Parking right outside the door made everything easier. The shower was spacious and hot water never ran out. Kitchen had all basics, which made cooking simple and quick.

I would advise all travelers to make a stop here. The living room offered enough space for our group, including a sofa bed for guests. Kitchen equipment worked well, bathroom clean with good showers. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We felt comfortable in the house because it is in a convenient location, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped—corresponding to the high price charged for the rent. The garden spaces behind the house, which belonged to our part, were particularly nice. We found it somewhat problematic that the application did not indicate that both halves of the house are rented separately, meaning that one shares it with another family. The kitchen is a bit small when living and cooking there with 8 or more people. Not all rooms have fly screens in front of the windows. The rather small sun umbrella, which is urgently needed during summer weeks, was defective and was not replaced or repaired despite multiple requests (we took care of the latter ourselves). We also found it unusual to be required to pay the rather high amount for additional costs such as tourist tax and bed linen in cash. Aside from that, the contact with the landlord worked well otherwise, which we were relieved about, as the management company did not support us in any way beforehand or answer questions. We only received automated pseudo-responses.

Aside from the fact that the house is 300 years old, I can expect a bit more cleanliness for the price. There were thick cobwebs on the beds. The dirt from the previous tenants was on the cabinets and nightstands. In the bedroom upstairs, you can only walk with shoes, as you quickly step on a splinter. A suitable carpet would be better. When you turn on the light at night, silverfish crawl over the bed. Right next to my head. You can hear the woodworms gnawing in the walls. If the bed is directly against the wooden wall, one has a very uncomfortable feeling. I have never been able to sleep so poorly - the mattresses are simply worn out. The couch and the cushions look totally greasy and dirty. The seat cushions in the kitchen are also dirty and dusty. I felt very uncomfortable in this house/apartment. There is also never enough space for 10 people in the kitchen, let alone in the living room. The internet is also very bad - we also work on vacation and you rely on a decent network. The landlord was very friendly and the view partly compensates for the dirty feeling. There are many board games for the children. Tyrol is beautiful and always worth a visit.

Superbly located chalet, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the valley. In the evenings it is very quiet. The chalet itself exudes history and mountain life, through the old wood structure, but is very comfortable inside.

Cozy holiday home situated in a beautiful, quiet area. Friendly reception. We were there with 4 people, first week July 2017. House fully furnished. St. Johann i.T. Is a cozy place, accessible from the house by car. Various excursions made around and walked a lot. There are hiking trails, etc. in the house. Also, we are informed on arrival about various possibilities by the hostess. For those who are well on track, this mountain house is definitely recommended!

The house and the surroundings are wonderful. We did not think that there is something so beautiful and quaint. Slopes past three sides of the house, so you have plenty to see. The boards buckle and easy going .... gorgeous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay, but I would say it was quite simple. The location is fantastic for skiing, just a few steps from the lifts. The living area was cozy, but not overly decorated. Overall, a good place for those who focus on skiing and not on luxury.

Location of the holiday home was perfect - arrival by car with snow chains up to the house possible, nevertheless located directly on the ski slope, plus 2 carports - just perfect. The renovated 300 year old farmhouse is very comfortably furnished (great combination of old and new). On the beautiful south-facing terrace with wooden table and deck chairs, you can sit and enjoy outside. However, the double room on the ground floor is very small and has only a small closet, which is not enough for two people to store all clothes. The space at the table in the kitchen is, in our opinion, quite tight with an occupancy of 10 people (it was sufficient for our group of 7). It would also be nice if there were a few hooks or brackets in the bathroom on the ground floor for hanging towels and clothes etc. Otherwise everything was perfect and we will be back next year.

Nice landlords and a great location of the cottage with a very nice view. Nearby are hiking trails, high ropes course, a mountain cart track and it's not far to St. Johann. The cabin combines quaint style with modernity and is well equipped. We enjoyed the stay in the summer very well and is also a good address in winter, as next to the ski slope runs past the hut.
