You'll find these 4 luxury chalets, which are ideal for families or friends travelling together, in the beautiful Montafon valley, within walking distance of the town centre of Gaschurn.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and attractive bars in the centre. The ski lift is only 900 m away. The free ski bus stops within 50 m of your chalet.
The chalet, where you will be the only guests, is suitable for up to 24 people. The entrance is through the attractive, spacious living and dining room, which features a comfortable sofa and an open fireplace for cosy evenings in. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a large hob, fast dishwasher, large fridge, a separate fridge for drinks, 2 ovens and a microwave. There's underfloor heating throughout the entire accommodation. The living room opens out onto a sunny terrace, which is a great place to sit and admire the beautiful mountain landscape.
The 6 modern bathrooms and 8 bedrooms with high-quality, luxury interiors are spread across 2 floors. Each bedroom has a TV and a safe. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing or cross-country skiing, you can relax in your private wellness area with Finnish sauna.
There's a communal storage room for skis and boots. Each chalet is equipped with a drying room for drying ski suits. You'll also have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
It's possible to have your breakfasts and/or dinners in the adjacent hotel against an additional fee. (Please note that during low season the hotel can be partly closed). Bread service is also available.
Gaschurn is located almost at the end of the dead-end Montafon valley (in summer, it's possible to drive to Ischgl via the Silvretta Hochalmstrasse). The village never lost its authentic character, making it very suitable for families with children. It's a great area, both in winter and in summer.
Gaschurn is on the border of the Silvretta Montafon ski resort. The ski lift in the village takes you up to 2,010 metres altitude. The skiing area is quite large and sufficiently challenging for snowboarding and alpine skiing enthusiasts.
There is only a maximum of 6 parking spaces at the house per Alpine chalet, each additional space costs extra per night/car.
Since the chalet is equipped with high quality furnishings and subsequent guests also wish to use the services and furnishings, a deposit of EUR 500.00 is due for the duration of the stay. The homeowner will contact you to pay this deposit.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the house has been delivered free of defects. Shortages and damages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period, minus any extras booked.
Please note that if the house is not delivered broom clean and the garbage has been cleared away, we will charge 50.00 euros for extra cleaning and 15.00 euros for clearing up any garbage left behind etc.

A beautiful spacious chalet with every comfort. Very spacious and yet relatively cosy. Fireplace and many board games. The bedrooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and good showers. Downside are the rather worn bath towels. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. The full package. Glasses, plates, pots, pans, and even egg cooker. Cooling drawers for drinks, two ovens... You think of it and it's there. Only .... there is only a kind of professional catering dishwasher that needs a lot of attention, so that you can easily spend an hour filling and emptying (and drying) machines. This was really disappointing and took up a lot of our evening hours. The location is not ideal, but via the walking path on the water you are at the ski lift in fifteen minutes, where you can place your skis and bones in a depot. The village itself is rather charmless. Little to do. Ski area is large with modern lifts.But here too few cozy huts (rather self-service restaurants).All in all, a nice quality chalet for a large group in a snow-sure ski area (pity about the dishwasher ;-))

Great chalet, which is perfectly equipped. The rooms are either double or quadruple rooms with en-suite bathrooms, the living room and kitchen are very spacious and the balcony is great for relaxing. In addition, the team is fantastic and responds quickly to inquiries.
