km from the center, shops and restaurants of Stadl an der Mur. 15 km away you will find a swimming lake and the historic town of Murau with a golf course. The landscape consists of mountain passes, small villages and forest areas. Especially in summer you can enjoy the many hiking trails that stretch through the mountains and along the crystal clear lakes. Stadl an der Mur itself has a charming flair with traditional Austrian houses and cozy restaurants.
The Murau ski region consists of 2 ski areas: Lachtal and Kreischberg with a total of 88 kilometers of slopes and 23 ski lifts. The Kreischberg & Lachtal ski area is particularly popular as a family ski area. The Turracher Höhe ski area offers 43 kilometers of slopes and is one of the most snow-sure ski areas with an altitude of up to 2205 meters.
Directly in Stadl an der Mur or in Murau there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

We were a party of 7 (adults and children) and our stay was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone, everything was so clean and all the amenities you could want were there. Check in was easy and all communication was great. Would highly recommend and we'll be back ourselves in the future without doubt.

Beautiful, fully equipped holiday home. Facilities such as a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Spacious sun terrace. Good information by the homeowners. Good base for trips in the neighborhood. The Nockyflitzer is a must!

Fantastic house for up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms, good beds, 2 super bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great location on the hill with a very nice view privacy. The house is very bright all around windows, gas fireplace, ski room with boot warmers. We were with the 6 - and winter and have really enjoyed this house. Being able to cook in the well equipped kitchen. Nothing but praise for the owner who came to meet us fantastic because we were renting because it was not rented the period thereafter.'s House an extra night Was everything to him overleggen.We got Murtaler guest card so we could get. Discounts on lift passes and equipment hire Nothing but praise. The house is definitely a must. The way up was very steep and slippery in the winter with snow. It may be that there are snow chains are required. The numbering is not very logical, and it was not to be found very well. We were glad we aankwamen.Wintersportgebied in daylight is about 15 minutes away by car.

This was our first time we were in Styria. The setting is beautiful and not as touristy as other parts of Austria. If you come for peace and beautiful nature then you'll definitely spot for you. R nThe house is very spacious and fully equipped.

The house met all our needs. The two bathrooms were ideal for eight people. The full kitchen we used well. Various delicious dishes came out of the oven. The room for our ski boots was very prettig.Wij have daily Kreisberg skiing (we drove by car to go) but there were other possibilities. Two children ski lessons. With only three people in the class, so plenty aandacht.De delicious sandwiches daily on the balcony were laid miss we.Al in all a great winter holiday, shame that the sun is not shining more often.

A very nice house, very clean and well maintained. You feel the same well. The beds are equipped with good mattresses so that you will find a restful sleep. Can you cut a slice at some hotels. A large terrace invites you to relax. It is quiet, you can relax. There are many ways to make their holidays. City tours in Graz, Salzburg and Klagenfurt. Walking tours in the area, the summer toboggan run on the Turacherhöhe, the lake in the village or even a ride on the steam train Murtaler. We would have liked to have stayed but unfortunately our holiday was over. Also, there are enough slopes so you can spend the winter vacation there. If you do not feel like cooking itself is near enough guesthouses where you can eat tasty. We drive safely again after barn on the Mur.

This is the second time we have booked the house. The house is located in a cottage area above Stadl an der Mur. The Kreischberg is 15 minutes by car. The owners are super nice and inform about everything you need in advance. The house has 4 bedrooms for a total of 8 people. The beds are a bit hard, but this is the only drawback. The equipment is designed for 8 people. There are enough cups, plates, glasses, pans and cutlery available. There are 2 parking spaces for cars. Always recommended !!!
