This beautiful and unique property, in the middle of the St. Johanns ski slope in Tyrol, is ideal for families, groups and smaller clubs who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tyrol.
The building was built around 300 years ago, completely renovated in 2015 and brought up to the latest state of the art. The rooms are generously equipped and the natural scent of Swiss pine accompanies you in a pleasant way.
This property is a perfectly successful mix of old and new, without neglecting comfort. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 1 2-bed room, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with bath and 3 bedrooms.
This property is a real jewel in winter. The ski slope passes directly by the house on both sides. Therefore it more than lives up to the predicate, ski-in/ski-out. The ski lifts are only a stone's throw away and an umbrella bar is just around the corner. It can be reached in less than a minute.
In summer, too, this property entices you with a tremendous range of activities in the area. The mountain railways also transport you during peak times in summer. In the immediate vicinity, in addition to endless hiking trails and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep, there is also a climbing park and a mountain cart track.

Driving on the mountain road in winter is usually only possible with snow chains and/or four-wheel drive!

We were here for the 2nd time and would love to come back! The chalet is very nicely furnished, equipped with every comfort and located in a prime location. Everything also very neat.

Lovely place, Nice view, Take into account that there is no tv and the wifi is rather poor. But you're on holiday..! The drive from the village to the chalet might be a pleasure for good drivers but more or less a challenge for less experienced drivers.

From the bedrooms you can look down and literally hear everything
There are also too few double beds (there is only 1) that can be connected.
That's why we think the price for a week is quite high, but you save on food on the slopes because you can ski. Terrace is great, lies in the sun all day long.

Very nice old converted farmhouse, we felt very comfortable, we were there for the second time this year, is very nice up on the mountain with a wonderful view. The landlord Florian is very nice and everything is there that you need there. We spent a great vacation again.

Very friendly welcome from the landlord. Location of the holiday home was perfect - arrival by car with snow chains up to the house possible, nevertheless located directly on the ski slope, plus 2 carports - just perfect. The renovated 300 year old farmhouse is very comfortably furnished (great combination of old and new). On the beautiful south-facing terrace with wooden table and deck chairs, you can sit and enjoy outside. However, the double room on the ground floor is very small and has only a small closet, which is not enough for two people to store all clothes. The space at the table in the kitchen is, in our opinion, quite tight with an occupancy of 10 people (it was sufficient for our group of 7). It would also be nice if there were a few hooks or brackets in the bathroom on the ground floor for hanging towels and clothes etc. Otherwise everything was perfect and we will be back next year.

The house and the surroundings are wonderful. We did not think that there is something so beautiful and quaint. Slopes past three sides of the house, so you have plenty to see. The boards buckle and easy going .... gorgeous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cozy holiday home situated in a beautiful, quiet area. Friendly reception. We were there with 4 people, first week July 2017. House fully furnished. St. Johann i.T. Is a cozy place, accessible from the house by car. Various excursions made around and walked a lot. There are hiking trails, etc. in the house. Also, we are informed on arrival about various possibilities by the hostess. For those who are well on track, this mountain house is definitely recommended!

Superbly located chalet, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the valley. In the evenings it is very quiet. The chalet itself exudes history and mountain life, through the old wood structure, but is very comfortable inside.

A beautiful cozy chalet in a beautiful environment has received us. Right on arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful landlords. We (parents, children and grandchildren) spent the Christmas holidays on the chalet and had indescribably beautiful, quiet holidays on the Alm. We will be back.

Nice landlords and a great location of the cottage with a very nice view. Nearby are hiking trails, high ropes course, a mountain cart track and it's not far to St. Johann. The cabin combines quaint style with modernity and is well equipped. We enjoyed the stay in the summer very well and is also a good address in winter, as next to the ski slope runs past the hut.

Accommodation was neat and spacious and in a fantastic location. Because of the nice weather we made optimal use of the terrace and bbq. Friendly and helpful owners. Good starting point for excursions. Also close to the mtb trail that is easily accessible from the cottage.

I was very happy with the rental of the cottage. I was warmly welcome by Mrs. Angla and I'd defenetely recommend the staying at Berghof Webern for the fantastic house, great surroundings and its wide choice to get the outdoor experience one seeks.

The owner was very friendly and provided us with a barbecue on arrival. The accommodation is rustic but modern. The location is fantastic. You can go hiking directly from the property. The accommodation I recommend.
