The location was perfect for our family vacation, Just a short walk to the hiking trails and just a quick drive to the ski area, The chalet had everything we needed and was very clean, Would definitely return!

Clean and well-maintained, this chalet met all our expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook together. The only drawback was the distance to the nearest supermarket, but we managed well.

Ski bus is right around the corner, and the view from the terrace hits different, Perfect for those Insta pics, Space is clean and comfy, and the kitchen is all set for meal prep, 10/10 recommend

Loved the decorative fireplace and garden space, It felt like a home away from home, and the location was great for exploring the Kitzbühel Alps

Spacious and bright, this chalet is a wonderful retreat. The children enjoyed the garden while we relaxed on the patio. The only downside was the limited check-in hours, but it worked out well in the end.

Had a wonderful stay, the cottage is very nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Everything was clean on arrival. The beds are great. The location is fantastic, a wonderful view over Aschau, a cozy little village, with some super good restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance (2 minutes). Beautiful hiking trails from the house. Kirchberg is a 10-minute drive by car. The bus stop is opposite the supermarket. We will definitely go there again!

Cottage is good environment is beautiful. The contact with BellaVilla is very bad, so we are still waiting for the tourist card and they don't call back.

Great stay for 6 people. Neatly furnished with sufficient glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Only the facility for waste could be better.

Very neat, spacious, fairly quiet location and excellently located for nature lovers and walkers. There is a lot to do in the region, also for kids (ours are 11 and 12). Cottage is located in Asschau, part of Kirckberg and not far from the fashionable Kitzbuhel and St-Johan. See that you get the code in advance for the locker that contains the house key. It took us 2 hours to reach someone on Sunday.

The beds are a bit small for people of 1.80 m or larger. Nice and very quiet location yet close to restaurant shop and ski bus, a major asset is that you can go skiing in both Westendorf and Kitzbühel!

Welcome to the reception of Alphome.We enjoyed this holiday in a nice cozy chalet which is furnished with all comfort. It is a good base for excursions. But there can also be walked out from the chalet. For repeatability.

A lovely house located in small Aschau. A beginners ski slope is within walking distance. Our grandchildren aged 11 and 8 had a wonderful time there with sleds and skis/snowboard.
For great snow fun, you can reach the various gondolas in about 10-20 minutes by car or ski bus. The nearest is the Brixen/Westendorf gondola. Further on you will find the Maierlbahn, the Gaisberg and the Fleckalmbahn. And a little further Kitzbuhel. In short, plenty to do in winter.

Right next to the cozy house there is a nice restaurant and 2 houses further a small SPAR with everything you need and with fresh rolls in the morning.
The house is fully equipped. We: grandparents, parents and 2 grandchildren had a wonderful time here. Each has its own sleeping compartment with bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are also nice if you come back from the slopes with wet clothes.
I can imagine that it is also an El Dorado here in summer with so many beautiful walking and cycling routes! So we will definitely come back!

Made use of the Sommercard with which you can visit 37 places. With the cable cars up or swimming in good weather. Simply top. The only pity was that we did not receive guest cards and that our chalet had not yet been cleaned on arrival. We left the Netherlands on time to be there on time. We would be able to enter our chalet from 3 p.m., so it's a shame that we can't. After many back and forth calls, our chalet was cleaned and we could move in at a quarter to six. For cleaning you pay 160 euros, then you can also expect it to be clean. I can tell you that it really leaves a lot to be desired. Too bad about all this so immediately at the start of holiday. The reception was great, very pleasant contact with the landlord. Location sublime, just outside the village, quiet local road, great views. In short, recommended for 2/4 people to really get away from it all in a local Austrian village

We have had a wonderful stay with our daughter for almost 1 year. The chalet is beautiful, clean and very spacious. Everything included! The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy walking and cycling. Small supermarket around the corner where you can get the standard products. For a larger supermarket we often drove to Kirchberg 8km away. Restaurant and café within walking distance. Overall a great nice holiday home and definitely recommended!
