This flat is a wonderful place for your well-deserved holiday! The many bedrooms and bathrooms make it ideal for families or friends travelling together. You can eat together in the attractive living room.
The flat is centrally located, with practically everything on your doorstep. A ski bus stop, a supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant, a café and the railway station are all in the immediate vicinity. Hiking and cycling trails are also within easy reach.
In winter, you can explore the slopes in Fieberbrunn, but you can also quickly drive to Leogang or towards the Kitzbühel Alps.
Both in summer and winter, Fieberbrunn offers a wide range of activities such as skiing, hiking and mountain biking. The local bathing facilities are also attractive.
The Fieberbrunn ski area is connected to the Leogang/Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area, one of the largest interconnected ski areas in Austria.
There is another holiday flat for rent in this house, AT-6391-58. Your privacy is of course guaranteed, you only use a shared access.

The guest house was clean and tidy. It is called an 11 person apartment. In practice there are 3 bedrooms with a good double bed. 6 people sleep well. We had booked for 9 people. Stretchers were ready for the 3 extra persons on which all those involved slept badly. Why not provide good beds. I called the host 20 times. He was never able to pick up the phone. He did receive a text message indicating that he could only be reached in writing. We have experienced this as very unwelcoming. When a lamp was broken in the hallway, we reported it by text message; there was no response to that. After a day the handle of the front door was gone and 2 of us were on the street. Called again, didn't pick up. Then there was a text message response. Someone was sent immediately to make things right. Because communication was so difficult, we also called Belvilla. It was the weekend, so called the Belvilla emergency number. They didn't pick up!! That's a great emergency number!! Left a message, but never heard from Belvilla again. Belvilla may have heard something from the owner, but a feedback to us seems appropriate. Most importantly, however, is the fact that there were 3 keys for our party. Due to an unfortunate turn of events, it happened that 3 keys were already on the road with people, while 4 of us were still inside. However, other guests use the same main front door of the building. They had locked the front door. So we were locked up with 4 people. It was quickly resolved for us at that time. However, I don't think this is possible. If a fire breaks out, you can't get out. Unbelievable that there is a door that you cannot always open from the inside. Normally I would not bring a complaint in this way, but discuss this with the host. But yes, if he is never available..... Please
